I know Im not supposed to trust a salesperson, but the owner Ryan seems genuine, honest, and upfront. I remember learning in my business class: Best way to sell something; dont sell anything. Earn the awareness, respect, and trust of those who might buy. This seems to be the philosophy that Ryan embraces. On my end, I did trust, and then verified by communicating with multiple dealers in the area. My takeaway: Ryans customer service was by far the best.Ryan patiently talked to my partner and me about hot tubs. As a first-time hot tub owner, I feel like Im in good hands. Ryan definitely was the most knowledgeable about hot tubs; a couple dealers I talked to couldnt answer my semi-basic questions about the hot tubs they sell. My most negative interaction was with the dealer of a different store: As soon as I tried to negotiate, his tone changed and he just kept saying, We dont need to match. We dont need to match. He then added that his service speaks for itself, so he doesnt care about his competitors and he doesnt need to price-match them. After communicating with other dealers, I promptly ran back to Ryan and told him that if nothing else, his attitude and personality are appreciated and helped to sell the hot tub.Searching for and purchasing a high-quality hot tub during the COVID-19 pandemic has not been easy: many showrooms and dealers are closed, and stock has been scarce - even for lower-quality value hot tubs at warehouse clubs like Costco. Fortunately, Ryan of Pacific Coast Sauna & Spa really made things as simple as possible.Obviously, I hope my Marquis V94 hot tub will be issue-free. But after talking to Ryan, I feel like if there are problems, I can trust that hell help me resolve them. With hot tubs being a major purchase that should last many years, I plan to update this review in the future, if only to check-in during its multiple anniversaries to say how happy I have been with the product and service. (Fingers crossed!)

I was wondering if I should just order from Costco or from PCS&S. I can tell you, it’s really worth it to go with them. The service is just unbelievable fantastic. Ryan responds on SMS within minutes. You get any information and support immediately, from programming the interface, spa treatment or any service around maintenance. I’m very, very happy. These guys were great! Things are so, so busy.. that getting solid contractors and vendors for your project is tough. They designed a GREAT sauna... advised my contractor on how to install (given they had never done one)... let me return a door we had designed in, once we got on site and saw it could not be accommodated as planned. A few months later I had issues with the heater, they came out and looked at it and meet my contractor and fixed it on the spot (my contractor had connected it incorrectly). Really great service... highly recommend Ryan and the team. My project given the sauna size could of gone a few different ways... but was one of the better suppliers we worked with and was very flexible and always called back! Its the little things you appreciate during a remodel...

We had an excellent experience buying our hot tub from the folks at Pacific Coast Sauna and Spa. From our first meeting with Ryan at our house to our first dip into the new hot tub on our deck, we couldnt have asked for better service or a better product.Their knowledge and professionalism helped us visualize the project and choose just the best tub. The installation went smoothly and Ryan was there to make sure everything was just right and that I understood how to care for the tub.At every step of the project, they took a personal interest in us and we felt like we could call them at anytime with questions and concerns, and often did.We highly recommend this company!

When we bought our home, we didnt think our hot tub worked at all. Ryan came out to check it out and we were happy to find out that it just needed a new filter, new cover, and to be cleaned up. He had us up and running in no time. Not only did he fix our hot tub, but he also fixed the latch on my gate that was hanging off by installing a screw. That showed me that he truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. I feel like Ryan is very honest and doesnt charge for things that arent needed. Whenever we have a problem, he quickly comes over to our house and get things taken care of. We have worked with a few people at Pacific Coast Sauna and Spa and all of them have been very knowledgable and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

I wasnt able to buy a hot tub from Ryan because the Marquis just didnt fit our bodies, but I REALLY WANTED TO. Im going out of my way to write a review because in our months of searching, Ryan was the most helpful, responsive, and just plain amazing hot tub guy by far of anyone we worked with. I am writing regarding spa repair services. I have a huge older spa and have had a great deal of frustration with other maintenance and repair services. Ryan is amazing and has kept me from having to do an expensive replacement for years keeping this old beast running perfectly. He travels all over the Bay Area to fix tubs so dont be surprised if he is busy for a few days but that said often comes amazingly quickly and even talks me through some things over the phone. He is honest, thorough, and dependable. No upsell, no bull, and has a deep knowledge of the engineering of tubs so that he can even figure out exotic problems that leave others flummoxed. He is in high demand for a good reason.

Ryan and his team helped me find parts for a spa I purchased from someone else. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. When the one I currently have kicks the bucket, I will certainly purchase my next one from them.

If this is your first spa purchase or replacement, you know its a big dollar investment. You can research manufactures consumer ratings and narrow down the choices. However, you still need to be sure you are dealing with a business that is trustworthy, experienced, established and is committed to customer satisfaction. Pacific Coast Spas, owned by Ryan meets all of that criteria. When I needed to replace my 14 year old Marquis spa, I checked out other manufactures retailers, and was not impressed. It was similar to the experience of buying a car from a dealership. They were not interested in what I wanted; only what they wanted to sell. My first meeting with Ryan at my home (80 miles round trip) was almost 3 hours. He covered all of the features for the couple of spas we were considering; highlighting the differences to our current spa and listening to what we liked the most about it. Ryan made some recommendations on color, spa orientation, and details on features not well described in the manufactures literature. On pricing, he combined any of the manufactures incentives and his promotions to make our decision easy. Ryan measured all metrics for installation (access, deck, railings, etc). The installation went smoothly. This is the best example of how experience pays off. Ryan is a professional in all aspects of running his firm. It was a pleasure doing business with him. My wife and I had purchased a spa at the local fair and when it was delivered it done by Ryan and His team. They took every precaution and spend a few minutes with me on the care and how to use the spa. He is also the person I can call and trust for my chemical. When I moved I had cracked some pieces and once again I called Ryan and His team and they showed up figured out what was needed and ordered everything and was back to replace the parts in no time. I have had no issues with Ryan or Pacific Coast Spas. I would use him for my next purchase.
