This has been my go-to place for over 20 years oh, its the same employee with the same quality and workmanship Im an old-timer, with that being said if Perfection is what you are looking for and this is the place to go he has done multiple of my cars from El Caminos to Chevelles a Mustang Malibus the pickup trucks and recently to my dually, this is the only place to go for any type of exhaust work!

The service at Mr. Muffler is A plus! He installed a Flowmaster Super 10 on my 2017 1500 Ram and it sounds and feels great.

He has done my Silverado and my little Pinto. Both came out excellent and sound great. Highly recommended.

We had vandals steal the Cadillac converters of a few work vehicals. I called a few places to get rough ideas of pricing and time frames to repair. He was the only one that spoke numbers and time frames while on the phone. And I felt confident he knew what he was talking about. The rest took a day or two to call back and their pricing was all over the board.We used him and his work was fast and efficient and he did a great job. Highly recommend any one needing anything exhaust wise to go see him

Such professional work on the phone and in person! They speak to you on a personal level and not just “another number” or “another day on the job”. I was highly pleased at how fast they were able to get me in and out while also explaining what was going on with my car. Excellent repair done quickly and inexpensively. I had another shop work on my car and after a week the o2 sensor fell out. James put a new mount on the exhaust .. better than new. Also repaired another leak .. all in less than 4 hours. Amazing work. Highly recommend. Has done catalytic converters on two cars for me previously

The shop owner is meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, quality oriented, very confident.....and he knows it.Hes very matter of fact. Hes there to get the job done better than any shop youve probably been to in recent years....and thats it.If youre looking for white glove customer service here, youre in for a surprise.Your exhaust gets white glove service. You? Not so much.Hes reasonably priced; the work involved matches the price quoted but the quality of his work will really blow you away. He goes above and beyond in that respect.I hope this helps someone set proper expectations when visiting this shop.

The owner is a great and honest guy who looks at things thoroughly. Brought my truck in there the other day and even though he had to close up shop, he took the time out of his schedule to examine the issue and know what the exact problem was. Dont waste your time going to some big mechanic downtown. Down-to-earth shops like these are all you need. 5 stars.

The owner does the work. The best customer service and quality service Ive ever received from any place, hands down. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had my catalytic converter changed out. I had a code come up years ago when I bought my car. At the time I didnt think anything much of it. This year I had the code finally checked. PO420 which is either the catalytic converter or O2 sensor. He changed out the catalytic converter and informed me of my O2 sensor. He was very thorough at explaining and showing me that my O2 sensor was getting very hot to where it was turning white which means it was getting more air than fuel. My catalytic converter was getting extremely hot too. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be coming back again for my O2 sensor and any muffler work! Thank you so much for all you do! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Being a woman u never feel like u can trust mechanics but I never got that feeling with him. He was able to fix something on my exhaust no one else was able to figure out! He’s incredible!!! I had some questions about installing a turbo, they guy told me that they dont do the turbo headers there but he did spend almost over an hour talking to me about all the things that I was going to need and all the problems that I could have run through... all of that for free lol... no many people do it

My exhaust rusted out so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I did some research and decided on a aftermarket cat-back system for my G37. I found one online that I would have to install myself for $730.00 but for some reason my payment wouldnt process. In a bind and getting ready for our vacation I thought..... great,this just happened!!! So, I took it over to Jamie at Mr. Muffler, left it for the day, and he had it done in no time with a custom built system for $561.00 and I didnt have to turn one wrench!!! Shewee!! Thank you Jamie for saving us a lot of headache! We couldnt be happier with the outcome,attention to detail, and quality of craftsmaship!! One happy customer 😁🥰😁

Let me preface this by saying I didnt have any work performed, but I felt a review was sill in order based off the honesty of guy at the shop. I took my car in to have him look at a rattle coming from under my car that the dealership said was my exhaust (of course they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to fix it) and the guy at Mr Muffler said it was coming from my catalytic converters. He could have easily charged me money to fix it, but instead said that it was covered under warranty and that I should take it to the dealership to have them work on it. Took it to the dealership and relayed to them what Mr Muffler had told me. They ended up replacing the left cat and the rattle was gone. I definitely appreciate the honesty from this place and Ill be coming back for any future work.

Went to Mr. Muffler on 7/1/13 looking to replace my catalytic converter. I had been told by another muffler shop that it needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I was quoted a very reasonable price by Mr Muffler. (less than the cost of the part I had researched alone) I was prepared to have this work done on the spot. After putting my car up on the lift, I was told that my catalytic converter was fine and did not need to be replaced, I thanked them and told them how much I appreciated their honesty. They replied that they are in the business to help people. I will definitely give them my business in the future and recommend this shop to anyone I know with muffler/exhaust problems. Its refreshing to know that there are still honest mechanics out there and they deserve our business.

Today I called to get an estimate on getting a muffler installed for a pickup. After providing the needed information, he said he really couldnt give me an estimate. I asked, So I guess I need to bring it in so you can look at it then? He said yes. I said ok, sounds good.I drove in & as I walked up he asked, You the one that called a little while ago?I replied yes, I called about a muffler installed.He then said Well, I wish you would have told me you were coming. I cant look at it now, I still have this guy to finish...Sorry to bother you, Ill go someplace that wants the work.I took it to another place & the guy simply crawled under & looked at it from his back, & gave me an estimate.

I tried calling for 2 weeks and left messages. I never once got a call, and made the time to go there the only time I could and the representative was more concerned about getting off at 12 and didnt even try to look or offer another time to come back. Dont waste your time going to not get any help at all.

The owner/operator of this shop has the worst attitude. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance he was not prepared to work on my vehicle. I wanted custom exhaust on my vehicle. After insulting my intelligence he explained that he wouldnt have the time needed to complete the job and I would have to wait days for him to finish. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY WORST ENEMY.
