I live in brea while this place is located in San Marcos. Ordered two Js550 piston kits standard bore Monday evening. Shipping was free. Received the piston less than 48 hours later Wednesday morning. Tracking # was provided. Price was better than any where else and shipping was super fast but then again I’m only 70miles from there shop.

Bought a sled jack and pictures showed with stand. No stand. Cost 25 bucks to send back. Never buy from these crooks.

Order the wrong product from these guys. After opening the packaging I realized my mistake I contacted these guys expecting no refund/a partial refund for the damaged packaging but they gave me a full refund. Overall good customer service, fast shipping, and a good selection make this a solid business. I will be ordering the correct replacement part through them

[UPDATE: changed review from 1 to 4 stars because 1 of 3 cables arrived damaged but customer service was very helpful trying to find another in stock then offered full refund upon recieving the return. Unfortunately, I wasted 2 weeks & now have to place a new order elswhere.]A few weeks ago I bought a wheel spacer from them on ebay & recieved it quickly. Was even refunded the difference after I found it cheaper elsewhere.On 11/20/20 I ordered ss clutch & throttle cables from SoCalPowersports.com because they are only 80 miles from me & all 3 cables showed in stock. Plus I could save $13 by not getting them direct from Motion Pro (free shipping). I placed/paid for order last Friday at 4:45 pm(they close at 6pm). I decided to call them the following Monday(yesterday) at 1pm because I didnt get an email with shipping info. Im told that the order had each cable coming from three distributors (2 from out of state). Im wondering why if the website said in stock? About 1/2 hour later I receive email with 3 tracking numbers which say generated. Finally this afternoon the 1st tracking says arriving today from Fresno. The 2nd tracking say eta is Sat the 28th from Fort Worth TX! The 3rd tracking says arriving next Tuesday Dec 1st (11 days after I paid) from Savannah GA! Needless to say the choice to save 13 bucks by ordering locally from Socal Powersports backfired big time!

I recently purchased a windscreen from SoCal Powersports and soon discovered I needed a bigger size. Their policy is like most companies that state if its used they cant take it back. Im happy to say that SoCal went above and beyond my expectations for helping me get the right size windscreen and for making me a very satisfied customer. Ill be doing business with them again.

I found a part I needed on eBay but wasnt sure how soon I would get it. So I called SoCal Powersports, and had someone on the phone right away. He was helpful, my part was shipped the next day, and i got it quickly. At a price much cheaper than other sellers I saw, without any extra fee for rapid shipping. A good retail experience Im grateful for as I wouldnt have transportation without the replacement part.

They over charge and 100% false advertising

I ordered from them through Amazon. When the part arrived, I realized I had ordered the wrong part. It was totally my fault but they went up and beyond the call of duty and let me return it and resent me the correct one all at no additional cost to me. I will definitely order from them in the future!

Guys have zero prooduct knowledge i order part off amazon from them they shipped wrong part. Lied to me multiple times that no other product was made to match their description until i provided proof and then they still did not admit default or poor customer service
