The customer service person left me waiting at the register while she had a very long conversation with another customer about dogs and a cat. I was ignored so i left. I feel i was discriminated against because of my age (senior) and disability. Anyway I SHALL NOT RETURN.

This place is packed with natural health care products and ingredients and everyone I have met on staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. I originally came to this place looking for a few odd ingredients for a bitters recipe. After searching everywhere for wormwood, hops, and a few other ingredients, this store had them all in great condition and great prices. I now check here first, and have regularly seen things I used to get on Amazon sold here at a better price - with the added benefit of a knowledgeable staff to boot!

I came here to purchase remedies for my son, and happened to ask Dennis at the counter if he had any suggestions for my itchy eyes. I had been suffering for over a month with inflamed, itchy, red, watery eyes which was seriously affecting my life. I was awakening every morning with eyes so encrusted, swollen, and irritated that I had to rush to the sink to use a soft tissue to loosen the debris and clean my eyes before I could see enough to get through the day, and I looked quite monsterous throughout my work day at the practice. I had gone to my allergist, an M.D. specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of allergies, and was told that due to my allergic reaction to preservatives in the solution, I could not use the antihistamine eye drops, and that there was nothing further that could be done for the daily torture of my eyes until the effect of the allergy shots took place, which is predicted to be 7-10 weeks. I asked Dennis as an afterthought when I went to the store, and Dennis recommended that I use 1-2 drops of Sovereign Silver in each eye. Not really expecting any relief for such a severe situation, I was a bit skeptical but was willing to try it. Today is day two of using the drops, and I am astonished that I am 90 percent free of the irritation that had plagued me for so many days and nights. The drops produce no stinging, no side affect on my vision, and is tasteless and odorless. I have been using the 1-2 drops each morning and evening when I come home from work. This is really outstanding. Most of all, I am so impressed that Dennis knew far more than my M.D. what the answer was, and I am equally disappointed in my M.D. that she was not even aware or willing to at least clue me in to looking into alternative medicine or homeopathic solutions, when she was aware of my dilemma.

Im very lucky to have such a gem of a store that carries bulk herbal remedies only 2 miles from my house. Very Helpful staff.
