Came in on a Sunday and one of the salesman said hi from across the showroom, but that was it. He sat back down and kept conversing with the guy the salesman. I was probably there for 20 minutes and learned nothing about their products. Total waste of time.

I live in Huntington Beach CA. There is a local dealer called Indian of Orange, they were the worst dealer in history. I was referred to North County Indian in San Marcos. It is about a 68 mile ride one way for me but it is worth it. They give great service, they have never let me down. I sit and wait and they get the work done. Highly recommended. Call Norma the head of service. Tell them that Norman referred you.

This place always impresses me. Open and honest about service prices and always do their best to get below the quote. Will even take time to show the old parts replaced so you have confidence in their work. Will continue driving an hour for their awesome customer service.

I hate having to do this with all the great reviews. But, I agree with the 2 other one star reviews that complain of bad service. We, my wife, granddaughter and I were in the store for over a half hour and no one even spoke to us. Not one person said, I will be with you in a moment, nothing. People were stranding around, looking over at me while I checked out the bikes I saw online and was interested in. We left. We were warmly welcomed at Indian of Redlands.

My experience with North County Indian, from beginning to end, has been amazing! I took a MSF class a couple of years ago and bought a used Honda Rebel 250 to get used to riding. At the time, I had my eye on the Indian Scout, but was afraid it would be too much bike for me. Lenny Spickle, the sales guy, was super friendly and helpful. No pressure at all. Over the past two years, I would drop in and look. I even test drove the Scout, but couldn’t pull the trigger. Well, a couple of weeks ago, I finally did it and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision! Josh Hubbard on the Biggs HD side set me up on several different bikes to test drive, which confirmed the Indian was the bike for me. Lenny (who has since moved to the Corona Indian store) was there to seal the deal for Indian. Then, Nick Diaz in parts was able to hook me up with some reduced reach accessories. He showed me how to install my new seat and even found me a part that had been discontinued! If North County Indian’s goal is to make their customers happy, well they’re doing it! I feel like I just didn’t buy a bike; I gained a support network that will be with me for a long time. Thank you North County Indian!

Nick Diaz in parts is super helpful! He was very patient with me and walked me through what I wanted to do with my bike. Nick was cool enough to start up a bike in the showroom that already had the 2 in 1 exhaust installed to show me what the sound was like. He then had the service team installed a 2 in 1 exhaust on my Indian Scout and I was super pleased with how everything came out. They even wrapped and boxed my old parts up for me to take home! Great job and great service!

Indian San MarcosI had brought my bike in for service as I had recently moved & Indian of San Marcos was now closer to home. The entire staff of the service department is top notch. Nick, Natasha, & the service manager Nora, addressed every concern I had, & even shed some light on a few issues I was previously unaware of. In fact my Chieftain ran better than it had been brand new, extremely pleased & will continue to have my bike serviced at Indian of San Marcos.Fast forward a few weeks, when the Challenger was released, I missed my chance at the Demo Truck but figured Id stop in & catch a look at a floor model. Sure enough they had the exact color I was interested in & Lenny in sales, whom I recently heard nothing but praise from the Indian community who had purchased at San Marcos was working & offered me a test ride. Was completely blown away by the power & handling of Indians latest endeavor, it truly challenges the entire bagger market. Brought the wife back, took it out again & we were both sold.When I came back for the 500mi service, I picked up some gear for the bike & was surprised to hear that I had acquired some store credit to put towards the goodies. Service Department comes through again with discounts I was unaware of & carefully going through & addressing any questions I had regarding the Challenger.From Sales to Service, Indian of San Marcos will without a doubt be my dealership as long as Im on an Indian. Natasha helped me out today when we cruised by to convince a friend she needed a new Indian. 😁 We hadnt received notice that there was a recall on a particular fuse for our 2019 Chieftains but they got us in right away, replaced the fuse and we were free to shop and drool over the 2020s in the showroom. Took my 2014 Chieftain in for service and they handled everything professionally. I had the apt booked ahead and was advised the service and recalls would take about 5 hours. I arrived, handed over the keys with a few other items to check on the bike. I was advised that water was in the rear brake lines which was causing one of the issues I had noted. They told me a brake flush and an additional hour labor would be needed to repair this issue. I agreed and work kept going. So, six hours total work was completed in four and I was out the door. Thank you very much. Ill be back with my wifes Scout soon!

We bought 2 new challengers from north county indian. The deal was great and dealing with Lenny was and absolute pleasure. He knew the bikes and we felt like no pressure to buy. After our purchase we started dealing with Nic in parts! Nic knows his parts! He made a few appointments for our first services and also to install reduced reach bars, rear highway bars. He gave us a name of a company for powder coating the back highway bars black and has been a great resource for all the parts we have been putting on the wish list.

Went to a demo day last weekend with the intention of buying a 2nd bike. Rode the Scout Bobber, and while it was fun, it wasnt for me. Lenny showed me the Springfields and I took one out. I currently rode a bagger, but this took it up so many more levels. The power, the handling, well, everything. I left with a lot to think about, but even better, I left with zero pressure from Lenny. A few days later, I came back, traded in my old bike and got the Springfield. The smile hasnt left my face yet!I would recommend this place to anyone. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, and most important, not pushy.

Bought a used Harley Fatboy in Jan 2017, it was in decent shape from the outside. Asked the seller of any work history done to the bike and he said, everything has been gone through and our shop just did an oil change. I took his word thinking Indian Dealership seem like a legit place. Turn out, the bike had bad spark plugs, leaking fuel and carb needing repairs. Cost me a lot of money just to get it to riding conditions. I never do reviews but today when I had to take the bike to a repair shop I didnt resist to create an account and let others know what their practices are when selling bikes.We all know that buying used bikes can be risky but some of us who see a bike that we like dont mind buying one so that is why we ask questions about the bike before we buy it. Unfortunately, some of us that still have values and take the word from others can get screwed. If they would have said, hey, it needs work then I would have made a better decision but too bad for me.

I recently came to get a Christmas gift for my father, and Nicholas went above and beyond to help. He was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect gift. He and Natasha are very kind and professional, couldnt have had a better experience. Nicholas was especially helpful, and I witnessed him help someone else during my visit as well, you can tell he cares about his customers.

Update: Billy did reach out to apologize for providing incorrect information on the bike. There where several modifications done to the bike to make it not the most obvious what it started it’s life out as.Went in earlier this week to view one of their used bikes, a Yamaha Bolt. Started off talking to Dom, who was absolutely great. Then we got handed over to Billy, the manager. We’re happy with the bike we got, however we were told by Billy, that the bike was the upgraded model. I asked if he meant the r-spec model, to which he replied yes, justifying the higher price. Well it most definitely is not the r-spec as we identified later by the fact that it does not have the r-spec rear shocks with remote reservoirs. I’m kicking myself for not sticking to my guns and going home to do the research before hand like I usually would, but I’d just gotten out of the hospital from septic pneumonia and stupidly fell for the “this deal won’t be available tomorrow” schtick he laid on thick. They delivered the bike to our home, which was very much appreciated. Additionally working with Ceryna their finance manager was a pleasure as well, she saw how fast I was declining and did everything she could to get us out of there quickly.

Had to take a second to give Nick a shoutout! He is always very informative in helping make a good decision. Today I grabbed a ram phone mount for my bike and talked in depth about Bluetooth. Showed me various options that catered to what I wanted. He also helped prior with getting my intake setup right. Everyone here is friendly from the time I walk in, until I leave. So ask for Nick! But if he’s not here there’s plenty of qualified people to help. 🙌🏼

Best place to buy a new or pre-owned Indian. Best service department as well. I drive 300 miles just to get service done. They allow pre-scheduling of service appointments and I get to ride back the same day they do my service.

Went in Saturday 1/18/20I was just window shopping and not looking to buy anything that day. Just wanted to check out a KLR I had seen online.Everyone there was still helpful and nice to me.Some places when you go in and say you are just looking around and not going to buy, they suddenly have an attitude like you are bothering them.NOT here! Everyone was nice and respectful. I Recomend this place for all your Indian Motorcycle needs!!!!

Bike selection was limited. Salesman Dominic did not seem to be too experienced but honestly was the nicest part of our 4 hour failed visit. After completing all the “banks” requests we walked away with no motorcycle despite all the attempts tried per their demands. We left under the impression there would be one final “opportunity” “chance”. And the staff would be in touch the following day. Good thing we didn’t hold our breath waiting. The follow up never took place. In 6 months when more of our overhead debt is paid off and it doesn’t “exceed 70%” well be back in the market to buy a bike. We’ll avoid this location like the plague. Three strike law should not ever again be overlooked. Only proves for disappointment.

First heard about the place from Anthony (a BRC instructor). Went through their course and bought my first bike here. Then came back and upgraded into a sixty. The staff has never been pushy with me and is more than friendly when approached for anything, as it should be. Cannot tell you how annoying it is when I’ve got four salesman crowding me the second I walk in ( *cough* “Ride Now” or whatever they’re called now). My only regret is that I am moving and won’t be able to purchase my next bike here.

Went in to get a used bolt, finances were rough to say the least. I was Greeted warmly and treated like a friend. I couldnt get the bolt due to the banks rules for used bikes, so Josh, billy and cyrena all worked together to get me a killer deal on a new scout. The service department has always treated me well and taken good care of my bike. I highly recommend this dealership and its become my go to place for everything about my bike. Great representative of the brand. Its not really easy to get to even though it is right next to the highway. Inside has a great selection of motorcycles and riding apparel.

Bought my first bike here just over a year ago. Got hit a few months later. Staff here has been friendly, genuine, and helpful throughout all of it. Its a bit of a drive from Temecula, but happy to continue taking my bike here for service as needed.

Let me start off by saying, staff is nice when youre in front of them. Otherwise customer service sucks, everybody seems in their own little world and dont work well together or have any knowledge of anything thats going on around them. For the past month weve constantly been in contact with the bank and Indian and for whatever reason its harder to get a hold of the right person at Indian than at the bank! Leaving voicemails seem to get lost and forgotten about. So just be aware if you need something done in a certain time frame...good luck! I wish it wasnt that way as everyone was really nice...but something just seems off.Update were now going on 3 months and nothing has been solved yet!

Nice sales. Not pushy. Can even try HD bikes. They let me hop on a scout sixty. Its quite different from a HD street 750. Feet are very forward. The only thing that puzzles me was at 65mph, the front wheel started wobbling. Hmm
