Horrible. horrible experience, will never visit store again. Don’t know what they are thinking, but service is not in their vocabulary. Second time I visit and both times sales person is arrogant, disrespectful and sarcastic. Have no idea how they are able to sell anything. Businessess like that do not deserve my business! No more chances.
If I could give them 0 stars for their absolutely terrible customer service I would. They never answer the phones and good luck finding out when your appliances get here. Been waiting a year and if by luck someone answers the phone, they know nothing about the order.

I had not been in this place for more than 15 yrs. and was unpleasantly surprised by seeing its become just a warehouse for household goods sold there, and therefore unattractive and with spaced out sitting space. This is more evident on account of the strict controls in place due to COVID-19.
One of the worst customer services I have received in a long time. The sales representative was not professional, making jokes of the appliance we were looking for, a little demeaning and unwelcoming. A good customer service training should come in handy. Also, bad organization and not the best prices. The best interaction was with the gate attendant. He was great!

You want to support local business. Buy various items. One of them has manufacturing defects and I have been waiting 3 weeks for help. They dont even answer the phone. We notified as soon as the installer showed us the defect. I understand what I will have to do is call daco

I went to this place with the hope of finding a gas stove (years ago I visited it and was happy with what I bought) ... to my surprise it was a humiliating experience. The saleswoman scoffed at how uninformed I was with the evolution of these items and even offered me a Xanax to control my amazement. What really amazed me was the unprofessional and tactlessness of this lady who was supposedly helping us. I think you should take some courses in customer service. I will never return and I will not recommend them either. The only one who knew how to do his job was the boy who controlled the line and entrance to the parking lot ...!

They sell you the washer dryer combo but you have to buy the sleeves and the dryer tube separately. And even if you pay for them in the store, when they are going to install it they do not carry the dryer tube and improperly install the drain tube and do not carry the tube to extract the hot air from the dryer. After you pay to take it and install you have to go to the store again to find the tube but it does not have the other part that connects it on the wall to let the air out and they tell you that you have to buy it separately at a hardware store .
