Great experience. Staff very friendly and worked fast. Tables are clean. Nice to see them open everyday now.

Typical Starbucks just a little more pricey do to it being located inside Cedar Point

Vanessa is so awesome! They all had a very stressful day of being out of everything, but she did great running the floor and making sure all of her staff was happy and got us in and out. Also the drinks were delicious! Thank you Vanessa and your crew!

The girl on register with the pigtails was super nice and took my order so easily. there seemed to be newer people training today, the short girl with tattoos seemed to have everything very under control while still making sure her drinks were done!! my drink was also made perfectly aside from the super complicated recipe!! i’ll be returning next time i come!

Seriously…the cashier was the rudest I’ve ever encountered at any Starbucks, and I was literally charged $8.34 before tax for a venti chocolate milk! More expensive than any of the coffee drinks I ordered…just milk and mocha!

RIDICULOUS!! pay $5 for a cup of regular coffee with no frills just cream and sugar the floors here when wet from rain are extremely slippery like walking on ice, almost fell twice and there were no signs stating anything about the slippery surface. Watch your step if it has been raining.

Just like an outside Starbucks, but more expensive. The service was quick and friendly. Everything at an amusement park is slightly more expensive, so theres no surprises there.

Although this Starbucks didnt have all Starbucks options. They were fast, served a quality hot coffee and lived up to the Starbucks standards. Staff at this location is friendly and enthusiastic to serve you the best product they can offer. Great on a cold freezing cold day to warm your heart at a reasonable Amusement Park price.

Chris the manager is AWESOME!! They were insanely busy and he was still extremely helpful and polite!! Great staff!!

They have awesome specials for the park! They are actually pretty fast at making orders even when really busy. The line getting in can be really long. My advice go early in the morning to get it.

The only place that doesnt price gouge at the amusement park (Cedar point). They are amazingly good at their job, considering what is required for that venue. Non-stop barristas with quality not faltering. Great work!!!!

The worst Starbucks Ive been to in a long time, got my name wrong, so multiple other customers handled my drink thinking it was theirs, then got attitude from the Batista for asking it to be remade because other people had been picking up the cup. And then my drink was remade wrong! Awful experience all around

Definitely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Place has dirty air vents, cobwebs on multiple light fixtures. Customers complaining left and right about wait times and lack of consistency in which customer’s drink gets made next. Employees don’t care. Yikes Starbucks... made me leave my first 1-star public review ever!

Great place! Nestled in the rotunda at the Hotel Breakers right on the beach! Great to get a cup of coffe and watch the sun rise over Lake Erie.

The wait was out of control only reason for not getting 5 stars it took us almost 45 minutes to stand online order and receive 3 drinks. My Pumpkin spice cold brew was everything I waited for though. This got us through a long day of walking around CP!

I love Starbucks. However, the people behind the counter were rude and berated me after waiting 10 minutes that they didnt have the bagel I ordered. Then they were upset I couldnt hear them over the loud music and people talking and laughing behind the counter. I waited 25 minutes total for a bagel and cream cheese along with a Java chip frap. I had a great experience yesterday and will go to the store in the hotel next time

Good place, ran in about 15 times because of rain lol. Good drinks, there may be a long wait, but its worth it. Some customers I have heard were pretty rude and un appreciate and sorry for that. But overall place is great :)

Starbucks inside a Cedar Point! That is just killer! I already spend too much money there and this does not help. But amazing to sit inside to get away from the heat after a long day at the Point.

For a busy resort, this place is terribly run. There are always many people in line. When I was there today, there were 7 people working, but only one taking orders and all the others lazily getting orders. Plus, there were 3 sandwiches not available, but they kept them in the case. So customers kept trying to order them. Highly inefficient. Obviously they are the only option, so who needs to give good service?

Rude service, ran out of pretty much everything, and didnt care to ask for clarification on my order, just made a disgusted face at me when they gave it to me. And it tasted awful.

Pretty good service! Could have been more clean but its at an amusement park that serves thousands.

Service was beyond slow (in their defense it was clearly a training day) however the baristas did not know how to put the order in the computer, interact with the customer, or know any part of the menu. These things could clearly be trained to the staff prior to them interacting with the customer at the register. We waited over 15 minutes for 2 lattes in a nearly empty starbucks location.I would advise to get your coffee outside of the park, if you can. In terms of order outcome it was light on flavor or just meh.

Nothing like a gnat in your frozen coffee drink:( gross.... stuff happens but when we took it over to have another made we stood in the back part of the area to see the mass quantities of gnats swarming the blenders. Keep it a lil cleaner and theyll go away. Yuck.

No sugar free mocha. When I asked the server why they do not serve skinny mocha, she told me it was too expensive for them to make every day. Really???? 4-6$ for a mocha and you can’t afford to make a skinny syrup each day??Very disappointed customer!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSHWe ordered our drinks like normal. My friends ordered 2nd out of the 6 of us. We all got our drinks within 10 minutes, except my friend. She asked several times for them to hurry up with her drink, because we were in a rush. All the barista said every time we asked was that they were doing everything they could. They were doing everything EXCEPT making the drink. We asked about it a few minutes later, and we got the same response. By that point, we were late and our group was going to leave without us. One of my other friends had to yell at the barista to get them to give us the drink. All they had to do was put the drink in the cup. IT WAS JUST SITTING IN THE BLENDER! I dont remember her name, but the barista was from Bulgaria. Im not saying it was her fault, but she was the one we complained to until she gave us the drink. By the time we left, we were 10 minutes late. They clearly do bot understand what Can you hurry with this, we are in a rush means. We had to wait 45 minutes to get our drinks and mine was halfway gone by the time my friend got hers, and I ordered a Venti! Would not reccomend going here if you want to wait for a while for your drinks.

Three of us had Chai drinks. All of them were watered down. When the cups weren’t full (i.e., they barista didn’t make the batch large enough) they just capped them off with hot water.

Redicoulis 30 minute wait for an improperly made mocha frapiccino. Platinum pass holders very dissatisfied .slow rainy day also
