Decent store its big lots what can you really say

Some good deals to be found, have been impressed with the furniture selection. Some items are still overpriced though for being in a discount store.

Bought 3 solar powered lamp posts. They quit working after a few weeks.

The assistant manager is RUDE and obnoxious. She spoke down to me as though I was an idiot. She then accused me of threatening her when I was explaining my dissatisfaction with one of their employees neglecting to tell me if I waited 3 days to make a $4000 purchase on furniture I would save 20%. Like anyone would do including the assistant manager if she was in the same situation I asked if I could recieve the discount since I had just purchased the furniture. She took thats as a threat.... she just didnt want to do her job. I will never purchase anything from this location again. The actual store manager Bob was extremely helpful and took care of the issue. I dont remember her name but I will definitely be calling the corporate office and making them aware of the assistant managers attitude and work ethic. Ill be driving to elyria from now on when furnishing my rental properties.
