***It is a national and global crisis and employees here are purposefully hiding the stock for themselves.Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry or even just on a general schedule. For over the past year, I have gone in this store to do various things such as pick up quick office supplies or even have one or two pages of something printed on a certain type of paper. Or just business cards.No matter what it is, theres always been maybe 3 or less employees in the entire store no matter what day or weekend or time Ive gone in.Standing at the Printing area to have someone take an order for me has always been a 20+ minute wait or Ive just walked out, gone to the next Office Depot location in Marietta and been out of that one in 5 minutes.Even when youre standing in line, they tell you theyll be with you in a few minutes and it just continues with no acknowledgement. The employee working at the cashier usually then disappears even though people are clearly waiting at both sides of the store.All the employees at this location love texting on their phones and chatting to each other in the aisles when customers are waiting. They even acknowledge you when you walk in the store but when youre ready to check out or be helped, theyre on their phones somewhere deep in the aisles.On top of that, during a national and global crisis for sanitary items, we picked up 3 bottles of the disinfectant wipes and then a man behind us got 4 more. As all us customers walked to the front register, one of the employees told another employee to go take those off the shelf and put them in the back so I can get some too.Do not ever go to this location. I havent had a good experience here in years.

Came here Sunday 1/17/21 to get paper and toner. Store opens at 10 am. I arrived a bit early to see two employees sitting out front waiting to go in. No manager in site, they cant get ahold of the manager to unlock the store. Ended up leaving at 10:22 and the manager still hadnt arrived to open the store. Absolutely embarrassing, I wont be shopping here again, or probably any office depot.

If I could give a zero I would. There are alot of people looking for work who actually WANT to work. I got in to get ONE PEN, ONE and was in there for 20 minutes. The manager was laughing, standing in the doorway of their little back office while a young employee struggled. Then it went from 1 person to 3 people helping one lady that was not needed and two other employees doing nothing. There is no way a line should have formed when there was enough people to just ring people up and get them out. By far, the worst store I have been in, in years. There is multiple complaints that sound the same so corporate is obviously ignoring complaints or do not know of this, The store needs to get a handle on things. Fire and replace. Its simple.

This is the worst Office Depot I have ever been to. Waited 35 minutes in line and no one person ask if they can help. I will NEVER visit this terrible place. I don’t recommend it, unless you want to wait over 40 minutes without being acknowledged.

I came by this location with my kid to check and see if they had the sale paper in the store.I found only two that were left in the store and I snagged them and went to the register. The gentleman at the register was kind enough to process the transaction and get me out of the store in a timely fashion. He seemed capable and knowledgeable and took my information and payment quickly.

Daughter and husband came into to get colored printing on transfer paper and the person helping them stated that something was wrong with the paper because they were having difficulties printing it properly. They came home with one picture because the person would not take the time to get it right for them.It doesnt help that I called the day before to see if they were able to do this and got a quote on how much we would pay to print.Please if you are working here be happy to help assist a customer. Do a test print to make sure things are ok and do not be so quick to send a customer away because you dont have the patience or time to figure it out so that you can make the proper suggestion.Poor customer service and sad to say this is not the first time I have experienced this here.

The printing center here...who doesnt print anything correctly now charges a min of 2.50$ even if you only need 1 sheet printed...but get this..the self printing machines do not work. This place should close down not other stores who have awesome customer service during a pandemic.

There is a Manager call Crystal. The cashier was helping me trying to use a 20% coupon available for online purchase (I was buying tax forms and envelopes). He call her for the authorization and She denied it. So I decided to place the order online to pick it up at the store. the next costumer ask for any discount and She authorize a 20% discount on that costumer... Just because I am latin.My office is one block to that store and Im a regular costumer there.

Called before going to location to confirm item was there and was told yes. Got there and couldn’t find item, asked for help and was pointed to an isle, not there asked again, lost looks and shrugs then told didn’t carry item. Had $100 worth of items in my arms to buy, left it all there as I couldn’t believe the lousy service.

I went to this location at 8 am to print some presentations that had to be done by 11 (catching flight in the early afternoon). I worked with Kevin in the printing department and he was outstanding. He was diligent, calm, and knowledgeable. I encountered some issues (on my end) and Kevin made sure everything was great. The store manager, Jose Velez made sure to take care of the other customers while Kevin helped me. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to that location for all of my printing needs. Great job Office Depot #2194 in Sandy Springs, GA

I’m pretty sure the Grinch was reincarnated in a manager named Tracey. After asking for my print order that was placed yesterday I was bluntly told “yeah that’s not going to be ready” and after trying to decode her mumbles & attitude I found out the printing machine had been down. I appreciate her trying to get me set up on the self service machine, which ended up not keeping the proper formatting, but I don’t think the store owner would appreciate her telling me “if you want to go somewhere else, then go!” Or “do you want the keys? I’d be happy not to give them to you and get out of here.” I was not giving any attitude back to where those comments would be acceptable backlash.I get it, the holidays are a crazy time of year, and I’m sure a printing machine being down can be very stressful, I would think that an employee in a management role would be able to handle the stress better.Merry Christmas you Grinch. The manager Cristal is racist. She didn’t let me use a 20% coupon that was available online. And for the customers after me she offered a 20% coupon. And she is the manager. The cashier was trying to help me giving me the discount and she denied it.Great training of the managers.

They are clearly short staffed in the print/copy department and cant (or wont) follow through on when they tell customers their projects will be ready. Needed something by Tuesday and was told it would be ready Tuesday when I first submitted the order (or I would have gone with someone else who could get it done quicker)....now its Wednesday late afternoon and its still not ready. Not enough staff to get done the high volume of print jobs they use as an excuse. They wont need to worry about having a high volume of print jobs for long if this is how they are going to handle peoples printing needs. They certainly wont be having to worry about printing anything for me in the future.

If you know where in the store to find what you need the selection is good, though the prices are a tad high. Do not expect any customer service. During a recent visit the staff spent time chatting with each other. One girl was engrossed in a text conversation on her phone and probably was not aware I was in the store. As I was walking out the door empty-handed someone came running up to see if they could help. Clark Howard would call this customer no service.

They seem terribly understaffed. Dropped off job Friday to pick up Saturday, show up Sunday and was not done. Talked to someone who promised it would be done on Monday and show up and it was not complete. Every time I come here people are staring into space waiting to be helped. Krystal did the best job she could, but totally under staffed. Won’t risk bringing a project here again!!!

This store is okay for buying products but if you are not white, dont expect a friendly customer service. Dont get me wrong. Not all of them are this way. Ive been there in the past and had a pleasant experience, but my most recent experience was very unpleasant to say the least. I walked in to check some laptops. They usually have pretty good deals. Ive bought my last laptop from that same store. So, while I was checking out the item, the laptop starts beeping. Then, there comes an old guy. The first thing he says to me is, What are doing young man? Are you here to buy anything or just look around? These are not your public computers. I was just shocked the way he made such assumptions. So, all I could say was, Yes, I did come to buy. He replies, Well which one? I said, Theres a couple of them Im looking at. Then, he simply just pretends to be looking at another computer for couple of minutes, without talking to me or offering any help. Which is a move done to make sure someone is not shoplifting or anything. I know this because I work at a grocery store. So, in conclusion it is a good store if youre white and dont look black, Hispanic or brown. If youre black, brown or Hispanic looking, dont be surprised to see people observing you and being assumptuous of your intentions.

To echo one of the past reviews I felt racially profiled at this Office Depot today. I needed help finding the correct replacement battery for my Mercedes Benz key fob when an older white gentleman whom worked there walked by so I asked for help. He was ok at best but I felt tension in our exchange. After going to get his own personal key fob(he mentioned he also drives a Mercedes) he proceeded to ask me was this the key to MY car. Confused, but I answered yes it is. He then asked again is this the “original” key..? I’m now annoyed because I’m confused as to why I’m being questioned about the ownership of my keys/car? How did we get here and I just asked for help purchasing the correct battery. Never did I mention anything wrong with the key or tell him of any other problems with the key fob, the battery was simply dead. I assume the gentleman sensed the annoyance in my tone after I said again, “yes this is the original key to MY CAR!” You would think he would stop there but no, he then says, “I’m not trying to accuse you of anything I’m just saying if you purchased it offline or from anyone else it will not work with your car.” I was so annoyed I just wanted to get the battery and leave the store. I will not purchase anything else from this location, bad experience.

I had the worst experience at this office depot store. The staff and the manager were so rude. The manager was passing sarcastic remarks when asked about the price of a poster print out. I had been to several other office depot locations, but never faced this kind of behaviour from anyone. Try to avoid this store if possible.

No one offered to help me copying papers. Finally i figured it out on my own. When i went to pay no one said hello. If i would have walked out without paying they probably wouldnt have noticed. They greeted other people that came in. Maybe it was because i was black and they were white. This location is near me but i think Ill find somewhere else to go from now on.

Terrible service. I went there to have one page of labels printed and no one in the store knew how to properly use the printer. When the manager Brian was called, he spent more time telling me what he couldnt do, than listening to my request. I went to Staples and used their DIY printers and everything printed fine. What a waste of my time.

The online system doesnt work. Sometimes when I order something, they issued me a refund because it was listed as wrong price, much cheaper than it should be. Sometimes I get my order fast, other times I didnt have my order no tracking info no refund. I have to fight the system to get my money back. Not worth the time.

I sent a file to be printed through their website and while I got the initial email that stated that my order was placed, I never received confirmation, from the store. it was a weekday and I believe I placed the order around 2pm. So they had ample time to give some type of feedback. All I wanted was two color copies, front and back. The next day, still nothing. So I went to the store around 5 maybe 6. I talked to the manager at the print center and shes like yes we received your file. But of course it wasnt printed. Why? Because they didnt have the paper I wanted. Well no one was gonna tell me that. I have to go back to make sure I get my refund too.

After a weeks and some days Im dealing with their overseas customer service line, they finally let me return my online purchase of a bookshelf back to the store. The assistant manager Mike is amazing and very understanding. He definitely understands customer service and management. I cant blame him for the rest of the staffs behavior. The main manager his name starts with an O he is responsible for that. He was the one there when I came to drop off my package. The rude lady at the copy center called for him. He came out chewing the rest of his food that he was obviously eating and was clearly annoyed that I had interrupted his breakfast I guess. He did in fact let me return the bookshelf there. He gave me the hardest time about just getting something saying I had returned it there. Its still needed to ship out before I got my credit for the return so I thought he would just appease me to make me comfortable returning it there with no return credit yet. He said its not something they typically do. Well dummy thats why Im here because of how badly Ive already been treated you were making an exception for me. Im starting to doubt Office Depot is a real company. Never in my life have I been treated this badly. The nonchalantness is baffling to me. And the fact that their customer service line is overseas is just another issue in itself. I will no longer support a business that cant have its employees is in the USA.

I cant express how happy I am with my experience at this Office Depot today. I had a senior project due today and after visiting 4 extremely packed print shops I sped over to this location. Amber in the print department worked extremely fast under my rushed conditions. She was positive about my negative thinking towards failing my class since I was so behind on getting prints. She had me in and out and I made it to class only 4 min late when before walking in this store I thought failing was my only option. Freaking Angel on earth 😀

Customer Service is bad. They dont pay attention to you when you are in line or at the counter unless you go speak to them a few times. Came to print out a few items. I was told it would be a minute asked how long that was and was told 15-20 minutes later. Came back 20 minutes later to be told they hadnt started printing because they didnt want to mess up the order they had already recieved instructions on how to print and had agreed to have it done.10 copies of 3 pages (ready to print in Black and White) took an hour with only one other customer in front of me. No other customers came while I was there.Do not come to this Office Depot unless it the last choice in the world. Youre better off driving somewhere else or buying a printer at Walmart, setting it up, and printing there.Good luck!

I waited at Office Depot for 45 minutes to print two copies. My documents contained personal and confidential information. So imagine my shock when a customer went behind the counter and took all of the copies from the Copy Center’s main printer. He then packed them up in a box and left. There wasn’t anyone there to stop him. Oddly, all of the employees in the Copy Center had vanished. I asked to speak with the manager about the situation. He kept me waiting for another 15 minutes, and then rudely told me to call 1-800-Office Depot and tell them all about it. I spent over an hour at the Office Depot on Hammond Road, I never got my copies and I couldn’t mail a letter because they ran out of Priority Mail envelopes . The customer service and store management at this location is sub-standard. Theres never very many customers shopping in the store.

Went to the one in Cobb next to Cumberland mall and print service lady didn’t really want to help me she told me I should have emailed my work in email over night and that I would have an hour wait note I had an something to do at 10 in Atlanta with traffic to face, I called this location and Alexis Seeney picked up the phone in the print area and said come on in and I’ll get you taken care of. I drove the extra 15 mins to this location and she got me in and out quickly in less than what felt like 20 mins to get my stuff printed and binded. I hope she gets Recognized for her great customer service experience.

I am done with this store. Its in my neighborhood and the most convenient for me but I am done.Amber is slow and rude. She used to be friendly, helpful and slow. But now she takes her time with a nasty, indifferent or I hate living look on her face.In addition, there will be a line of customers waiting for service and she chooses who to help first. I summoned the manager, or who I thought was the manager. Looks about forty-five, reddish hair, 510, brown glasses. He didnt help her or acknowledge I was talking to him. Not a word.I would not want folks like these people representing my business. Ive been buying office supplies at this store and mailing packages here for three years. I keep hoping the give a s#!t factor would, at the very least, stay even. But it barely exist at this store anymore. Its really too bad.I mailed my packages yesterday at the FedEx across from Trader Joes and had fast and a cheerful experience.If you need paperclips this Office Depot will be ok but if you need to mail somthing or help with printing, save yourself the wait and frustration. FedEx @6280 Roswell Rd NE will have you in and out in minutes.

Went to Office Depot to purchase items and a WD metal 1 terabyte usb drive. In all my purchases would have been well over a few hundred dollars in sales. First, even though the store was displaying WD drive packages, they had none in stock. This was a Black Friday item and was over a $45 saving. Most retail stores I visit dont keep empty or out of stock items on the shelves. A rude male employee became involved in my purchase trying to sell a much cheaper in quality item it at the same price. No! Then he made an offer to sell me another cheaper WD drive at a higher price with no similar sale price. When I asked him the price he responded in a very sarcastic degrading remarks. This has gotten to be so typical of Office Depot. I usually purchase office supplies from this company through my corporation in the thousands. Hello staples. Very Rude sarcastic people do not belong in retail sales. Your company is already declining, I can understand with these employees.
