Amazing experience. I know nothing about makeup but I know what I do and dont like to look like our feel like. I explained just that to Jade and we were able to pick out the perfect colors and products just for me in a matter of minutes. The level of customer care I received was unbelievable. Jade, youre the best! And I love what we selected together. Heres 1:Lasted forever and feels like I have nothing on.

I love this place and probably visit Sephora more often than I would like to. Within a 2 to 3 week period Ive spent almost $800 at this store because of serums, moisturizers, lip balms, mascara and eye liners, eye palettes, makeup accessories. I LOVE IT ALL 💋. Someone I met along the way while shopping was Danhel. Danhel has this positive energy. She asnwered all my questions within the past four visits and even gave me some makeup tips and WOW have they worked. I love this specific location because of the entrance from the street. The layout is nice. Thank you Sephora staff and my girl Danhel for always giving me new recommendations.

Went in to exchange an online order of liquid foundation that didnt match my skin tone. Immediately was greeted at door with instructions, and was escorted by another artist. Moira assisted me with all my needs as best she could. Was not able to color match through swatches due to Covid19 prevention, but eyeballed the shade as best she could. Turned out it was perfect match when I got home. Amazing service!

It was my favorite Sephora store until today!’I Went to do some Christmas purchases, I asked for a sample for Allure sport for men & guess what? The dude who works there refused to get me a sample! So just left and ordered my parfum from different chain 😉

Such an amazing staff but quite the disappointment!I understand with COVID all stores have customer limits, but this Sephora is making their customers wait OUTSIDE the mall to get in! As opposed to the other stores letting you wait outside their stores, INSIDE the mall! On top of that, they are only allowing 8 people inside at a time and instead of letting one in and one out, they will wait until the exact same number of people that are in a group, waiting outside to go in 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m sorry but this is big miss. Besides that, the staff was super helpful inside! They’re definitely taking their time answering everyone’s questions and making sure everyone is well taken care off. You can’t any samples home, but they are allowing returns, all having to be done within 30 days, completely fair and understandable, but the the only thing with that, is that you have to get in line for returns 😩 I really wish they could find a better method like other stores, were they have one open line for just returns (easy in and out) and another line for people to get in (one at a time and not waiting to go in as a group).

It was insinuated that I was unclear on how to bathe and lacking the financial means to shop at the store within a 3 minute period.So, yeah. 1 star.

Anyone wanna buy this for 125$?

The sell stuff when I first started shopping here were just annoying, but its come to an all-time low. I will never go there again. They accuse me of stealing. it was absolutely ridiculous and followed me all over the store but I just thought they were being annoying like usual. They do have a good fragrance collection but it kind of impedes up on your ability to even shop the way they are always asking questions and not even allow you to think about the products you want. on top of that, the sales lady that was helping me didnt even recommend anywhere close to the right mascara for what I was asking. She didnt seem to be knowledgeable about any of the products at all. In fact, she recommended shades and consistencies that were quite the opposite of what I was inquiring. I do, highly recommend going there, if your objective is to small talk about the type of coffee brewing at Starbucks for 30 minutes. And by the way, Starbucks always has Pike place brewing. A very boring conversation to say the least.MAC it cosmetics in the same Mall seems to know every detail about similar shades and consistencies and recommends great products.

Great place! The mall area makes a convenient location. The staff is friendly, young styled, and really tries to help. Their special insider program gives out free little bottles of products to try with events. This is really nice for future purchases.

The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They just spend so little time with you and only want to rush to the next thing even when there is not much crowd in their stores. They need to learn to be courteous and have a more pleasant disposition.

Great place for make up although they dont have bold colors of any sorts. Its unfortunate. I went to get bold colors of glitter or bold colors of eyeshadow and they only had light delicate colors. 😑

First of I wanna start off by saying that I love Sephora. This review is going directly to the sephora at this mall.I’m not one to write reviews about a place, however I felt like I needed to write this one.This last Sunday, on Mother’s Day. I went to this mall, and went into Sephora with my sister and my mom.I don’t know how it’s like to work at a store where people shoplift or of it happens so often that the employees in the store decided that my sister mom and I were “suspicious” looking that they had to have people following us around. I don’t know if it’s because we were speaking Spanish or because we were Latina or simply just really looked like we were up to something.I felt extremely uncomfortable because it was pretty obvious that we were being watched. My sister and mom felt that way too. I don’t know if it’s because we were talking a little louder, or if it’s because we looked different than the expected clientele that would go to this Sephora. Whatever the case is, I just wanted to share that it’s obvious that we were being followed. I could tell, my sister could as well as my mom.It was so bad and I felt so uncomfortable that I went and asked someone for help just so the other employees knew I was looking for something and that’s why I was walking around so much.It’s one of those weird situations where you want to buy something just to prove that you’re not trying to steal or do something bad. I felt like I had to prove to these employees that I wasn’t trying to do something criminal.As I said I love Sephora, I love the makeup options and I’m even a vib rouge with over 4,000 points. I don’t think I’ll stop shopping there from this one bad experience but I know I won’t be going into this store again.
