We were 4.5 hours from home last night and suffered a flat tire on Ohio Turnpike. Direct Tire took care of us right away this AM and expertly fixed our tire. We were back on the highway under an hour. Wonderful service! Thank you!

My tire pressure had been getting low even after refilling it. So I took it in today, a little before 11, and they called me around 12:20 saying it they fixed it. It was only $33. The guy at the desk was friendly. There was no sneaky business with them trying to get me to buy extra stuff. Will definitely come back!

Have a customer who took her car here. I Have a wholesale account with a part supplier in the area. I was trying to help my customer who relocated. I offered to have parts delivered to this store and I was going to pay the labor for the customer. This guy Bob tells me we do not install customer parts and then says in the same sentence he would charge me double the labor if I had parts delivered for my customer.If you do not install customer parts, then why would you charge double? Makes no sense.Well anyway I paid to move the customer to another shop that had no problem with installing supplied parts for a fair price.I would avoid this place. Every business deserves to make money, but purposely price gouging is not right. I have reported your actions.Plus I could walk in off the street and buy parts for 25% less than the 100% mark up you wanted to charge.

Their service was excellent. They took care of us with no problems. Its my moms favorite place to get her cars fixed, and now I see why. They didnt stop until they get the problem fixed. That to me.... Is excellent customer service. if you ever come through Sandusky and have any car problems.... go there!

They werent very cheap and the wait for one tire was one and a half hours. I understand businesses are busy and people have to wait. But in my line of work I deal with places like this on a weekly basis and you can tell when a place cares to help people or they just want money. I will probably try a different tire place in Sandusky. Im just like to go to the smaller shops first

Came in with a low tire. They found the nail and fixed the tire. Back on the road in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Not a great place to be during a pandemic. many customers not wearing masks upon arrival. not a single employee was wearing a mask and the receptionist came around to the front of his desk inch closer and closer to me to better hear me. completely unacceptable. it is my RIGHT to remain healthy and COVID-free during this time to keep my family safe. i decided to take my car somewhere safer to get serviced, and the receptionist made a POINT to physically go into my car and leave the key in there to grab instead of picking it up at the desk like he instructed on the phone after i voiced my concerns regarding the dangers of a business run by anti-maskers. dont go here unless you want to get sick & want to deal with rude people who do not respect you enough to wear a mask.

Today, I had four new tires installed on my car. The installer broke most of the prongs off all 4 of the Center Wheel Caps. Their proposed solution was to glue each of the prongs back on the each cap, which at best a very temporary solution. The result is that I have to purchase 4 new caps at a cost of $31.00 each or over $120.00. I hope I am the only person that has been handed a paper bag with 4 wheel caps with a lot of broken prongs at District Tire Store. I am a very dissatisfied customer who will not return.

The place I normally go to was scheduled out for a week due to Covid, and the awesome staff here got me in and out for an oil change in under an hour! Very friendly and fair pricing! I will be coming back :)

Came here with my dad a few days ago because my Chevy Malibu had a flat tire. The guys were really nice and the guy who changed the tire was really cute! They even said our dog was allowed in which is good in my book. Wish I could give 10 stars! Also the price was reasonable. 😁

Had my car in there on Thursday for compressor evacuation and recharge. when they were all done employee comes and gives me my keys and says, compressor wont turn on. I take it back to the shop that did the the work and in 10 minutes find the fuse had blown. Dont you think something as simple as that could have been found by the recharge place who advertise AC services?

My first and only choice of where to go! Very knowledgeable, extremely professional, they truly put the costumer first. If you want it done right ... this is the place to go. Went in and had repairs done for a coolant leak charges me $200 and $60 for coolant and when I called up there to get my money back for the coolant because I had someone hang up.

When I needed a tire patched, everyone else in town told me there was no way they could take 15 minutes to get me in same day. District tire got me right in and appreciated my business. So today when I decided to get new tires, I took my business to them! Theyve earned it through great customer service!

Very helpful & easy to schedule an alignment job. They kept to schedule within about a half hour over what they estimated the job to take & were honest about what services they could & could not provide. I would consider them for future repairs.

Took my car for Alignment. Got all 4 tires, done in 40 minutes. Got a print out of the outcome. Computer not working for bills. Have to go back again to pick up the bill. Accepted credit card. Nice, efficient people.

I must say that prior to today District Tire would have been a 5 star. And I hate to judge them harshly on todays experience only. However, I felt that John was very rude and non understanding. I had one of my employees bring a work vehicle with TWO nails in the tire to District Tire in July. I made it clear to my employee to let District Tire know that there were TWO nails in the tire. When my employee returned I asked for receipt and noted they only made one repair. I asked my employee about it and he stated that the service rep said only one was needed. I was frustrated with my employee because I was very clear that there was TWO nails. He explained that he made sure to mention it and thats what they told him. Well as it turns out like two days later same tire and the low pressure light came on. I was extremely frustrated. We have been so busy that we did not have time to lose our vehicle so we carried around a compressor and would fill it up as needed which depended on where/how we parked it. Not the end of the world. So today as time permitted and since we found it flat I put air in and I had my employee take it in again to have it repaired. So I was told that they could not repair and would require a new tire. So now I am even more upset at the wasted time and also additional expense that should have been handled initially. John proceeds to tell me about how he is NOT going to give me a tire. I didnt ask that and honesty the right thing to do was to meet me halfway in my opinion. But his tone was rude and his inability to accept that this was essentially due to not being correct in the first place has left me with a bad taste.

Women beware! Do not go in here alone. I was trying to get my a/c fixed in my old work Jeep. They took it in and called me within a couple hours leaving a message saying it was cold and ready to go. I was excited to have air! A few hours went by, picked it up, only to have a very warm ride home, air wasn’t even cool. Called to let them know and was told that I must have a leak somewhere - the whole reason I took it to them! They blew me off on the phone like I was being unreasonable.Finally got another day off work-took my Jeep to another mechanic and found out all the hoses were capped, evaporator was unhooked and there was no way my system could have been re-charged-like I paid for.I took my bf in with me to have them explain what could have happened, the guy flat out lied saying he told me things he never even mentioned!Sad business practices. I tell everyone who will listen to steer clear of this place.

Took my car there had a leak in my tire a slow leak took it in three times they couldn’t find what was wrong and they were the only ones that had the tire off since I bought the car the bead around the outside got tore off some of it which ruined the tire but I took it to Walmart they found a hole right away but couldn’t repair it because of the bead around the outside of the tire so I had to buy a brand new tire needless to say I’ll never go there again ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Cedar Point from Grand Rapids, Michigan and got a flat and cracked my rim just as we got to Sandusky. They had us towed, called in a favor for a new rim and tire to be delivered all within 2 hours just so we could have a good day at Cedar point! This could have been a great disaster for our trip if it wasnt for the great customer service at District Tire. might I add that they could have totally taken advantage of us being far away from home and but it was also a good deal on price for the rim and tire even if I had to wait a day..lol Thanks again guys! we did make it back safe!
