Poor customer service. Mariah, Manager treated our owners like second class citizens! As we have come here for years, and wasnt aware of a third party form that needed to be filled out. No respect at all. And when trying to explain over the phone about the situation in person she then proceed to hang up on my face.

I have been licensed and shopping at this store forever. Apparently someone who used to work there no longer does and now a lady with a bunch of piercings in her face works her position. When I go in there and pay cash, I am asked for my ID, it makes me feel like this woman feels that I am buying product on someone elses card. I am not a fan making the customer feel like they are deceitful. I will be taking my business to other SalonCentric locations, or just to Cosmoprof.
