Svs has a wonderful caring well trained staff who genuinely care about you as a patient and work hard at making your experience great.

Very helpful staff, wide selection of frames, excellent pricing. The only down side is that their chairs have had all the wheels taken off by someone in corporate--incredibly foolish!

Worse than just horrible they are thieves.worst customer service would be complimenting this place.I called with my new insurance info and booked an appointment.After the appointment i was billed $72 because they said my insurance didnt cover. i paid and called corporate.Corporate said my insurance only covered regular exam, i have contacts. what a scam. get you in tell you that you are covered, then take your money.

Ive been going to SVS for the past 2 years. Dr. Heilman has been my eye doctor since my first appointment and I have nothing but good things to say about her, my experience has been great. Generally speaking the open office staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Wide selection of frame options. A good place to go if youre searching for a new eye doctor.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Glasses are reasonable priced. The best part is that they take care of the insurance and are really knowledgeable about the plans!

Top notch establishment! Their phone system is the best I have experienced. They text you about your appointment and call to remind you about the appointment as well. When I was there for my eye exam everyone was friendly and the Doctor took his time and did not rush and answer all my questions I had. They also helped me select the right glasses for my face. They made suggestions on different frames and gave reasons why they are made the way they are not just for looks. I will continue to give them my business.Update I lost my glasses in the lake... not cool. I called SVS gave them my card over the phone and I had new glasses within 2 days!!! They are an outstanding organization.Ordered some Oakley’s waiting for them to come in. Still very happy with the company that’s why they keep getting my business

I had my appointment on Monday April 22, 2019. The doctor did a thorough check on my eyes. I told her a problem I was having and told me how to fix it. Of course I needed glasses, so I picked them out. They sent me a text on Wednesday April 24, 2019 saying my glasses were already in! I have never gotten my glasses that fast. They are very nice people. I would definitely recommend!

I had my first visit to this office today for an eye exam and to get a new pair of frames/lenses. I dont have enough kind things to say about the staff there. Even though I got there early, I had no wait time at all. They optometrist was very friendly and the exam was quick. When picking out my new frames, the woman who helped me was GREAT. She gave me her honest opinions on what frames looked best on me, which most places have not done with me in the past. The prices were affordable and I am happy to have found a new office as wonderful as these people.

Friendly people.glasses are very cheap, they dont stay on your face. plastic nose pieces, and they do not shape or fit the glasses to your face or ears when you pick them up. they just hand them to you and say have a nice day. that it. they dont do all the testing on your eyes and I didnt see any equipment to do them either. there the same as Walmart Glasses cheap. I paid over $469 dollars here. I could of got the same glasses at Walmart for $259 and cant see out of nether pair except one tiny shot in the middle of the lenses about the size of a pencil eraser. going back to my reg., eye doctors.

It was pretty good when I went there. I went there and got my eyes checked within 10 minutes. I think it was a little bit too quick though, and the doctor did not really explain too much.

The staff was professional, friendly and attentive. I had lost my glasses. I stopped in to see if I could order a new pair. I was out in no time with new glasses on the way!

Today, 10/06/2017, was my first visit to an SVS Vision office. Im a guy, and I hate doctors offices and shopping. However, my experience at this vision center was amazing. Dr. Eric Balthaser was my doctor (believe there are three at this location), and he spent time discussing my exam results in detail. He discussed different contact options, and he listened to my usage history with both contact and glasses. I wore glasses into his office (didnt bring contacts), and he graciously offered (and provided) a complimentary pair of contacts for my use while shopping for a new pair of glasses. He answered all of my questions. I was assisted in frame selection by Jennifer. Her patience was exceptional. She made suggestions; however, she listened to my opinions. Once I had narrowed the search down to two pair, she obtained a third party opinion from one of her co-workers in the office. In the end, all three of us agreed upon the final pair of glasses for me. Their knowledge and quick lookup of details with my insurance made the whole experience that much easier. I cant say enough positive things about their product selection, their professionalism, and my overall experience. I will return for future visits, and ensure my family does the same.

Great doctor, great lady that helped me with the ordering of my glasses,slower than a turtle getting the glasses made. Been over two weeks and still waiting, said another 2 or 3 days just for anti scratch coating. Really? Have had similar glasses made in just over 3 hours by eyemasters, ridiculous....

I liked the eye doctor, but the glasses were poorly made and had a terrible glare. I was told they could be replaced but Id have to pay a certain percentage. No thanks. Not paying even more on top of the almost $500 I already paid for 2 pair.

Dr Eric Balthaser is a very good eye doctor. I had really dry eyes and he gave me some drops called Freshkote that worked wonders. After my eye exam and using the Freshkote my vision is absolutely amazing

Very un professional. They did not lable the contact boxes for the eye it was for, waited forever for someone to help us. When we brought glasses back because they broke 2 days later. Since we were no longer buying something they didnt care to wait on us. Also no spray or cloth to clean glasses. Even walmart gives you those for free with your glasses.

I will never come here again. I was ignored by the staff today after I had already made my purchase. When I went in to pick up my glasses and after waiting. I stated maybe I should come back and the nasty woman just smiled and said okay with no other response. Horrible, horrible customer service I will not be back.

Had glasses last year from another eye glass company less then half thickness could see out of them, the ones from this place cant see get headache double thickness didnt get spray or cloth cost more and bad service never again and was never adjusted to fit face
