The owner, Don, initially provided us with all of the information regarding the process of replacing the water pump, thermostat and coolant. He was very forthcoming and honest about the parts and cost. His mechanic, Juan, also did a very thorough job of repairing the problem. Thank you both!

We came in with our front seat passenger side window askew, less than an inch open, with a probable window regulator problem.. Palm Motors rolled the window down, but it wouldnt come back up, and in the process they may have burnt out the window motor. Do now Im left with a car I cant lock up, and the possibility that Ill have to replace the motor as well as the regulator.
