New spa arrived only to find the mother board was fried. Tech, Mario was great but then we never received any follow up calls. I made a few calls only to find out the replacement was ordered but no one was able to give me an expected delivery date and asked that I call back. Unable to get any assistance. Of course the check was cashed ASAP. Service is very slow and no follow up calls. Need better assistance with customer support. Current status: Still Waiting

Slow support. They have a website with a support page, claims to offer 24/7 help. I wrote twice, describing a problem with a spa I purchased here some years ago. It took a week for anyone to get back to me.

I highly recommend Paradise Valley Spas for spa or pool services. They are responsive, get the job done and don’t charge unseemly prices. James, a spa technician recently found a leak in my Sundance spa and resolved the issue promptly. He also was professional and friendly. Paradise also provide services in San Francisco although they are located in San Mateo. When in doubt go with Paradise Valley Spas.

It was an easy fix (Pump barb fittings and rings)Not only was he friendly but he gave me some GREAT ADVICE for further tips on keeping my tub and new cover( that is ordered and on its way) more life. I so appreciate the helpfulness of Sundance spas employees. Son is also exceptional. (sales/customer service)This comes sincerely to those who are looking to purchase and maintenance needs.

Spas are top-of-the-line & fantastic, but expensive! Good thing ours has lasted 15+ years. On site service people are very knowledgeable and can seemingly fix anything! Good selection of chemicals at the store, fairly priced. Wish their customer service was a little more enthusiastic at the store; every time I ask a question about balancing the chemicals, I feel like they treat me later me an idiot, like it should be obvious. On the other hand, I don’t feel like they try to upsell me needlessly!

The worst experience when is about servicing your hot tub if you have a problem very slow response parts not available on hand technician came to my home for a leak inspection he dint have the part said to me he will ordered and come back on friday and fix it but he will callme before arriving so friday came and then another friday and another nothing happen then i call and it seems like they though is been fix nobody knew nothing by the way this is a 3 month old hot tub 780 chelsee
