Came here because I needed some cold meds and a nasal rinse bottle. Aisles feel very compressed and I am none too happy about how long it took to find the nasal rinse. I also just dont like the atmosphere in there, even meijer does that better (but not by too much). Ill be willing to consider returning here in the future

Sandusky Drug Mart pharmacy is the absolute worst! My doctor sent the prescription Thursday morning, as a priority prescription. As of Saturday its still not ready. Ive been here waiting an hour for them to fill it. How long does it take to count 30 pills? As Im sitting here, seems like everyone that comes for pick up is told the same thing. Its not ready come back in half an hour. Absolutely ridiculous!!! And the pharmacy staff are not very friendly.

They closed in 2 minutes and would not fill my scripts. I had just gotten released from the hospital. Local advertisements said they were open until 10pm but store hours said 9pm. Try harder.

New location is nice

We went on my friends 21st birthday to have her buy some alcohol for the first time! She had the paper ID from the BMV, since her plastic ID had not come in the mail yet. Every time I would have to use those in the past, they are accepted. We went to the cashier who was a rude old lady, and she did not even know what the paper ID was. So, we explained it to her and showed her the line that said, Under 21 until this date. She did not want to listen to us. She even pulled out a piece of paper to do the math on her birthday which came out to 21 years old. She called someone on the phone and came back saying that they cannot accept it. Even though it is a legal ID from the state of Ohio. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this drug mart to anyone.

Store is great it is right across from Veterans Home so Veterans can walk, ride bike, and mobility scooters there .. Pharmacy people have always been great .. and give a discount to us ..love there take out deli ..

I like the convenience of picking packs of cheese already sliced with 6 to 10 slices. I like the deli items, which are different from other 3 stores in town and the prices are cheaper. I get fresh express lettuce, milk, eggs or other items always on sale. Deli stuff fresh. Other items bought are a good price. The store is brightly lit and wide isles. Staff is friendly. Great store.

Its like a oversized convenient store with a little bit of everything. E-Z in and out parking lot for those quick shopping visits. They also have a drive up window for drop off and pickup of prescriptions.Once you get the layout of the store it makes shopping quicker and e-zer. Nice clean store with pretty good service. I personally have never had a problem with the staff and services of this store. 🙄

Had a paper ID since my card hasn’t come in the mail yet and cashier and manager would not accept it. They Were incompetent and rude about the situation

Ive never been a fan of drug mart. Not because its not convenient but because its not clean. Years of not cleaning properly builds up and you can see the gross dirt on the floor. Sales can be ok, but Id be careful in what exactly youre shopping for

I purposely went early today because it was senior day. The 3 way bulbs on sale were already gone. Is this a come on to get you in the store? I was sure they would have some.

I am only giving this Drug Mart 2 stars because of the pharmacy and customer service window employees being so rude. I thought is was just me the first time but it happened to my husband and a woman standing in front of me. I had to speak up for the woman in front of me who was very mild mannered and say something about the bad behavior of the employee. I went to the pharmacy one last time two weeks ago and it was amazing how nasty she was. No reason, no problem, just doesnt want to be bothered. Never going to the pharmacy again. As far as the faxing and lotto I will fax from work and get my lotto tickets somewhere else where I can use a debit card and not feel like I am doing something wrong while waiting in line fingers crossed that I am not treated poorly when I get to the window.I like Drug Mart and would shop there double if the employees werent so rude. I go to Aldi and Menards weekly. I really wish I could go to Drug Mart for the rest. I go over to Wal-Mart instead, if that tells you how bad the pharmacy and customer service is at Drug Mart. Get rid of the bitter, older women who dont want to be bothered with giving decent customer service to good customers.

Pharmacy staff was very helpful and friendly. I was visiting from out of town, and needed a prescription to be filled last minute, and they did a great job. They provided me with everything that I needed.

I went there to pick up prescriptions. I usualy go to the store in huron, but had to unfortunately visit the one on 250. Omg the pharmacy staff was so rude! Not friendly at all and actually rude and bitter. After my horrible experience with those people, i drove to my neighborhood store in huron and complemented the staff! I will never go thete again. I had heard they were awful but i needed to see for my self. Rudedt people ever!

The pharmacy people are so rude and not friendly at all. Its a shame with as many people needing jobs you keep people like that around. After 30yrs of have drug mart as my pharmacy I am changing. Good luck with being rude now days you will not last.

Be careful when purchasing beer to check the dates, unwilling to refund/exchange ‘skunked’ product. Will plan to stick to traditional liquor stores for these purchases in the future.

Customer service ladies are miserable! Every time I go in there to fax something there is always an attitude or lack of knowledge, lazy and only enjoys conversating with coworkers! Never going back! 😔

Terrible... Checkout lady LAUGHED at me for being Two pennies short.. IF I couldnt find 2 ( TWO) friggin pennies, then..... I cant compete your sales.. hahaha..

Ridiculous my son got out of the ER and the doctor called in the prescription and you didnt fill it because there was no insurance card on file...staff lost and confused 5 old folks were waiting longer than I was sad. @ drug marts response apparently you cant read your staff admitted they didnt fill it because there was no insurance card on file and this goes against any other pharmacies policy....a doctor sends the prescription you fill it and when I show up I show you the insurance card or I pay out of pocket!
