If you need anything from this location, find another one. It absolutely amazes me that it literally takes them 30 mins to answer a phone. I guess Customer Service is Not Graingers priority. I will be taking my company’s business else where that Customer Service is a Priority..

Super frustrating. I had two items on my order I had to wait over a month for. Ok, no big deal. Received no notification of their delivery so I call customer service. They can find no record of me ever placing an order for those items. Turns out when I picked up the first part of my order these geniuses just deleted the rest of my order. Fantastic. I now get to reorder and wait some more.Their online system is a joke and the IT guys know it. They prompt you to sign up for an account to track your orders but it doesnt actually work unless you jump through all the hoops to give your business info.
Brandon has great customer service skills. That made the difference. He knew how to find the parts I needed. I’m definitely coming here whenever I can.
