Incorrectly diagnosed the problem with my car. Sold and installed incorrect part. Upon learning the part was incorrect had to haggle with management about correction. When I was supposed to get a refund, they mistakenly charged me again. Im waiting for my cc to be credited. Overall Im not going to recommend this business.

I had a fantastic experience with Chris! I needed my oil pressure gauge replaced. I had already purchased the part and tried to install it on my own. Turns out the instructions didnt clearly explain that the part was in the back of the engine vs the front of the engine, as the diagram appeared to show. I traveled to Southern California from Northern California for the 4th of July holiday with the part and the hopes of getting it installed. Try driving for over 6 hours, with a constant beeping noise, and your wife giving you the look. I didnt know where to go and I simply typed mechanic into Google Maps when I got to SJC and Chriss name popped up. Not knowing much about him, I took a leap of faith and contacted him. Chris was very knowledgeable of what I was describing and said he believed he could replace the part. We connected, he looked at it, and determined he could do it. We set an appointment for the next day (engine had to be 100% cold) and he replaced it within 2 hours (so I could go to my next gathering) at a fair price. Now I can drive back to Northern California without the beeping noise and the look. I would recommend Chris for your car care needs.

I talked to Chris on saturday and at that time he told me that he could get to me on sunday (next day). So I have my Truck towed to my home, and buy all the parts needed. I call him the next day and he says he will not be able to make it until Tuesday but to call on monday to confirm. So i call this guy on monday to confirm and guess what he says I WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT UNTIL WEDNESDAY NOW. SO now i have been calling him throughout the whole weekend, had my truck towed home and not to a real mechanic, have to pay for another tow to a reliable mechanic, and this guy said he could get to it on sunday( next day ) . Now i will be 5 days without a car because this guy doesnt even know how to make an appointment OR KEEP AN APPOINTMENT). I hope he really knows how to work on cars because i will never know..

Mr. carl called me on saturday at 2:10 pm said his brakes wher bad,he made an appointment for sunday morning, HE DID NOT KEEP HIS APPOINTMENT, he called late sunday afternoon and said was i the guy he called on friday that he had talked to so many different mechanics,after that he only made a tentative appointment, i tried to call him but he does not have a phone
