Place is scam went in to look at glasses was talked into getting ones I did not want. The web site they order from was not working so glasses were never ordered before they closed. I called very next morning and canceled them. I was told no problem looks like they havent been ordered it Ill have someone call you for the refund. Well never got a return phone call and they also ordered the glasses. Noone knows what the other persons doing at that place. Called several times with no return call. So again today 5 weeks later was just told I cant get a refund cause they were custom glasses. Ummm they should of never been ordered Im sorry your employees are lazy but I will get money back if I have to leave a new negitive comment everyday. Also I will also dispute the charge on my card. Id do the right thing all eyes

Extremely rude and dont specify the brand on their prescriptions so if you get your contacts through another business they have to call for details.
