Friendly, homey, relaxed; open and spacious. I love the Masala Lox, the non gluten Naan, and the Hard Grapefruit seltzer. The chefs put the care and attention into each dish. The on-site microbrewery makes the most distinctive satisfying local beers and ales.

Used to be the best store in town. We buy all of our meat and groceries here. I particularly always source beef ribs here. They have always been very meaty and well priced. Lately, however, the ribs are completely shaved of meat and the price is exorbitant for bones with shreds of meat. I talked to the meat cutter and he treated me like I was clueless and said there was plenty of meat on the ribs while I was showing him they were literally just bones. What I want is ribs with meat and he refused. What kind of dishonest service is this? The quality is nonexistent and the service is terrible. Too bad.

Nice to have a really great grocery store in town thats fairly local. Pretty good selection of most things you need. Theyre not able to sell liquor though, fair warning. They can sell beer and wine etc, but not liquor.

Im new to the area and have tried different grocery stores. Super One was the winner for weekly shopping-good selection, decent prices, friendly staff. The Medicine Man Pharmacy within the store made my life easier.

I love the wine selection, and a wide variety of produce, deli, organic, and butcher block. I can always find what I need for specialty recipes. It is a lottle pricey, but good quality.

Ever since COVID-19 started, Super 1 Foods has been doing as much as they can to help everyone feel comfortable and welcome. As a frequent shopper, I would like to say the staff is very nice, as are the employees. Also: BEST DONUTS EVER

They advertise fresh sushi made daily. Im not sure that its made daily as the packages can sometimes be 2-3 days old. Additionally, Im not sure what time the sushi is supposed to be ready each morning. We shop on Sunday mornings and it seems to be ready later and later in the day. Especially since I asked for a certain kind. It used to be available before 9am, but now isnt even ready by 10am.Were also not sure why the Oldtown store doesnt carry bulk quinoa. Luckily, I work in Ponderay and can stop by the Sandpoint store to pick some up.

Great prices, awesome night crew, weird music that makes me laugh. I like how its almost a whole foods market and a winco in one building, with better prices and weekly sales. Its really helped me to expand my horizons as far as healthy food choices go.Speaking of healthy choices, ignore that thought for a sec and grab a donut from the bakery.They taste just like the mom n pop donut shops make em.Im gonna sound like a total boomer here, but gosh, the fact that the youth are treated equally on the payscale really stands out to me.And the number one thing I love the most about Super Duper 1? That beautiful flag waving in the parking lot. Wow. Its magnificent.Theres a lot more awesomeness going on there in my opinion but im super tired of typing now so toodles!

The Super 1 advertisement in the Sandpoint Heart Clinic advertised discounts on fruits and vegetables but when I went to the store and purchased fruits and vegetables, I was told the discount was for baking supplies. That poster was either false advertising, or the management needs to be advised of the discount. If the public is going to be encouraged to eat healthier by shopping at Super 1 Foods, then Super 1 Foods needs to be offering those discounts on healthier foods. This is a great idea, but better communication would benefit all those involved.

I went at 10:30pm and there were only a few customers. No wait in line. The products were more diverse than your leading generic stores/brands. It was more expensive than I am used to. Cashier was quick & friendly.

The only thing I found with this company that I felt was a downfall is that theyre lacking checkers seems like every time I go in there and buy something theres never enough checkers there and they dont have any self checkers either and so its usually a little bit of a line waiting to get out of the store

Super one has the best sale prices in weekly ads compared to the other local grocery stores. They also have a good selection of sushi that other grocery stores dont have.

Every employee is really kind and helpful and shopping is just easy because everything is in a good, obvious place. The signs are big and visible to make shopping quick. Theres a deli with a place to sit and eat or use your own laptop because theres free wifi here also. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible entrance, bike rack, lotto machines, plenty of checkout lanes, manager is very nice and is open for new applications, multiple sizes of carts/baskets to suit what youre shopping for, hot & ready food, large variety of alcohol and chips and drinks and produce and hygiene products. Theres also a pharmacy. Many jobs to apply for here. Highly recommended place to shop.

It was refreshing to shop in North Idaho where the employees are not forced to wear face masks. I am embarrassed for the poor employees at Walmart because their superiors at Corporate cannot tell we are not in New York. From now on I will be going out of my way to shop at super 1 because these people have proven they are imbued with common sense.

Lowest prices in town of the supermarkets. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very nice selection of natural/organic packaged foods. Only a modest selection of organic produce, though. People love the soft-serve ice cream in the deli. The fried chicken is delicious and a great bargain.A compounding pharmacy is located in the store.Overall, not the nicest atmosphere but its where to go for the best combination of price and selection.

This branch not as good as some of the others Im North Idaho. Went to bakery, looking for chocolate frosted donuts. Girl said, We dont do chocolate frosted. Asked if she would frost one for us. She stated they dont do chocolate in their store. Well, Im pretty sure they probably do chocolate frosting on cakes. She could have frosted one donut for us. We probably arent the only ones that like chocolate donuts. Cater to your customers. Bonners Ferry store went above and beyond when we visited it twice this week. BF store would get at least 5 stars.

This sandpoint branch has a great staff! They are all super friendly and helpful. Everyone Ive encountered there does an amazing job. They are all people people. I feel comfortable shopping there and appreciate their prices.They also have a large section dedicated to organics and gluten free stuff, including frozen & refrigerated.Great place to shop!

This is a really good grocery store. The prices are fair (the sales are wonderful). Good sized parking, even during the wintry months, and the staff are very helpful and courteous. They do have organic and healthy choice foods, a nice selection of seafood and meats in the back, as well as a deli. A couple notable things about Super1 are their fresh baked breads, and the produce section.

All of our bread products were bagged under the heavier items. Got a giant donut for the babysitter and it was bagged under a bag of 8 apples. So much for the donut. Loaves of bread was bagged under packs of meat. Not happy at all. Now I have to drive the 30 miles back to town to replace these items that got smashed by the bagger.

Left my wallet in the cart. Someone turned it in. Yeah! Super 1 looked up my phone # and called me. They kept it safe until I could get back in to pick it up (2 days later)

I have a special shout-out to Kaytlin who is always super friendly and goes above and beyond at this store. Granted all the employees are awesome but Kaytlin is off the charts with a welcoming smile and speedy checkout.

The people are super friendly and helpful. I can get a creamy caramel latte here that is just as good, if not better and definitely cheaper, than the coffee stands! Great food and service. I have never had to wait long at the checkout line and I have been shopping here for 5 years now!

This place floats my boat!!!!!! Great staff!!!! Nice and bright. Love the dining area!!! 25 cent ice cream is genious!!!! My kids love this store. My only dislike is that the beef doesnt go on sale often enough for our family. We tend to get a lot of pork here but not much beef. Its a drag to have to go to Safeway for beef :-(
