Absolutely the very worst experience in customer service you can have in a Home Depot. Hours of wait just to get a release of an item I already purchased and after they ignore you as if you are doing them a favor. I’m fuming with these people.

Good store. Good service. Yet lacking variety in various home items, like window A/Cs, only have one. Walmart has like 5.

They, especially Daniel, represent a dedicated employee committed to their companys values ​​and customer satisfaction policy. Breath in and out. 3hrs+ waiting for a simple online pickup. If you didn’t get a call or don’t have your “appointment” number even when the website says ready for pickup just ask for Javier one of the managers. Otherwise you will never get your order. And you still have to go and pick up the items one by one in the store, bring them back to the the online service counter to get clearance. When I was finally allowed into the store, I counted at least 5 individuals in the same situation. Patience is the name of the game. It’s not the only store with these issues. While I recognize the sacrifice and exposure of retail store employees, customers are not at fault either here. Tension and stress is getting the better of everyone.

Super easy to find things and the staff explains how to use/install something in really easy to follow steps

Its home depot. Usually the same thing wherever. I generally give 5 stars to home depots (and I know this isnt necessarily their fault, but) man, lacking products. Everything useful seems to be out of stock. Each visit is worse in that regard. Hopefully things will get easier and they will restock on the commonly bought stuff.

It is a place that always welcome us and my dogs. I found good service, even if the assistant does not know they take me to someone that can help me. The assistants and cashiers always pamper my dogs with treats and tenderness.

Today, in Montehiedra, I asked if it was going to take a long time to open an isle (10) to an employee identified as Harold, his answer was when is finished, is finished in a disrespectful manner.Seems he was in a bad mood transferring it to clients.

First time buying paint at HD. Bunch of people waiting in line and employees just kinda taking their time. Finally get helped and they screw up my order even tho I slowly and clearly spelled it out.On to get a common board cut. Sorry machines broken.I just left everything on a shelf and walked out. Lets see how long I can make it boycotting home depot.

The line to get in was very long but it moved fast. The line to pay was very long but it moved fast. I could not find the sanitizing wipes for viruses and bacterias. I could not find the lights for the garage door opener. All the personnel was extremely helpful.

Unreal when to pick item from online purchase .. message say item ready for pick up .. associate says that I had to wait for phone call to pick it up... email says item ready for pick up drove 30 minutes to get there and left without my item I cancel the other and would make my best Not to buy from you again and will cancel my card.. thanks for nothing

Although with all that is happening, I had a very pleasant time at store. All associates where very helpful, but one in particular (Michael) went out of his way to help with my purchase. 2 thumbs up.

Went there for a curbside pickup. Instructions said to call the number and say curbside pickup. Nowhere in their systems is there an option to say or speak to someone. The associate that came to my car (btw, this is a queue of cars leading up to the contractors area, only identified as entrance; I took a chance) asked me if the store called me and gave me a code. Nope. None of that. Only my order number on the app and SMS message.Why four stars? Regardless of all I mentioned before, the associate was SUPER friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service!! 👍

Same Home Depot as always were you find anything for your home improvement. I am giving 3 Stars because I had to wait 1 hour to pay 3 items. They need to improve the check out process.

My Mexican card from Bancomer dos not go through, thankfully I had some cash at hand and were able to pay for the light bulbs that faded in my kitchen. It had been 3 days of cooking without light and burning my food. My tummy hurt.

Made a pick-up order on Monday, didnt receive notice until Thursday afternoon, after several items had been canceled, and after requesting the remaining items be held until 6am on Friday since I couldnt go out to pick the remaining order items up, my order wasnt just not ready for pick-up at 6am on Friday, what was supposed to be held for pick up, was either put back or sold the day prior.Not only was I charged up-front for NO service, I wasted my time and fuel for it. I can excuse the wait times due to the ongoing situation, but Im not excusing making me wake up early, spending my fuel and wasting my time to be told they didnt do the bare minimum expected from them. From now on, Ill go to National, True Value or a small hardware store for the items I need. Theyve lost a customer.

Bad service, no staff and nobody answers the phone. No good outlook of improvement. Do not buy by internet : no guarantee of completion of any order. If Home Depot cannot stand by it advertised performance, it must not be written there.

I made an order on May 26th on their website. 4 days later finally the website said that I can go to pick-up the order. I went to the store and the employee told me that I have to wait for a call so they can give me a code so I can pick-up the merchandise, even when on the website clearly says your order is ready to pick up on May 29. This people need 4 days to hand me a merchandise that is paid, that the client is picking up and do not need any other form of assitence. Plainly the worst service ever.

One of easiest Home Depots to visit as it has amplenearby parking.Good plant department, especially for smaller flowering ones.Have always eventually found what I was looking for,in spite of being such a very large store.

Got to wait in line to enter and to pay. The store is doing a good job sanitizing the carts.

They have about everything you might need for the house. Plus they respect Veterans offering Military Discount. Thats one of the main reasons they have my business.

The place to buy all home Improvement stuff and more. Most of the staff are very helpful and versed in their areas. Seasonal staff not much help. New inventory laws on the island are making it very hard for consumers to get what is needed.

Have this store just around the corner and its a true blessing.Everything I need and never out of stock. Can always find an associate if I need something or have a question. Found them all knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.Have never found the place so busy that would have to wait at the cash registers. They also have easy to use self service register which is even more convenient if you have a small purchase or are in a hurry.

Like the return policy of HD, you find helpful help, but at the same time, the area of returns could be more efficient, at times there is only one employee working a 1 or 2 looking at that one working!

I cant say much but that we found what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as well as respectful. Im sorry to say I cant mention any names since I failed to think of reading their name tags. Oh well...

If you need materials for construction this is the place to go if you need plants this is the place to go if you need paint this is the place to go if you need christmas trees in christmas this is the place to go being honest this place is so big but everything in there is useful if you need a ceiling fan this is the place to go if you need any type of kitchen stove or microwave or fridge this is the place to go on top of all that there is free wifi i mean sometimes it doesnt work but most of times it does so yes this is the place to go.

We went to Home Depot to buy a fan, bulbs, garden hose, hose storage and a lantern. First thing I notice was problem getting someone to help finding articles and answers questions. We found the garden hose, its storage and the lanter.The Ecosmart bulbs were hard to find eventhough we asked an employee but apparently he didnt know the location. We observed that the inventory of the Ecosmart bulbs on display had been reduced to almost nothing. Checkout was slow because only two checkouts were available. The situations that we experienced are not what we have received before. These issues should be looked at closely and correctly resolved.

Always a great place to find what you are looking for. You can see an improved Customer Service staff throughout the store. Congrats!!!

Always a good place to find all your household needs. Need tools, lights, tiles, bricks. Concrete mortar, you name it and if its for home improvement. Home depot should have it.

It is a bit difficult, traffic-wise, to get in and out of here at times, but the staff is helpful and the selection is excellent.

Not many merchandise, its not only this store but the rest of the other stores have this problem.

I have been coming to the store for many many many a year in my 47 years being here in Puerto Rico and I am finding the staff to be exemption alay outstanding I really give you the service and help that you need. The excellent staff up to now have never misled me have given me the proper information Im white I really really love is that daylight led light bulbs that all fantastic and last and last for a very long time. Do not be afraid of the long lines that they have to get in Im be taking care of they do their best to bring them down as fast as can be what you can do is look up their information on a Web page and find out what time their open and what time theyre closed and what holidays there open and what holidays they are closed. From a town within Puerto Rico I am sending you this information and hoping that you will find what you need a may I take this time to wish you a happy holiday season.

Need to work on re-training an employee(the one with a star tattoo on the right side of his neck among other ink) on customer service. He was very rude, threathing, confrontional and thought he was on the hood instead of working in the store. Hope matters are taken to correct this disrespecful employee in order to avoid situation with future customers.

Couldnt find three items I came for. Low variety. Nothing like a home Depot in the states.

Low inventory. I could not figure out where things were and nobody was around to help. Store organization is not logical. Far behind the Home Depot in the States.

One of my favorite stores. Can get most of what I need for all my diy projects. Have found staff from this store to be quite knowledgeable and friendly.

Many new things different from other stores. Very big store. The gardenig section not as big as other one. I prefer the one of Arecibo or Ponce which are better in this section.

Is always a good experience. Today they had a great sale, but one item had run out.

In the middle of a wood cutting order the worker said his shift was done, left the area unattended. I waited for 25 minutes, asked for other workers to help and noone did. Wasted an afternoon to buy a simple piece of wood for a project. Never comming back. National or maderas 3 C for anyone looking for actual customer service.

Have everything but employees don’t know much. I asked a lady for clisetmade and did t know what that was 🤦‍♀️ To get assistance you have to run after them. They hang around in groups just talking. Terrible Service and not the first time I complain.
