I love is so much it is the best anime store around here! But I wish it had more Darling In The Franxx stuff but I love the Toilet bound Hanako-kun stuff!!! It also has Fruits Basket stuff, could use a little more Fruits Basket items!

One of the better Hot Topic experiences Ive had. Super friendly staff, clean store and really organized. Workers deserve a raise just FYI!

I use to pierce in my early 20s so it was a bit irritating when one of the workers assumed she knew more than me when it came to gages and ear lobes.

Always amazing customer service and friendly atmosphere. Never judgment and just fun to be here. Prices are on the higher side for mass produced edgewood stuff, but cant beat the employees willingness to be helpful and knowledgeable about their stuff.

The staff here is so nice and friendly, super helpful! Love their fun, quirky, hip selection of pins, nail polish, t-shirts, movie related, makeup, etc. I always find something fun either for myself and/or a friend.I was looking for a gift for a young friend. One of the girls who works there recommended a super cute Toy Story gift. They also have a rewards program that adds up quickly and they will send you a $10off (when you spend $30+) - the coupon does not expire. I will definitely be back!

We were looking for Harry Potter items for my granddaughter and they had a great selection. The salesperson was most helpful in assisting us. All around I give them a 5 star rating, It was a great shopping experience.

Nice place. Good customer service. Very friendly staff. Good shirts. Not as many shirt selections as Spencers Ill admit but they have some unique gifts inside.

Compared to other Hot Topics Ive been to, unfortunately this one is at the bottom of the list. I love Hot Topic, however, this location has a very small selection. This also was the first store I have been in where I wasnt greeted by anyone and there were three employees there.I wish I could say I will come here again, but its doubtful. I prefer the stores down in San Jose.

Have you ever been to a Hot Topic? Then youve been to Hot Topic and this one delivers just like the rest. Worth popping in if youre at the mall, or make it the whole reason you go. Whatever floats your boat.

The front of the store looks nice, but the further back you go, the messier it is. The employees here are so busy talking crap with one another, not one greets you or asks if you need help. They were too busy talking about their paychecks and buying weed that they couldnt be bothered to help anyone. Even one of them came right up to me and didnt ask if I needed anything. All the employees are in the rear of the store, I could have made off with half their merchandise and they wouldnt have even noticed.

Went here looking for a spiked belt unfortunately the quality of the stuff is kinda cheap but a great place for rocker stuff just wish they sold higher quality merchandise some cool shirts there too

The place is fine but the employees dont try to help you or even try to be respectful, at least in my experience. The cashier said Ughh, I wanna kill myself now when I went up to pay.

Love the gothy trendy and quirky styles. Great sales always going on too.
