An Asian cafe specialized in floral tea and coffee drinks. The drinks were great and as a non-caffeine option, they even have hibiscus tea, which is perfect for those who cant handle the caffeine. The decor is very cute and refreshing, however, they have not open their indoor seating yet as of 7/24/2021 (this is not a complaint, bur rather just FYI). So we had to take our drinks to-go.

My wife and I adore Cup of Blooms, especially with pickup only service over the last year. The service is great, the tea flavors are wonderful, and for those who love it and can enjoy dairy, they serve cheese top drinks! Just today, we shared a wintermelon tea with grass jelly, and it was so very good. My favorite is the Blooms fruit tea, and highly recommend most everything they serve, espresso drinks and snacks included.

Hurrah! Found a new place to roost when I need a couple hours to focus outside of home/office! Positive, light environment to keep spirits up with floral decor and natural light. Pleasant calming music. Just had a special tea this time around, but will be back for more! =D

The owners/cashiers are very friendly. The interior deco is cozy and cute. We got the fruit tea with fresh fruit, which had a natural sweetness and is perfect for a cold day.

Love this place! Theyre so friendly and the drinks are amazing. Im not much of a tea person, but they have delicious coffee options and tasty mochi donuts to choose from.

Love the boba here! Have more unique flavors & they taste more natural, not overly sweetened. Staff has always been very friendly as well.

Staff were super nice! I ordered the matcha green tea with red bean. They offered to remake it if it was too sweat or to make it sweater if it needed more. It was perfect as it was. Super fancy cup too. Im eager to come back and try the boba and coffee. :)

I love this spot. Super cute mom and pop store, where they really do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your order. I couldnt remember if I liked my matcha with red bean at 25% or 50% sweetness, I mentioned it in passing and the owner said I can taste it at 25% and if I want more sweetness, she will add it. So sweet so thoughtful.They also have a ton of seating, wifi available if you stay and order something, and happy hour from 4-6.And yes 25% sweetness was amazing. Check it out.

Newer shop, clean and cute, bright, modern interior with a few seatings. I enjoyed their boba milk tea. Owners are nice.

Very nice staff and cute ambiance. The bathroom is an adventure to get to but they provide a map with clear directions. It was pretty cold inside so bring warm layers if you get cold easily. The space also has a particular smell.. cleaning products maybe? If you can get past those things this spot is great! I loved all the natural light and window seats. Wifi worked well so this makes for a great remote work location 👌

Nice spot for tea, coffee, and dessert. We met some friends here for afternoon tea and enjoyed the aroma and flavors all around. The staff really know tea by heart and were very helpful with suggestions. Prices are fair and the dining area is beautifully decorated.My only gripe -- they dont have restrooms within the store premises. You have to ask for the key, walk outside, and open a door that leads to a parking garage. Once inside, you have to follow the directions indicated in the key to find the restrooms.

Very unique flavors and good tea as well as good quality boba! Got strawberry and lychee milk tea boba 25% sweet with light boba. It’s very refreshing and light! 25% sweet made it not very sweet - if you want a little sweetness I’d suggest 50% minimum. All around impressed!

Decor is very cute, bright, and spacious. The hosts were very pleasant. We ordered a boba milk tea no, no sugar, to share that had decent tea flavor and boba consistency. The cup size here is bigger than usual, yet well priced. Only downside is I didnt spot a guest restroom. Definitely looks like a great work or meet up cafe.

Menu covers the basics-- fruit tea, milk tea, matcha, and espresso drinks. The fruit tea comes with large pieces of fresh fruit! They also have a selection of snacks such as taiyaki and toast with optional toppings.The interior space is relatively small, but bright and decorated with flowers. Soft coffee shop music plays as background ambiance.

I’m into it. Cute little milk tea shop, right on the outskirts of DT SM.I’ve been all about that Rose Latte life recently. It’s real tasty here. The decor is also fun in the seating area (I’m talking insta ready floral floor to ceiling wall). Staff is also super sweet.My only issue has been how long the drinks take to make. I get that they’re made to order...but I’ve waited more than 15+mins once. After I placed my order. And no one was in front of me.

Cute drink shop offering both coffee and tea and friendly customer service. Besides the great natural lighting and lovely interior design, I ordered the matcha milk tea with red bean and I could instantly tell it was made with true matcha powder and not a powder mix. Sweetness level was perfect and did not need to adjust. WiFi is offered also in the seating area. Cant wait to try the other drinks on the menu!

Refreshing new boba place in San Mateo. Super friendly staff that is open to adjusting sweetness, ice and other customizations.Lots of toppings, boba and fruit juice options, along with savory toasts and desserts.Ask the staff for recommendations.Prices are reasonable and lower than the boba guys. Service is quick and efficient.
