First experience here, and absolutely loved everything about them. Came to get our son an oil change and they took us around and offered a tour, even introducing the owners and mechanics. We were then offered cold beverages and snacks, and comfy couches. The staff noticed that a key item with our son’s car may fall under a warranty, and they contacted Volkswagen and actually called to verify this for us. In a day and age where so many mechanics cannot be trusted, this operation went out of its way with both honesty and hospitality. The icing on the cake was that when they went to ring us up, they took an extra $10 off from what we were quoted. Highly recommend this place!

They are very friendly and good at explaining what was happening with my car. They didnt tell me what I should do. They told me the possible options I can take for my car and allowed me to be part of the decision making process, appropriately giving me their expert opinion and suggestions on the topic.Overall it was a great experience. I felt at ease and would go back without a doubt.

Probably some of the best dang service I’ve ever received. I didn’t have an appointment when bringing in my car. Even so, Drew and his crew fixed my AC and window regulators timely and even gave me a first responders discount! Automotive repair isn’t cheap. At Cal West Auto they give competitive pricing and really put an effort to make your feel taken care of. Transparency was noted as well. Drew showed me pictures of the labor intensive process of getting to the window regulators on my Saturn. Great people here, definitely worth your while if you’re in the need of automotive repair.

YOU NEED TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Seriously, we are a military family and always having to find new mechanics whenever my husband is too busy with training to do vehicle maintenance. We are set to PCS and I needed my daughters vehicle to be cross-country driving ready. Drew was awesome. Very patient, very thorough. Military discount. He clearly cares about his business and keeping his customers safe and satisfied. He didnt try to overcharge or take advantage of us in any way. Very thankful!

Steve is always honest, helpful & friendly. Last time I was there he filled my radiator because it was bone dry. Time before that he added oil cause I was so low. Lifesavers. Highly recommend them.

He did a spectacular job, take my truck, for a differential change, built, then, I replace the axle, and the problem, he left immediately, I had a bad experience with other mechanics it turns out, that they put a part, which was not, the one indicated, and the good Aron, he was very friendly, and he decided that the problem would be solved, I highly recommend these guys, very good work !!
