Gabe Parke at Auto Zone was a wonderful customer service representative at this Auto Zone. Gabe gets 5 stars for going above and beyond to help me out. I had my car jumped from what I thought was a dead battery and it was said to me that Auto Zone can check my Alternator to see if it will pass or fail. It failed so I knew if I turned it off it would need another jump. I had my Great Dane in the car with me as I planned to go elsewhere after auto zone but plans changed. My problem was if I take my car to the dealership, I would have no way home (shuttle stopped and no rental or loaner cars available) so at this point I was frustrated and feeling sad for myself. Gabe saw it and showed compassion and he and his co-worker worked it out that he could follow me home to drop my dog then he would be able to bring me back from the dealership. All very close to each other. Gabe even brought me a bottle of water. He is in college and his compassion and problem solving skill will take him far in life. You can’t teach these things either you have them or you don’t. The manager on the other hand had as much compassion as a rock -though he did let Gabe take the truck to help me and I thank him for that. I have to give a great big thank you to Rich and Joe. These 2 Guys Went Way above and beyond to help me out on June 16. My truck broke down and I had AAA told me there because I needed a serpentine belt. Come to find out I also needed an idler pulley. As luck would have it we could not match the part out and these two fantastic gentleman came up with a plan to drive me 20 minutes away to help me get the part that would fit. If they had not help me out I would have really been screwed. I am so grateful for their help and they should be recognized for being so awesome. I am writing to recognize the team at store 2401 in Sanford, FL. I was on my way to Auto Zone to replace my Duralast Gold Battery, it was an excellent battery and six years old so I knew it was time to replace. My car stalled at a traffic light a couple of hundred yards away from Auto Zone and would not restart. I walked to the store and tried to get the exact replacement battery but was told it was not in stock. The manager was kind enough to search local AutoZone stores and determine an exact match was found at another store approximately 8 miles away. I was in a bind because no one was home at my house and my car was stuck in the parking lot. I spoke with the manager who authorized her employee Joe H. to give me a ride to my house, which was approximately 2 miles away. I was so grateful for the ride as I was able to use my other car to drive to the other AutoZone to pick up the new battery. When I arrived back at store 2401 with the new battery, employee Patrick H. took the new battery and his cart across an entire shopping plaza and installed the battery even though I purchased it from another AutoZone store. Within a short period of time, I was back home and my car was running great with the new Duralast battery. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without the extraordinary help of the manager, Joe H. and Patrick H.! Their help saved the day! Thank you AutoZone and your wonderful employees, Thomas B.

I was having problems finding the right part and they went the extra measurer and called the dealership for me so I could go and get it. I drove 2 1/2 hours with the wrong part. Luiz was great. Everybody there was 👍

Do not go here! Brought my car in to get my battery tested and they told me my battery was all good and nothing was wrong with it. I then went to a shop to get my alternator replaced which ended up costing me 750$. Come to find out my car still wasn’t working so I took my battery to AutoNation to get it retested and they tell me the problem is my battery. They don’t even know how to test a battery and ended up costing me 750 dollars.

Was very disappointed of customer services. I showed up at 8:55 at night to pick up my Order. Which was just a belt. And thought they stayed open til 10 but I guess I was wrong about that. But I am standing by the door trying to tell them all I need is the belt on the shelf. One of employees rolled his eyes and looked up and stalled for 5-6min right exactly at 9:01 and him and the manager walks out. Explaining that they’re closed. And all I was trying to get there attention and they both saw me through the door. And we talked outside for about 5 min. By the time us talking. I would of already have gotten my belt for my car. Would of been already gone too.I am just very disappointed of customer service here and I am a regular Customer. I come here a lot to get things. One of my friends work at this location. Never had a problem at all until tonight.

The employee came out to test my battery and when I inquired what they recommend I do to resolve my cars starting issue they stated Dont fix what aint broke. I took my business elsewhere and confirmed the battery was indeed bad. I wasnt given an ease of mind nor safety.

I came into autozone store number 6182 looking for parts to troubleshoot my non working ac. Two employees, Cheyenne and Izzy, asked several questions to ensure they knew what my problem was. They helped to diagnose and fix my issue while at the store. I have a newborn and a toddler and really didn’t have time to take the car into the shop. They are outstanding!! The customer service in this location is horrible! I feel like a ghost every time I’m there. The employees are rude and I’ve put my supplies down without purchasing them more than five times so I will not be returning or recommending!!!!!

I looked online for a battery for my motorcycle. Autozones website said that they had the one I wanted, and they it was in stock. I went to this location where it was supposed be and they said that they were out of them. I asked why they dont keep their website up to date and I got no answer. I asked for another battery that would be compatible and the person that was helping me did not have a clue. He said that he never sold a battery before. I took my old one back and left. It was quite a drive with no success. Dont know if I will go back. I was a regular customer until now.

Helpful employees? 5 stars. Inventory? 5 stars. Everything 5 stars EXCEPT:out of 4 employees in the store late morning on 2/13 NOT ONE had a mask on, or hanging around their neck. No masks in sight. Management needs to take COVID seriously.

I don’t do reviews often, but I went to this location earlier tonight and bought tag and tail lights for my car. I was helped by Nick, who was very kind overall and he also helped install them on my car which I really appreciated. He even went above and beyond and helped to fix one of my car lights that had a piece broken and now everything works just fine! He really went out of his way to help me out and that sort of customer service is truly hard to come by so I wanted to come on here and give him a shout out, thanks again!

Wow. This is most definitely the best customer service I have ever experienced! From the moment I walked in, staff was very friendly and quick to help. My car died in the middle of the road, so they evaluated my vehicle and attempted to fix it free of charge. They ran outside Without hesitation, And quickly diagnosed that I needed a new battery. Nick was very knowledgeable helpful, and knew exactly what to do to get my vehicle running in no time at all. I very highly recommend, and I would give more stars if I could! NIGEL IS THE BEST!!!!!!! 14 JUL 2020 had to be one of the HOTTEST days so far during our FL summer. Nigel didnt hesitate one time to get his tool box, and go outside to help me with screws on my plates. The job took about 15 mins. Nigel was quick and absolutely professional! You can tell he is OBVIOUSLY passionate about his job and his customers. This man truly deserves to be acknowledged....and a raise! Thank you again for your help, sir!!!

I showed up with two minutes to spare, I needed a fan relay switch, one of the employees stood there with his arms crossed and laughed at me and would not of shift. Very unprofessional and corporate will be getting phone calls about this

I called to see if they had a battery for my truck in stock and got to speak with George, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable right from the start I told him I would be there in 5 min he was prepared and ready right when I walked in, he tested and installed my new battery in a matter of 5 min and recommended anti-corrosion blocker for my new battery. Great service all around. This is the kind of guy you want at your store and to be helped by all the time!! Thanks again George for the great service!!

Dont buy a battery here. If they cant find your account they wont warranty or prorate anything. Walmart has batteries waaaaaaaaay cheaper. And fluids and freon also. Pretty much anything thats not a part is way cheaper at walmart

Had trouble starting car. Stopped in, they checked the battery, replaced it free (still under warrenty) and on my way in under 20 minutes. Saved the day!

In a pinch, this store had an AC suction line for a Jeep Grand Cherokee that no other competitor in the area had in stock I normallydeal with, including the Dealer. Saved my client from the sweltering humid Florida heat, same day. Nice clean store and friendly service, cannot say that for all of them, but this one in particular was a great example. This is coming from a veteran Mechanic and shop owner.

So glad they built this place, and who ever did the hiring did an awesome job. The staff, everyone of them is awesome in this store. I am here about once a week (at least) whether for boat parts, wiring, batteries, oil, etc. 99% of the time they have what you need, if they dont they will look at another store and have shipped over if needed. I enjoy going into the store. Great group of folks working in there, and thats what a makes a business great, is the people. They care about their customers 100%. Thanks for all your help!!!!

I needed to replace a dead battery in my 2015 Nissan Murano. I saw all of the positive reviews for this store and decided to give it a shot. I am glad I did.George was very helpful in finding the correct battery for my car and installing it for me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Ill be back the next time I need to maintain my vehicle. I am really happy there is great parts store so conveniently located.

My belt broke on my industrial sewing machine. I was in the middle of a project that I needed to finish and didnt have time to order the belt I needed. The lady there went way above and beyond to match the size of my broken belt to the size of one they had in stock with no reference number to look up. She sure came through for me and saved the day! I wish I had gotten her name.... Give her a raise!

They were very helpful, precise, accommodating and concerned with my issues. Wow! What can I say! My nine month pregnant daughter was stuck after working all day with a dead battery in her car. I am an hour and a half away just came down from Chicago an know no one. I do know the Autozone in my neck of the woods has always helped me out (no where close to this level but helpful) and I took a chance calling this Autozone to see if by some slim chance they could help. I first talked with Levi and then Keegan the Mgr. who listen to my problem. They explained how they could help I paid for my battery and was asked for my rewards card info so I wouldn’t miss out on points and Levi drove the battery to her and installed the battery for her. I just wanted to thank them both for saving her when I obviously was too far away to do anything and I appreciate them both so much for helping. The best customer service by far! My daughter called me amazed as she didn’t realize Auto zone offered this type of service and I told her they don’t. She is very impressed as well! A big thank you!

Every time I go to Autozone there are two workers that just stand around the counter by the battery rack. All they do is stand around on there phones and walk around everyone else who is working on the counter. It’s a a girl in a red shirt and a shorter guy in a grey shirt. When I asked them to cash me out they passed me off to the other guys busting their rears with other customers. If those two got off their phones and separated for a second I could have been out of the store and on my way, but they chose to hide behind the rack. So it seems that the store is short staffed even when those two are together.

Always in and out and staff are more than helpful. Usually have good sales on my favorite products.

Tried to do a split payment they took the money and its processing through the bank and now I cant buy a ball joint and that same day my wheel fell off on the highway because there employees cant process a transaction the correct way the first time and we had a child in the vehicle so I am in the process of getting a attorney I hope autozone sees this cause we should get compensated for there employee error during a state of emergency situation

I am not, nor have ever been a car person, so when a light went on about a malfuctioning part, I was horrifed. A call to the dealer ended me with a quote in the triple digets for the part & installation. A trip to auto zone for the part cost me $8, and the guys helped me through the installation free of charge. Needless to say, I am very happy with the service I recieved here & will definitely be returning in the future.
