For over a decade now, McNamara Pump & Electric has serviced our home’s pump system. They’ve responded quickly as efficiently in times when the pump has stopped working due to sewer line issues, storms and power outages, and we always feel respected as valued customers. They have worked in the rain without complaint, and we admire their dedication to customer service. Recently, Jeff, the owner, patiently advised us how to modify our household water usage to avoid incurring unnecessary clean out fees on top of pump repairs. We definitely feel that he cares about his customers and doesn’t want to gouge us for services or equipment that we don’t need. We appreciate and highly recommend their annual service for your pump system!

Jeff came in today to check our pump especially since it was an emergency and completed impressed us with his honesty and integrity. He spent time to discuss sour problem, advised us about all our options and gave us final advice without trying to convince us to buy the most expensive option. Its very difficult to find companies of such such high integrity and can be trusted 200%. Thanks for being a blessing to the community.

Started relationship with McNamara Pump in 2005 when we built our home and have depended on them to maintain our needs for maintenance and repairs whenever required.. Exceptional Company with an A+ attitude, reliable friendly staff (office and Field personnel) and just plain caring for their customers satisfaction. Dont know how they continue to hold to their high standards but it is a treat to have them on our side. GREAT JOB AND THANKS TO ALL!!!

Im rarely impressed like I was by the service and consideration that the owner Jeff provided. I needed a sewer pump for an uphill system I was putting in, and Jeff came in on a holiday weekend to personally fit all the parts so it was plug and play for me, and was available by text to assist as needed. Ill never go anywhere else with service like that. Thanks guys!

These guys are the absolute worst. The company motto should be: Please give us lots of money and if there are problems you are on your own. They are quick to get off the phone, quick to say nothing is ever their fault, and they are quick to charge lots of money for service. They take no responsibility for anything. They are stubborn as mules when it comes to acknowledging any sort of wrong doing. They pretend to know what they are doing but the end result for me was a flooded garage they still tried to charge me for. They sort of get by because there arent many other choices for this kind of specific pump work but there are most certainly better options available out there in the area.

Had a poor experience with office lady on phone. Owner called and rectified the situation. Good company to deal with.

I had an issue with my E/one pumps. I had these guys come out to diagnose the issue. They told me that both my pumps were bad and needed to be replaced for several thousand each. Instead I called E/Ones authorized service and they fixed the minor issues with my pumps for under a thousand.

This company is truly outstanding. Their service is excellent, competent and they are extremely responsive. It might be hard to understand how one can get so excited about a company selling pumps, but I wish all companies were like McNamara. I would give 6 stars if I had that option.
