Bob is the Best. He saved me thousands of dollars, by reviewing the problem. I didnt need to replace my catalytic converter because of him, fixed a fuel mixture problem instead.

Truly an amazing experience all throughout. I had my catalytic converter stolen off of my car, and Bob made sure to order the correct parts so that everything goes smoothly. Bob and his workers do an above and beyond job, and it is extremely affordable for those who have to go through the same experience as me. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Amazing shop! Fixed my muffler in minutes (I think it took me longer to figure out how to drive my car up onto the lift than it did for him to fix it) and they couldnt have been more kind and easy to work with. Great service, couldnt recommend them enough!

Ok. Lots of muffler shops. But. Theres one thats been. In business since i was little. Maybe longer. 50 plus years later. Ive. Gone several times . muffler issue. Catyletic. Converter issues. Tail pipe issues. All have been solved by owner and his guys.. Very kind. Respectful. There pretty. Quick. Once again! If you go somewhere else. Then youre going to second best.

I highly recommend this shop. I was passing through the area with my 2008 Diesel GMC truck & had a muffler issue. They were busy when I showed up but for me in. Rather than delay me for several days and install a complete end-to-end replacement (which was needed because my flange was damaged) they sawed off the flange & welded the two pieces together. Took 20 minutes and when I asked how much he said “just get back on the road — no charge”. I was shocked & thrilled.

Had my rusted out exhaust replaced. They were able to see me the same day I called, and had a new exhaust welded into my truck in under 20 min. Very friendly and a good price.

Best muffler service anywhere. Came in yesterday with need to replace catalytic converter in my older Volvo after failing smog test for license renewal. Bob, pwner asked me to verify with my own mechanic and checked neighboring mechanic that the new converter would be the solution. I called the next day so Bob could order the model converter. Installation was performed and drove to Palo Alto for my smog test. Bob called me as the smog technician was handing the pass certificate. Kwik way follow up by Bob was the best customer service l have seen.

Had a lot of fun at Kwick-Way today with my 2015 Mustang Convertible. Was going to buy a couple of flowmaster clones when he suggested we just cut off the mufflers and see how it sounded. It was AMAZING! So he just threw straight pipes on it for a hundo, job done! See, he noticed that the 2015 has an expansion chamber x-pipe that acts as a pretty good muffler already. Anyhow, it all took a half hour and I was outta there, loving my car 10x more.

So I came to ask for an estimate for my custom muffler. They said just a minute, and ive been waiting for 15mins they didnt entertain me and they are just working for 1 vehicle for both of them. How come they never entetsin me inspite of they were 2 doing the only car in the shop.
