I took my Crown Vic in for a slipping transmission.Dave the owner explained how transmissions work and what he thought the problem could be based on the description. Then to get a real quote, you have to pay up front, a removal/installation fee. (Which it totally reasonable since the transmission has to be removed and opened up to see what is really happening inside and to make an accurate quote.) (The fee itself was reasonable as I checked around by phone before I came in.)When I got the quote back it was detailed and included several options with different costs and warranties. (While the quote was being created. I took the opportunity to stop by and see my transmission all taken apart (image attached). Dave showed me which parts were worn and damaged. He did a great job explaining everything.)I have now had my car back for several months and no problems, it is working perfectly.I am now a customer for life... Great Job!

Dave is a great owner and very honest when it comes to telling you what your car needs done. He always answers my questions right on the spot if he can I would recommend Dave to my friends and family.

This shop has got the ticket... Extremely friendly,honest, helpful and knowledgeable. The owner Dave goes outta his way to make sure your car problems are solved and you are 100%satisfied. Definitely would highly recommend for all you automotive needs.. No problem he cant get to the bottom of.
