Great brake and alignment shop! Decor could use an update, but the staff and especially manager are very nice and willing to explain. They really go the extra mile. They offer ceramic brake pads which last 70,000 miles (lifetime guaranty) highly recommend this place. Open Saturday till 6pm too!

Brakes front and rear, inner/outer tie rods, upper/lower ball joints, wheel bearings, full brake flush, oil change and alignment.These guys handled it quick - they nailed everything I knew needed attention. Came back two days later with new rims and tires because my tires were shot they not only took care of me they threw it back up on the alignment rack to make sure it was 100%I had a couple questions with the service and without hesitation they took care of it to accommodate me- no argument just a care for 110% customer satisfaction.Great group of service Techs, energy and environment.* if you drive you should understand basics about your car* always double check the work done and if you cant just ask so you can see and understand.*if you have a concern respectfully ask - no one shop is perfectThese guys do 1 hell of a good job.Price was fair in my opinion and I cannot complain-If you guys at brake masters read this- thank you for putting in hard work day in day out.

I came to them to turn some rotors for me. They completed it in just under an hour, with no appointment. They measured them in front of me before and after so I could see they were still in spec. They were professional and very knowledgeable. I wouldve had them install those rotors but I had a friend do it for free. There prices and customer service were worth coming back for.

Ill come back with all my cars. These guys are reasonably priced and they know whats going on.They replaced the rotors on my car and also let me know of an exhaust leak that I wasnt aware of. Great team, thanks for your help!

Got front brakes done on my Prius a few days ago. Very good service and out the door in under two hours. Not cheap but reasonable for work done and using Akebono parts, which is what Toyota recommends for Prius.

Brake Masters is a gem. They provide good service, knowledgable in all types of car issues and resolutions, good quality of work and reasonable pricing. Sima is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend taking your car here for maintenance and repairs.

Bought a set of tires last november (2019), the next day I went to this place to get a wheel alignment. I though all went well, turns out I was sadly mistaken, yesterday I went to have my tires rotated after 4,000, the tires were rated for 35,000 miles, anyway my technician showed me how my tires are trashed completely, the inside thread of both my front tires were completely gone (BOLD) thread showing ofter only 10th of the life of the tires. He said the alignment was done incorrectly and that they could not fix or even rotate the tires and that I needed new front tires. Im so disappointed and furious about this service. Please avoid this place if you can to avoid a similar fate.

Recently replaced my rack and pinion and it drives well. work is always good and a good price with good customer service.

I am a very new driver and when I came in to give my new car an oil change and an alignment, the manager Sima was very nice.The service took an hour more than estimated to be done though, so Id recommend walking around or eating at George Burgers in the meantime.

Did my alignment twice with these guys first time it took around an hour and they didn’t even give me the numbers and after my car was pulling left. I went in to get it fix and they told me to come back tomorrow at 4pm I came in the next day at 3:40pm and they didn’t help me until 5pm they only took 15 minutes to fix it witch at first they where trying to blame discount tires on the new tires that was the reason why it was pulling left. They gave me the numbers and I left and now it’s pulling right. I would not recommend this company to anyone don’t allow them to touch your car. Worst place to get your car fixed. And just for an easy job as an alignment.

Took my vehicle multiple times for same issue, then they broke something and didn’t tell me . Also when u take ur vehicle in there only to find out something else is going wrong with vehicle days later. Almost like Sabotaging my car. Will never go again and I highly recommend going else where for your car to be fixed correctly and promptly!

I came in because I was having issues with my brakes. Sima had my car inspected. He was very honest about my brakes and gave me an honest recommendation. I appreciate his honesty. At the end, all I needed was a brake fluid flush. Here I come in thinking I had to replace all of the brake pads to my car. He even took me into the shop to show me what my brake pads look like. People who are shopping around should definitely bring their vehicle here.

I’ve been for for at least 3 alignments and also some front end work. I like to work on my own cars, and they’ve been very accommodating helping with the things I can’t do at home!

I took my car here for brakes and the brakes were cheap. 5 months later I had to get new brakes again. Im very disappointed in the service and the final outcome. Never coming here again. I took my car back to Metro Transmission for them to properly put brakes on my vehicle.

First time here and Ill definitely becoming back. Not only did they give me a great deal on an alignment (and did it well, truck no longer pulls to the left), but they also pointed out a couple bushings that need replacing I hadnt noticed.

They didnt do the job right the first time and had to take it back.

Came here to check my noisy brakes.. problem was not as bad as I thought. They were able to work on it and get me new brakes within an hour. Awesome job.

I have had my car worked on by the brake masters on a few different occasions. The last time I went to them Johnny was there and we looked at an oil leak together. Johnny kept it honest and real with me, he Informed me he could charge me tons of money to find the leak but it doesnt seem to a dire situation. He advised a certain stop leak that was only like 20 bucks. I was skeptical at first because I dont like putting random stuff in my car... Well at first I was unimpressed with the lack of results. But lucky for me I went on a vacation and left my car just sitting for a few days. Well ever since I have been back and driving my car it doesnt seem to be leaking. Good looking out Johnny, much appreciated. I will be back again

These guys are awesome. They did a front end brake job on my wifes toyota camary. They used original parts and charged me a lot less than the dealership. I didnt think they would be able to do it the same day becuse i showed up at 5 pm and they close at 6pm. But the guys hopped right on to it and got it done while i waited. Highly recommended. Next week Im also going to get the alignment and oil change from here. Thanks guys, great job.
