Bought 9 Windows from them in 2013 and never had installation finished on picture window. Were given impression that windows had lifetime warranty. Two of them were replaced s few years ago but installation ignored on picture window. Now two more windows are glazing between the double pains but was told manufacturing company was out of business so we are out of luck. Need to find contract and then check on legal action.

They dont return phone calls for warranty window repair. Do not purchase any products/services from this scam window company.

We submitted to have a quote done at our house via online after speaking with the owner. Selected a Wednesday but the online format did not allowed us to chose a time. This is a concern as my husband works the night shift and must sleep during the day. Wednesday afternoon they called to schedule an appointment, not actually come for one. We scheduled for the next day. We had a family emergency so we called to cancel. No one answered so we left a message. They never called back to reschedule and we called multiple time to try ourselves. Today, a week later from our original appointment date (and almost 2 weeks after the date we requested online) a woman called to confirm our appointment. I explained that our appointment was last week, not this week and we have since chosen another company since we could not get her company to contact us. She became very rude and told me we never left messages while I know for a fact we did. First impressions are a huge thing for my family. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
