Im not sure why so many positive reviews only show on their website. I posted one with 2 stars and it never showed. Ive been here over an hour and had an appointment and still waiting to see the doctor. I filled out my medical history online before. My appointment per a request sent via text from them only to find out when I got here it wasnt working so I had to go through the process again. I have diabetes and need my insulin so I am about to just have to leave without even completing my appointment

The staff was very kind and courteous. The eye exam was very thorough. I was impressed with how quickly the appointment went for a new patient appointment. I will continue to use this company for my eye care!

After being gone from this area for 20 years I moved back from the Houston area. Dr Presley was my eye doctor for years and I had always thought highly of him. So, I came here and was sorry that Dr. Presley had retired but, I understood as I too had retired from nursing 😊 That being said, I was seen by Dr Gary Morgan. I’m very pleased with his examination of my eyes. The staff was very friendly and polite. And, I still can’t believe I only had to pay $15.00 for the exam (S.S. chipped in😋). I love my new glasses and can see very well now. And the cost($235)was remarkable compared to Houston’s...whew! Thanks Dr Presley and Staff... I will be back as needed.

Other than them making me wait an hour and a half for my appointment they were great, best eye doctor experience ever. My prescription was done perfectly; they just need to work on time management Id plan for that in the future because the doctor was great

I usually see Dr Presley but was seen by Duke. He rushed the exam, appeared annoyed the entire time. Used very few options in the vision screening so I hope my RX is correct. When I set the appointment it was for a follow up with Presley and the date was changed. Now I have yet another appointment for the follow up as Duke did not address the issue. Presley is great but a 1 star forDuke.

When you make an appointment for 1 and send four reminders to the client that the appointment is at 1 you see the client at that time. I showed up 15 mins early, Waited until 145 and left. The reason I left was that when I inquired when I would be be seen, I was told there is still another chart in front of mine. You sign in sheet shown two walk ins for 12 and 1215. In stead of having them wait until no-one showed I guess you gave them my time slot. With one more board in front of me that means my 1pm appointment was now a 2pm appointment, plus that’s before I would even be seated in the evaluation room to wait longer. Why do you set a time when you can’t keep on schedule. Your were so backed up I had nowhere to sit. Your work force is just roaming around the back area talking to each other and looking at stuff as if they are at a museum to kill time. When I tell a customer I have them scheduled for 1pm I see them at 1, I don’t make them wait an hour or I would no have a customer.

Love, love, love this place! Everyone is so kind and helpful and I was able to (for the first time) get my eye situation figured out. I appreciate them so much and will be bringing all mine and my family’s eye needs here!

Absolutely a good experience! Went in as a walk in and was out in a little over an hour, very helpful and friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend them!

Second visit was worse than the first. I came back five weeks later to recheck the pressure in my eyes. I still hadn’t received my contacts that had been ordered so I asked the front desk. They proceeded to tell me that the order had never been sent. I sat in the lobby 40 min after my reservation time and eventually walked out. I wouldn’t have been as frustrated if an associate would have at least mentioned that they were running behind, but nobody said a word. I will not be returning.

My son and I had a absolutely wonderful experience very well knowledged very kind fast service $65 for an eye exam it took less than an hour the eye doctor that we had was so kind and sweet I highly recommend this place I wont go anywhere else.

I could not be happier with my experience at Dr. Presley & Associates. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Made an appointment for 4:00pm. I got there a little early around 3:45 pm. It was after 5:00 pm before I was able to get my eye exam. I told the doc that I was not happly waiting an hour after my appointment time to be seen. His reply was, doctors offices are busy...well sir, so am I! Thats why I made an appointment. Then he wants to schedule some test. The nerve. Ill go someplace else that has better customer care. Also the waiting area was full, no way to distance unless you waited outside. Everyone was wearing a mask though.

This was a great place. They spoke directly, but kind concerning my eye conditions. They quickly corrected my prescription and my vision was improved. This place was great.

Walked in without an appt, an was seen within half an hour, Dr Morgan was not only personable, he listened to me. I will be back

I am definitely not satisfied with my glasses. The guy that did the eye exam on me came in the room with a younger guy. It appeared to me that he was training the young guy. But the doctor proceeded to giving me my exam. First, when he put the machine in front of my face, he had it aimed too far to my right. I had to look to the left to see the scale on the wall. I didnt know it was gonna make this much of a difference or I wouldve said something right then and there. He shouldve paid better attention to the customer and the quality of his services and let the guy learn that. Instead of paying more attention to telling the guy what to type into the computer and the such. And second, when choosing slide one or slide two, I told him that my left eye wasnt clear enough on the slide that he decided was my last option. He said, Thats as good as were gonna get. I did not like his answer, but I let it slide with the fact that hes the doctor. Hes supposed to know about this stuff. But now I have had to figure out a way to tilt my glasses so awkwardly on my head to be able to see clearly. Which tells me that just a notch or two in the prescription would in fact give me clear vision in my left eye, like my right eye. You just dont know how very bad blurred vision is until you have to experience it and deal with it for any length of time. I have called to make an appointment 3 or 4 times and can never get a ride there. So missed those appointments. I still need it fixed. The reason Im reporting my experience is bcuz this is the second time I have gotten an incorrect prescription at this office.. Its very aggravating to spend $300 for a pair of glasses that dont supply me with clear vision. I repeat.. I still need them fixed. Thanks alot. Id appreciate it if the office rectify this issue.. The sooner the better. And for FREE. Bcuz I already paid and havent been satisfied at all. I hate my glasses on a daily. Just saying.

Extremely disappointed with the level of care from this office. COVID has me staying in as much as possible because of underlying health problems and I need a new pair of glasses which I wanted to order online. My RX expired in June (2 months ago) and they refused to extend it enough for me to get the new glasses without having to step foot in their office and pay them a co pay. I wont go back.

The eye doc is always super great. This is the second year as someone with T1D that Ive been told they dont need to dilate, which after I told them I had diabetes should have changed. Doc was upset about them not dilating. Overall still a good place to go

The office is efficient, pleasant and a professional environment. I have always wanted contact lenses but irrational fear prevented me from pursuing them. I was fitted, Dr Presley answered every concern and explained details alleviating my concerns. The assistant, McKynzie, was patient with me and did an excellent job teaching me to insert and remove the lenses! Great experience!

Amazing experience, the sweetheart of a lady that took care of me, just started in January ... she was an absolute gem, team her up with Dr. Morgan.... and of the rest of the sweet staff, they love Dr. Morgan. He is a riot, definitely has an amazing sense of humor.

I am still trying to reorder contacts. It hasnt been a year. I am stranded in Arkansas with a broken down car. The man that answered the phone s was rude. They even got my script wrong by 1point. I had to go back for a exam that I thought was free. I paid for the office mistake. Dr. Presley did not wrongly prescribe but it was a associate did. Dr. Presley has helped me with my eye conditions. His office staff is horrible.

Everyone was very nice and seemed to really care about you. They took time to talk to you and explain what they were doing. They explained everything in detail what they found.

Dr. Presley & Associates were fast, friendly and excellent customer service! I was happy with my visit and highly recommend!

Someone please explain to me how an astigmatism just disappears? Waited over an hour past appointment time to be seen. Get my prescription and suddenly my astigmatism is gone in one eye? Thats not possible. On top of all that, doc starts talking medical eye stuff and doesnt explain what it means or that its nothing to worry about. I will definitely be shopping for a new eye doctor. Unbelievable.

The staff was very friendly and informative of what my insurance would cover. The doctor was very thorough with his exam and didn’t mind elaborating when I had questions unlike when I have been to larger facilities that seemed to herd you through like cattle.

Very friendly staff, very clean facility. However not prompt with their service. Took 40 minutes past appointment time to get seen. Made an appointment for an eye dilated exam. Selected that on their paperwork. Confirm that with the receptionist and the tech. Optometrist comes in and says theyre too busy to do it. Made the appointment solely to get the eye dilated exam. Will not return. I do not recommend. Lots of other places to get a non comprehensive vision screening.

My appointment was at 10am, at 11:45 I asked how much longer I should expect to wait..another 30 minutes. I received a confirmation text reminding my of my 10am appointment at 8am, no courtesy call explaining any kind of delay or any kind of heads up when I arrived. Although the staff was very friendly and professional I would have greatly appreciated being informed of the 2 1/2 hour delay on arrival so I could have rescheduled and not wasted so much time.

Professional, extremely friendly & thorough! While on vacation my eye glasses broke and I had to find somewhere to get an updated exam so that i could get a current prescription to get new glasses. Dr. Pressleys staff promptly got me in for an appointment the next morning. He was thorough in not only the exam, but also in reviewing and discussing my medical issues with me, ensuring that i understood how my autoimmune disease & medications could potentially effect my eyes. If i lived in the area i would absolutely use him as my optometrist and would go to them for my yearly exams!

Absolutely terrible experience. Set up an appointment 3 weeks in advance. They told me they accepted Blue Cross. After driving a half hour to my appointment they informed me when I walked in the door that they actually dont accept my insurance. Huge waste of my time. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Be prepared to wait 2 hours to be seen but aside from the wait, they were great. Price was very affordable and I saw Dr Lambert. He was very confident, polite, and patient. Highly recommend!

Went in for contacts for my daughter. First time she has tried to wear contacts. She was fitted and told to change the contacts every 6 days if she was going to wear them continually and every 12 days if she was going to take them out and clean them. When I picked up the contacts, I did not check out how many boxes I had. We later returned because we did not have enough contacts to change every 6 days. We were told that they did not tell us every 6 days, they told us to clean them every 6 days but to change them every month. We got nothing in writing so it is their word against hers. They were rude and did not even try to work with us. I have since gotten on line and guess what? The manufacturer of her lenses recommends that you change every 6 days if you are going to wear continuously or 2 weeks if you are going to take them out and clean them! Exactly what they say they did not say! So which is it?: They do not follow the manufacturers directions and expect you to wear the lenses twice as long as they are intended to be worn or they followed the rules and owe us more lenses?

Considering I am sitting here in the exam room at 12:17pm, and my mothers appointment was SCHEDULED for 10:30am, and we arrived EARLY, I think 2 stars is MORE than generous. Its a beautiful office, really pretty staff, and Dr Williams is awesome and thourough, but unless you can spare your ENTIRE day just waiting, go elsewhere.

Went in with an eye emergency and Dr Morgan was so amazing. He was very attentive, and went out of his way. I ended up having to transfer to the emergency room and he even went so far as to give his cell phone number for the er dr to confer with. Cannot recommend him enough.

Our appointment was at 5 and we didnt see the doc till after 6 almost 6:30 it was a super long wait we didnt get out of there till 7 two hours for them to look at her eyes was kind of crazy but I love the smiles from the employees and they never treat us bad my whole family uses them mom dad sisters brother and all of our kids!

Honestly like WOW! I couldn’t believe that Dr. Presley at Sand Springs was so young after all those years of practicing! Can I just say that the receptionist at the front were VERY persistent in getting my email address from me. Overall I would recommend ANYONE that I’ve ever met or seen with my eyes to go to Dr. Presley’s. My lanta, it was absolutely comprehensive, from the air they blew into my eyes to see if I had eye cancer, to the flash of light in that photo machine that made me see the stars in broad daytime, to the friendly professionals there... speechless really. The hiring doctor must have a PhD in hiring becuse those are beyond a shadow of a doubt the best of the best.

Unlike a few of the negative reviews, Ive gone to them for years and:* the staff was always courteous and knowledgeable.* Ive always done walk-ins and never waited over 30 min. If they were too booked, I signed in and came back later.* there is an eye glass place (Eye Mart) next door, like at most ALL other eye prescription places.* They have ALWAYS given me a written prescription to take next door and if I wanted one for my files, they gave me that as well. Once I forgot to ask and Eyemart just made a photocopy. Very easy.* I and my wife have each had one time when our glasses didnt seem right. Dr Presley rechecked our eyes (free) and our lenses. Then Eye Mart remade the lenses at NO COST. What more could we ask for? They were reputable and honest.* They also do contact lens prescriptions, if requested. Id assume those are also filled at the Eye Mart next door. Not sure as I dont wear contacts.Lastly, to the one-star reveiws, DID WE EVEN GO TO THE SAME PLACE??

Missed an hour and a half of work for them to tell me they were out of network. Even though they showed up on my insurance site as in network. Employees have no clue what they are doing and had already rescheduled a previous appt already once I was already on my way to the appt because doc wasnt feeling well. Office smells. Unprofessional and would give zero stars if I could. Do not go here.

Went for a check, got a new perscription and had 2 follow ups. TOTAL, I spent about 2 mins with the Doctor she was so good rushed it was uncomfortable. I see worse than I did before, which is like a you had one job moment. The assistants do most of the exam anyway, so better to go see an actual optometrist.

I called to see about an appt Saturday. The man on the phone said they were all booked but they take walk-ins. I thought ok. I realize that by being a walk in that I would more likely have to wait a little longer, so I was prepared to do that. I sat for 3 hours with my son and was never worked in. Therefore, apparently Walk-Ins are not welcome. I could have sat there all day and then what? At closing time they would say so sorry? I left and from the other reviews its a good thing I did. I will never go there again!

I will never go to this place again! I fill out their paper work then they proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for a test that I didnt want. I was told that I could pay for it or go somewhere else so I pushed them their clipboard and walked out. I suggest anyone reading this never go to any Dr. Prestley office they are not professional and dont care about their patients.
