Jackie and Payton made us feel so welcome and were very helpful to us! My daughter and I always come to this PacSun location and we are glad that we do. The place is always well organized and easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. They also have a lot of sales and specials that make it worth the drive. Five stars!

For being in the outlet is more expensive than when you go to the mall so this place is garbage dont go ahead and waste your money here go better to the malls or to Ross or Burlington and you have more to choose better option

Terrible. At San Marcos store. Sale signs completely misleading and staff incredibly rude. All denim 50% off ... except for the items we purchased. Just wrong.

I wanted to leave a complaint about this particular Pacson store I am a black individual that attended the store on the 27th of feb. to shop around, I am new to the area moving from Houston TX, so the whole San Marcus Outlet was a new and also different experience. I walked in the store and there was nothing said to me, no, hello sir how are u doing let me kno if there is anything I can help u with or anything of tht sort. After noticing there is nothing that they were going to say I also noticed a family of different race walk in and instead of walking out I waited to see if there was going to be a missed greeting like I experienced and it was not. There was a full greeting with an offer to of help if needed, so I politely asked the male and female for their names and walked out I was not happy with with my visit and advise anyone tht decides to shop at this location not go while Jorje and Halley are there unless u are in to tht kind of thing thank u have a good day..
