D&D is Amazing! Truly a blessing, disguised as an auto body repair shop, when you need it the most!I had gotten reversed into (not a terribly common accident), by a Heavy Duty Chevy Silverado. Now, my car is much smaller and likely weighs half what this Silverado did. Although both the other driver and myself were weary of involving our insurance companies, that all shifted after D&D took the time and Patiently explained to me what I was going to deal with in either scenario. WOW! Patience in a busy place like D&D who also perform Superior Work? Remarkable!At first consultation, the hidden damage was explained to me as a possible result of the accident. They handled ALL the negotiation and paperwork with the Insurance company of the party who hit me. And, basically, I didn’t need worry about Anything! They handled it all quite respectfully and in a timely manner, and with great courtesy. It was Dreamy.They also went Above & Beyond in other areas of service including arranging a rental car for me, and keeping me completely up to date with the status of their on-time repairs! They even washed my car!!My highest recommendations go out to them and their stellar service! I couldn’t be more thrilled!

They said car was totaled ( but i drove car there see pics )gave estimate of $8300 told my insurance the radiator the radiator fan and transmission cooler were damaged in the crash i went to get property out of the car and no such damage to any radiators or fan. there was 800 dollar difference between what AAA insurance would have paid to fix and or be a total loss and i couldnt just pay the extra amount or shop couldnt lower price to help save the car ?very displeased wish i would have took car to other body shop i think estimate was high and why couldnt they work something out with insurance? NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AFTER A CRASH the nicer the shop the higher the estimate the more likely your insurance will not pay to fix and instead total the carI will add the staff in the office was friendly and helpful i just wish the staff that made the estimate could have worked something out to help me out this is a devastation to me i have stage 4 cancer and i had to have someone cosign just to get this car i will never be able to get this nice of a car again all i ever have owned is 30 year old cars i finally had something nice i also blame my insurance AAA why couldnt they offer the amount they told me they would have paid? it seems everyone from both sides insurance and body shop were just very quik to call this car totaled the air bags didnt deploy i drove it there the radiator did not leak i opened the hood a week after crash and fluid level was still the same if radiator had damage wouldnt it leak?

Spent a total of less than 15 min dropping the car off and picking it up. They teamed up with my insurance and made everything super easy.
