We went there yesterday, they said they couldnt do the oil change because the drain plug was bad and they wouldnt rotate the tires because they were too old. Went somewhere else and they did both and the tires didnt need replaced or the drain plug. It was like they didnt want to work.

Replacement 4 new tires on a quiet morning, I am the first customer in line and it took2.5 hours of slow motion to completed, others shops take less than 45 min. Rude, lazy and unprofessionally. Seems no one cares. Will never go back.

Waited four hrs with my boyfriend to get a oil change and tires witch the guy said they had them in stock they did my oil change and my car was done didnt tell me that they didnt have the right tires and made me wait a extra two hrs to tell me when the car was done they suck wasted our time today

Did not clean rims before placing weights on. Some fell off, which is dangerous. Had them re do it

Worst Walmart Auto place that exist. Workers walking around acting busy, not doing absolutely nothing. It took them 4 hrs to mount a tire I purchased from them and put it on the rim.....I put the damn tire on my car myself after the 4hr wait, I couldnt wait any longer. Go to hell before going to this dump.

I just got my tire fixed there. I was really nervous about fixing the tire because I need to go to and from Columbus a lot. Robert helped me feel confident about getting it fixed and the manager was very professional. good price. thanks Walmart guys!

Slow service

Poor experience. Poor service. waiting in line quietly like my grade school teacher told me to when some loud belligerent woman behind me got service first. Had to move my car to allow her car to cut to the front of the line. It pays off to be an impolite loud mouth at walmart auto care in Sandusky

It disgusts me how terribly managed this place is, and it has been like this for years now. Its pretty obvious that labor has been an issue for them, and finding any talent that wants to work is even more obvious. Theyre lazy. Slow. One guys calls you youngster or sweetie constantly. Good prices, sure, but their service is ridiculously bad. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

On a trip to Cedar Point (3 hours from home) I ran over a sharp aluminum object that gave me a flat. My boyfriend and his brother broke the very very flimsy wrench to take the lug nuts off the car. Thankfully a tow truck saved us but was unable to repair the tire. We were forced to go Walmart as it was the only place still open. While they were unable to help us (closing soon and too many people ahead of us) the guy (never got his name) showed me what patch to get, how to patch it, and even gave me the tire wrench from his own car to help me out. I cannot thank or praise this place enough. Without them I would’ve been stuck in Ohio over night.

Due to a lack of help, the mgr has to write up orders, get info from vehicle, check people out and answer the phone too boot! Oil change was complete at the time I was given. I did try to call before going but got no answer. Now I know why.

I purchased 4 tires today and received very good service from Will and the young lady with short blonde hair that actually took care of the work. Thanks so much.

Wouldnt recommend Walmart if they were the only place available. Put the wrong tires on my car and let me drive around that way for months until something happened with a tire and no one took ownership of it. Instead acting like it was all my fault. Horrible customer service.

Put in the wrong oil. Brought out the manager of the auto department, he gave us a redo of the right oil. All other workers were disrespectful, mocking and visibly annoyed.
