Bryan is super good at his job. Was able to fix my hearing aid, make adjustments to the settings, all in good time. Definitely recommended for your hearing aid needs!

My first experience with having to deal with hearing loss was very pleasant thanks to the professional handling by Bryan Weathers. He was very thoural and explained everything so I could understand everything about my new hearing aids. I highly recommend Connect Hearing in San Mateo for speed of response, quality of service and commitment to fulfill patient’s needs. The wire for my Phonak hearing aid broke. I needed it to be fixed before my 50th high school reunion that was coming up. I wanted to hear my old friends talk about their lives. I called Connect hearing and patient care coordinator Lori said they’d do everything possible to get it done in time. She found an open appointment and rushed me in. Bob, the hearing care professional, opened a magical box and found a replacement part. It fit perfectly, fixing the problem, and he gave me back my fully functioning Phonak hearing aid in 5 minutes.
