Ian is great! My Microsoft Surface Go decided to crash and despite my normal tech savviness, I was unable to get it back up and running myself. I had identified the problem but just couldnt seem to fix it, thank goodness for Ian. It would have continued to lay dormant in a desk drawer if it was not for him. Ian was very responsive and helpful. Im glad I found his website. If you are in need of some computer help, I 100% recommend this guy. My computer started acting wonky, and I, being sorta nerdy, knew that this problem was waaaay beyond my ability. Honestly, I came upon Green Men Computers because it was near a Lowes and the reviews seemed solid, so I gave him a call. Heres what I know: This guy is great! For one thing, he actually listens to you. (This may sound trivial, but how often do specialists {doctors, lawyers, technicians} not really listen when you try to explain the problem?) He is very reasonable in pricing, and he is prompt in responding to texts or phone calls. If youre reading this review, I give you my word: You will not find anyone better. At best, you will find someone comparable, but, I can almost guarantee they will be charging you quite a bit more. Your search is over. This is your guy. I know hes mine.

Fast and friendly service. Received good recommendations and now my PC works better than when I bought it. The shop can be a little hard to find. Its actually inside the building. Entrance is on the left side.

I spilled coffee on my laptops keyboard and had the keyboard replaced at a national chain. The tech never fully tested the keyboard to make sure it was functioning properly. When I got home, of course the keyboard was not functioning properly.
