Came by for a smog check and they turned me away because I asked if I could pull the car into the bay myself. Not sure why the tech got so sensitive. Told me to go to another shop. To their credit, the manager was entirely polite. But still. ...wth?

GMC Envoy 60K service, tires and electrical issueI had an electrical issue that after 5 trips to the dealer was still unresolved. It was diagnosed on the first trip to Big E and subsequently the offending part was replaced. 60 K service and new tires installed, completed as promised, on time and on budget for a fair price. Big E Automotive Repair has served our cars for over 15 years.

Excellent service and friendly atmosphereI used it with Smog check. I think it is better to make a reservation, but it takes about 15 minutes and it is very smooth. And all the clerks are very kind.The sound of the caltrain is loud while waiting (laughs)
