Koch replaced/installed all the windows in our home. Our windows were old and very drafty. These new windows are amazing and look great. Love the built in screens as well! Very affordable, installed in one day and great to work with!

Stopped in to inquire about purchasing products for multiple jobs over a week ago and still no response! Have continued to do business with a competitor! If you want to get my business you need to be on top of things! Very poor customer service!

Not a reputable company. They repaired a window (they sold & installed 9 years earlier) by covering up this mold with new molding. Certainly not the correct repair by any means. I would suggest you find another window company.
