I had a serious issue with my vision post-operation for cataracts. I was attended by a very professional and attentive staff personnel by the name of Jazmin. She was extremely courteous, suggested that I have a further eye-examination, which I did; and subsequently helped get my new glasses In a speedy and efficient manner. With my new glasses, my vision both far and near, has been resolved. I have nothing but praise for this employee.

This had to be one of my best experiences at a Pearle Vision, I needed emergency contact lenses and the manager Miquel Alvarez was sure to help me very thoroughly! I accidentally forgot my prescription papers with my partner, however, I was still able to confirm my prescription with a picture! Talk about customer service! Anyway, these guys get it!! Very grateful to come across this Pearle vision in PR while on vacation.

Pearl Vision ROCKS!I called Pearl Vision to ensure my insurance was accepted. My call was received by Aileen. She not only verified my insurance but also made sure I parked in the correct area to enter Plaza. She then gave me directions to the store and asked me to call if I got lost. Aileen was so-very kind and helpful I was actually looking forward to my visit. When I arrived I was welcomed by Elizabeth. She explained the covid process in selecting the frames I wanted to try and gave me a tray. The selection was great. After my tray was full, Ailen and Elizabeth assisted me with questions and I was able to quickly make a decision for both glasses and sunglasses. Their friendly attitude and professional service is exemplary. Even the manager, Edwin, stopped by to ensure everything was OK - very impressive. I recommend you go and you will always return. I had an amazing experience, the staff was very well informed. The place is immaculate, they also have the latest styles at a reasonable price. The best experience I have had in 20 years that I have been using glasses. I came from N.Y. to Puerto Rico. When to Pearl because I was having lots of headaches. The Doctor and the exam this place provided I have never had in all my years in New York.The Staff is amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. Solimar and Jasmine took there time to be with me and explain every thing about the glasses. There collection is amazing. The General manager Edwin is also very professional not only with the customer but with his staff and last but not least the cleanest in this place is unbelievable. With the Covid-19 I was very concerned. No need to be afraid the staff and the General manager are constantly disinfecting the hold store. I give this place and the Staff a 10 star if I could. The eye exam went well. The doctor was very thorough.My only complaint is the wait time prior to the eye exam. My appointment was at 12:30pm but I left at around 3pm.

Was charged for an extra eye exam, thought was needed for eye glasses exam, something about the retina I did not need for eye glasses prescription . The doctor was not empathetic did not felt welcomed- overall- not coming back or recommending

I visit Pearle de Plaza Las Americas for a long time, I went to make a purchase online and it did not work, however I went to the optician to adjust my glasses and they received me as always very early and with covid care, I made an appointment to come back again, they are the best.

Yesterday I had to go to the emergency room because I fell asleep on top of my glasses. They were more twisted than a Twister game. Optician Charlie came out to shake my hand and did wonders. Very poor and incompetent service. They left me a phone message stating that my glasses are ready to be picked up. My parents who are older people do me the favor of picking them up from Ponce since I need them and I am in Florida for two months, the person who attended Omaira told them they were not there and so I dispatch them. Then I call the optics and talk to Jesenia and this after LOOKING for them tells me they were. I have to call my old men to return to the store to look for them a second time. When my mother asks why you didnt ask before telling me they werent, she says. I WAS BUSY. Thus sending the poor elderly who went from Ponce to lose their trip, time and money. Sure and the customer in need of the glasses.I do not recommend this Optics to anyone, thank God that there are OTHER OPTICS.

Dr. was excellent but her secretary was something else, her attitude was not the best, or she was tired or unwilling to work.The one that assisted me with the super good mount and I look for alternatives until there was one that was within my reach and taste.

I do not recommend it to anyone, the receptionist as well as the optometrist are both disrespectful and were not professional at all. They wanted to muddle through and kick you out of the office. When it came to buying glasses, they didnt even want to help you because they had just balanced the money.
