William is the best mechanic I have ever taken my car to. As opposed to most mechanics that try to just maximize how much money they can make from you, I feel like the team at T W Automotive prioritize helping me fix my car in the best and most efficient way possible. He charges very reasonable rates and takes so much pride in his work, hes called to ensure my car was running smoothly after it was fixed, found and fixed other issues like a light being out, tire pressure, etc. - I come back for the friendly service I can trust every time, and recommend everyone I know to give them a call.

When the battery of our 99 Toyota conked out, he helped me find a salvage battery since the car was on its last leg. And hes super accommodating. Hes stayed open 30 minutes after closing when I was stuck in traffic. Most importantly, as an Asian woman, I appreciate his total fairness. With other mechanics, Ive gotten a different quote as my white husband for the same work. TW never pulls that stunt.William runs a no frills business - if youre looking for a large screen TV waiting for your car, TW isnt it. If you want your car fixed at a great price, youve got it.
