I went in with my friends looking for shoes, not to mention, I’m Hispanic and my boyfriend is white, the people there just kept on looking at ME. They only greeted my boyfriend and not me. They just looked at ME as if I was going to steal a pair of shoes I was going to buy, whereas when my boyfriend was on his way to buy some shoes, they didn’t do anything or say anything. My boyfriend saw what they were doing to me and we just left without purchasing new shoes. We’d rather buy fake shoes. Never going back, don’t recommend this place. I live in 5 minutes away from the hillsdale mall and I would always come here to buy my shoes. Now I’d rather go to the footlocker in San Bruno or Daly City.

Its a small store, but has a decent selection. They usually have lots of sizes which is nice.The staff is friendly and professional and the store is always clean. Sometimes they have reduced prices if its the last pair or something, you just gotta be lucky.

On a Tuesday late afternoon, the store wasnt busy at all. Go during the week and avoid peak hours. I can imagine it getting packed, making it difficult getting attention.Rodrigo gave me the grand treatment. He immediately offered assistance and brought five pairs of shoes I had interest in. Rodrigo had a good understanding of the newest technology, features of various form factors, and brand differences. He even brought out a shoe unprompted, based on the feedback I was giving. It felt as if I was in a Nordstrom rather a shoe store.The store has a solid selection of the latest in mens sports shoes (even the far out styles). For something that youll be wearing everyday, its great to get personalized guidance.

They have a pretty good selection.Staff is kinda lame..And opening hours are different..I came on a Sunday for some limited shoes webside said they open at 8:00, they didnt open up til 10:00

This place is a joke!!!!! It was my brothers bday and it said the store closed at 9:30. I drove all the way from Brentwood to get a pair of Jordan’s that I put on hold for his bday! I got to the store at 9 pm and they told me they were closed! I drove 2 hours to get my brother these shoes he’s been asking for for months! This place is horrible and rediculous! The staff are rude and very disrespectful! I would definitely not contribute money by buying things from that stupid store! Don’t waste your time going there! Sincerely,a considerate little sister!
