This is an amazing place the people are friendly and very helpful. It was last year when I used them for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff. Its like being treated like family by Great people. You wont regret it. I drive 45 miles from there. There is one 12 miles from me. But I like this place and the staff. Best place to order glasses in person!!!!I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Both bifocals. My rep assisted me in choosing excellent frames that fit my face in the color I wanted. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes! My only negative was having to wait until my particular lenses were ordered. I received text messages when each pair came in. I opted to wait until both pairs came in. I was literally in and out in 15 minutes and this was including adjustments made to the frames so they fit my face perfectly!!! I love that I can go in and get adjustments whenever necessary for no additional charge. Prices are reasonable on frames but expensive on lenses. Frames are excellent quality and feel sturdy.I have been using the Sand Springs store for at least 10 years. Their customer service is exceptional the majority of the time. They will always help you get the cheapest price!!!!My mom went to the Dr her insurance company listed the last two times for her to use and their frames were at least triple the price. Her Co-pay was 191.89 after giving her a 200.00 allowance on glasses. If she ordered a 2nd pair It would have cost her another $391This was for regular bifocals. Her glasses still are not correct (she can’t see properly). We are having to schedule appointment to go in not only to pick up glasses but to get adjustments. I was able to just drop in at my own convenience. I paid $354.00 for two pairs of bifocals, one pair with polarized tint. I don’t have insurance.

I’ve been going here for few years now and the service is always amazing and quick. The staff is super great and I’m never there for to long.

My daughter requires wheelchair access, when I called to make an appointment I was told that the facility won’t let her in unless she can move out of the Wheelchair and into the facility as the wheelchair “scratches their floors” absolutely disgusted beyond words. I just can’t believe that this is how you would treat anyone that is restricted in this way. Shame on you. I’d give you a 10th of a star if this was an option.

Everyone at Eyemart Express in Sand Springs are truly just so nice and helpful. The Optometrist was very thorough and informative as well as cheerful and patient with answering my questions. They assisted with the difficult choices in selecting just the right frames and had just a great selection of frames, it made it a great experience. I live in NE Okla, approx 70 miles away and I will always return to this Eyemart location for the best vision care! I can literally see so much better than I have in years, it’s no wonder I was continually looking over the top of my old glasses to read! This was my very 1st visit to Eyemart Express and they did an amazing job. The service attendant was very attentive and knowledgeable. The service was extremely fast. It took me longer to choose the glasses I wanted than it did for them to get them ready!

Thanks to the friendly people at eyemart,, my eye prescription was taken care of within an hour, glasses fitted, and out the door in another few minutes after fitting them on. And this was for four pairs, one of which was bifocals. Good job! Price was way less than I expected, too.

Sweet little Brooklynn took care of me! And she smiled and took the time to show me what it would cost for the added details versus not, we do brought our grand baby in with us and we came back we did not have him, she asked about him even though another sweet girl was taking care of us. That tells me she’s paying close attention to those details! My glasses are amazing! You really have some very sweet girls, please take care of them.

Pretty fast process. Staff was friendly and efficient. The selection for frames is a little limites but they took me on a walk in basis and had my glasses same day.

Brought my mother along with 4 children in, they was suppose to have set appointments all together or as close as possible. The first appointment being at 10am. They set 2 for 10am, 2 for 10:30 and 1 for 11:30. Here it is noon and not one patient is done. There is 7 chairs in the waitng room which has been over crouded since arrival at 9:45. There has been several people in and out. But they have not even completed 1 out of 5 appointments . When asked they dont inform us of theyre vague, not really gibing an answer. So i would say they are most definitely lacking in customer service

Everyone was so eager to help when we were in the store on November 2, 2017. There was a young man there, whose name I did not get, that was so kind and quick to assist not just us, but anyone who walked through the door. The young lady who assisted us was knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly and personable. We are from our of state, but lived in Oklahoma previously. We chose to return to this location for our eyeglass needs rather than use a location near our new home.

The wait was a little long because they were extremely busy; however, when it was my turn thre sales associate took time to explain the different lenses and add ons. I ordered two pairs of glasses. The next week i received a coupon in the mail coincidentally that woulda have saved me money. When i went to pick up the first pair of glasses i asked the manager Id there was anything they could do even though it states it can not be used on previous purchases. She stated since it had not even been a week yet she would honor the coupon and refunded me the difference. Very professional and very courteous. I have only picked up one pair of the glasses (a pair of traditional trifocals) at this point but they fit and work great.

Ive been going to this Eyemart Express for about 5 years the first three years were great and they were very nice and helpful last year was only so-so and the prices for good glasses or nice looking glasses are getting a little crazy the budget glasses are glasses that I dont think anyone would really wear its a portable selection they need to give a better deal on maybe theyre $40 glasses or even 50 but I do think its a little sad that they dont give the cleaning kids anymore when you buy two pair of glasses at regular price they used to give a little spray bottle and a kit with a cleaning wipe the staff seems like theyre not very knowledgeable anymore I remember before they were pretty Sharp and very polite now it seems like maybe they are hesitant to even help you at least the two times I was in there thats the way it was with me I hope they dont ruin a good thing with getting crazy with their prices cuz theyre on their way to that now

We always go to Dr Presley then to Eye Mart for glasses not having to wait a week or two is perfect being in sports year round if they break we can go straight to the store and get a new pair and I want to thank the staff at Dr Presley for helping the first time contact wearer he worked and was really patent helping her get them in and reassured her that she will do a great job getting them in and out . This will help her while playing softball and in track .

The associate asked if I had a current prescription, and called me by name. She made eye contact with me, and was more than happy to help me choose a frame. She explained to me the benefits of the two pair pricing. She asked me questions, to determine my eye glass needs. She did not rush me, when she was helping me pick a frame that would fit me face. After we picked the frames when I was ready to purchase, she told me about the different lens types and options available to me. She also explained the Pro Plus Package and the free warranty on my new frames. She discussed the impact resistant polycarbonate lenses. I checked, and signed the bottom of the order form. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful. I felt that she was happy to assist me.
