Great shopping experience here, welcoming and polite. All three staff were very friendly!! To start the gentleman at the front door opened the door and offered hand sanitizer, The nice guy came from behind the register to help my mom pick out a nice color wig. The young lady on the floor wished my mom a happy birthday! Will shop here again!

I suppose time is the only thing that doesnt change. I agree with most postings...this WAS one of my go to places in San Leandro but now its slightly different. I dont feel as comfortable as I was two years ago and I just go across the street now for my needs. Large selection for sure but quality in service has definitely declined

Helped me choose the perfect wig for a theme party.He had no idea what I was talking about when I arrived but all wigs he brought were perfect choices. I absolutely love Chris! Hes always there and super cool. He knows just about everything and will even give you a discount from time to time. I stayed in Chriss when I lived in San Leandro. Finding a decent beauty supply is hard in the central valley. Chris has EVERYTHING! Wish he would open one out where I live now.

Wide variety of color schemes: mood and neon. Glade to see Chris is sticking to his guns and not steering to far from regular brand, especially for the braider tool, HANDS. I would like to see all the bueaty stores add more colors (includes neon/mood) to the thick, curly rastify braids and others; its winter and alot of clients switch to a thicker weight. Overall, the novelties side is more expensive but he did amp it up on hair oils and products. 🐲

I dont understand why its people who know nothing about textured hair working and attempting to give advice. They follow you around as if your going to steal, the prices are always fair but seem to balloon after its rung up.
