Had issues with the sound on my AirPod pros cutting in and out. I brought them to this store for repair and was very impressed with the experience. I was checked in immediately and was serviced by Alexandra in a timely manner. She was very efficient, and was quickly able to find the issue and get me a new set of AirPod Pros free of charge. I would feel extremely comfortable coming back for any apple product needs in the future.
Went there last week with my father trying to get the latest new Apple Watch when we entered no one greeted us waited for like 25 minutes until I finally ask someone for help they told me they would be with me in a minute No one came so I approached Employee trying to get some info all he said they didn’t have any in stock as he walked away no help or other resource information given even my father said wow terrible customer service
All sales are busy selling stuff to new customers. I was here to pick up my repair. After checking in no one showed up with my iPhone for one hour. Probably because I didn’t pay anything for in warranty repair.
Got my laptop repaired, which was perfect (as always). However, they did not send me the repair receipt that I needed to submit warranty claim with my credit card. Made several attempts to get the receipt. Ended up talking to Tech support rep at Oakridge mall. The rep told me the case was closed and I was not getting any receipt, which was ridicules. When I asked who I was speaking with she just dropped the call. After few more calls to Apple support I got the receipt, but overall experience was not what I would expect from Apple. That is not good, given 4 out of 4 laptops I bought over recent years required 1-3 repairs during their life time.
The first gentleman that helped us seemed empathetic to the problems we had with various phones but the person we were assigned to for help was quite rude and hard to understand. She was not very kind or helpful.
I needed my AirPods Pro replaced due to horrible audio quality on calls. Since I had AppleCare+, I went in there they ran a test and gave me brand new replacement AirPods. Great customer service 👍
Zero stars.I went there to replace my battery, and my phone is dead the following day. Apple didnt even tell me that there is a chance of the phone becoming dead. The support people tried to deceive me into buying a new phone. I told them that the apple service center is responsible for fixing it if the phone was working and dead the next day. Im so disappointed in Apple. Worst experience ever! Do not visit this place for phone repairs.
Walked in to see the new desk top iMac, had an apple specialist assist.. very honest with responses, very polite, and made it easy to understand new iMac details, product was available and glad to say I am very happy with my new Apple iMac purchase..
Absolutely ZERO stars! They have a new manager running this store who is the worst ive ever seen in my life. zero customer service at all. I walked in there knowing the exact model iMac I wanted to buy and he goes...1 hour wait to buy it. I said what? I know which model I want, I just want to pick it up and leave..He goes you have to wait an hour for a specialist to help you..i walked out and went across to the Microsoft Store who were SO helpful and way better customer service...I picked out the machine I wanted...paid, and left all in 10 minutes! Apple Id be waiting hours...for nothing. Highly recommend anything else but this store...Run!

I havent been to an apple store since pre-pandemic. I was unaware you needed an appointment. I felt discriminated against as they were selective on who they allowed into the store without an appointment. A couple and I arrived at the same time and I wasnt assisted. I couldnt help but to feel that I was turned away because I was dressed more casual. I am a long time apple customer and recently purchased an ipad pro and wasnt allowed to purchase accessories.The genius bar floor staff and the supervisor were both very rude. If this situation was handled differently I would not have been so upset. They should have staff available to help assist people in scheduling appointments or purshasing products online. There was zero customer service. They simply tell you to get lost.

I had an issue with the Big Sur install.The OS install failed on Sunday.Spoke with senior advisor Apple Care on the phones She couldn’t fix the OS bug. She called Apple Oakridge. Asked me bring me the laptop and confirmed Apple Oakridge will preserve the data on the laptop. Earliest appointment was for Wednesday.On Monday, I drove to the store to see if they can help me sooner than later. Manager was very sweet. She couldn’t help me but assured that if I came on Wednesday, she will ensure tech will take care of my issue. Again suggested that they will do everything they can to preserve the data.On Tuesday, I get a call to get details on the issue with laptop in preparation of my Wednesday visit. Again was told that they will do their best to preserve the data and recommended that I bring in a spare hard drive for data transfer.On Wednesday, I am there for my appointment. Guess what?Technician disagrees with everything I have been told by previous three Apple representatives. He doesn’t want to help me preserve the data on my laptop.Basically if I didn’t back up the data, it’s my fault. And I agree.But why not try to help the customer. It’s not that hard to help people back up their data because of the buggy Big Sur OS.And at least Genius tech needs to be aligned with your colleagues are telling the customer. They all work for the same employer.What happened to the magic of Apple? That once upon a time friendly service.

I set an appointment to have my apple watch repaired. The face of the watch was lifting off the bezel due to the battery swelling up deteriorating. I was charged $80 for a new watch version 1. My appointment was at 1:10, and I still had to wait 30 minutes to speak with an apple associate. No more apple watchs for me.

Terrible customer service! My father who’s an elder went to ask for help and no one would help him because he spoke only Spanish. They told him they didn’t have any Spanish speaking employees and were really rude to him when all he was doing was saying he didn’t understand English!! Terrible place

Please do not go here. I came in to get my computer fixed and left with it home without looking at it. To later(couple days) find out that a key on my keyboard was missing idk what the managers name is but they were tall, white male with curly hair. they told me that they gave it to me in good condition which is a lie bc when I gave it to them there was no key missing. his evidence was documentation not even a picture just writing. I keep telling him that he was wrong bc he was!! He kept going back and forth with me about it then tell me if I wanted them to fix it is was gonna be $400+. They didn’t help me just damaged my property. Do not trust them with your devices. PLEASE don’t come here. I’m disgusted!!!
The service is excellent. I gave two stars because I bought a MacBook Air, and the camera was grainy. I was told by the service that the product is working as is. I purchased a product thinking I got a premium product but got a doodoo quality product, and Apple will not fix it. When I bought the Air, the sales person did not mention the camera quality. So please dont make my mistake, check the camera quality among other things before making your purchase because it is an investment.
The only place you can have over 10 employees standing around but only one can help you buy an accessory, and theyre busy

I was frustrated because it’s been a week since I dropped my beats headphones at the service department, and I didn’t get any response about it since then. After I explained my situation to the service department at the apple store. They start with apologies and offered my a new headphones and also they gave me a small apple headphones. Ive actually havent been to a store lately with customer service as good as this location. During this pandemic, i really like how they take your temperature and ask quick questions about symptoms. Visited to return a device. Had made the appointment online to avoid having to wait. The staff did a temperature check and I was in and out in no time. They are doing an amazing job with the customer service in store despite the Covid19 situation. All staff maintained strict level of sanitization and social distancing. Everyone wore a mask.

I went in for a repair they fixed what I asked but then said that the phone would not charge anymore I have proof that my phone charged perfectly prior to taking it in so now I am stuck with the messed up phone very sketchy just so I could get a new phone

I brought my mac pro in for a overheating issue, per the apples support recommendation to take it into the store because maybe i could save money just replacing the fan for $200 instead of a flat fee of $500 if i ship it to apple for repair. so i made and appointment to bring it in, the tech at the store did not agree with the apple support, he said its not the fan right off the batch, no diagnosing test, and talked me into trading in for a gift card, and did tell me that after the trade in it will be final. On the way home I realised that I just got $500 gift card for a $2300 computer, so I called them right back hoping if they still let me get it fixed, and they said I could come back within a week to have it fixed, I made an appointment a week later, I even called them the second time to make sure they have my computer and that its ok if I come in right on the 7th day, they confirmed yes. On my appointment yesterday, they denied ever talked to me on the phone and and that they dont have my macbook anymore, they gave me a case number with customer relation and said to wait for a phone call . I walked out feeling i just got lied too, Both Apple and the store need to straighten their act on communication to customer and between themselves. I am very upset!

Took my sons phone to be blown out. Something was blocking it from charging. Customer service was excellent & they didnt even charge us for the service. They also look, fix, diagnose my MAC computer right then & there no charge for them to look at it! It was great!!
I have had good luck with walk-in appointments. After you check in, they will estimate the wait and text 10 minutes before your expected appointment. Go here first and shop. Least wait time: be there when they open. Their location by the movie theater and food court makes waiting extra easy! Recommend!
Well..... I came in today because my pops managed to delete the phone app on his i8+ No thats not a typo, he actually managed to delete something that is undeleteable lol!!!I spent 20 min with a very knowledgeable employee who was scratching his head as to how my father managed to do this. Long story short he ended up having to wipe my pops phone clean and start all over. I was super happy with his service, after he wiped the phone he helped me set some things up to help pops not do that again. Great service Apple!!! 5 stars at this location

The place is nice and the customer service was okay. But they wont tell you whats wrong with your device. They make up lies and say it will cost you 1000s of dollars when it might in reality only cost 20 bucks.
Just got service for an old macbook, and they did a re-install of the operating system and some other stuff all for free and quickly and fixed my network issue. Great customer service and friendly workers for service requests.

Apple service has just moved to dumb all over. Here for a battery change on an old iPhone 6. My appointment is at 3:15 but ran into a schedule conflict so figured I would drop off the phone early. I didn’t expect to get an early repair just need to leave the device early. Oh no sir! Pretentious Apple wont have any of that. I’m told no one can check it in and inspect it. What the heck is that! I’ve been through the routine before, they take it and put a new battery in then I get it back in 90 minutes. Not to complicated WRONG! Meanwhile standing here watching all the red-shirts doing nothing.
The worst apple buying experience ever. Called apple in morning to make appointment and got a 11am slot. Was on call for about 20 min, the rep took all info and I got to the store at the time just to find out they don’t have any reservation for me. Made me wait another hour on the phone to verify. At this point I don’t even want stupid apple phone anymore.This place is a joke l, customer service is horrible. Go to some other store instead.

I loved the experience at Apple. The salesperson was very helpful even offered me a College student discount. This was my 1st experience purchasing an Apple computer and I will be back & will recommend others.

I went in with my 2011 Mac Book Pro that would not turn on and he was such a terrific listener that we resolve my problem quickly. He was so personal!! I have taken classes for my new Apple 5 watch and my iphone 11 Pro and all the instructors are fabulous and soo patient . Thank you everyone

Friendly staff. Lots to look at and play with, tho I dont see many iPads besides the pros. The wait for Genius Bar wasnt that bad. They dont do some repairs locally, so expect to be without your device until they can ship it out and get it back...
Did not feel welcomed at all when I came to pick up my orders. I work in retail and I know how difficult it can be when all customers want something at the same time but at least say “ welcome in”. By the time I got helped I still ended up waiting another 30 min to get my product because they kept forgetting who’s pick ups we’re who’s. Maybe just a bad day.

Went in to buy a 7+ at 8:20 pm the girl at the front of the store said they did not have time to sell me the phone, even though it was in stock. Store was not busy! Apple needs to hire kids that understand basic selling. Someone wants to spend 900 dollars and u send them away. Complete morons.
The floor staff and Geniuses that helped me with basic questions for my two computers were great and helpful (4 stars). However, the one computer that needed further diagnostics to estimate the cost of repair came back with a negative answer that it would cost $1000 to fix and require 3 new parts so I should just buy a new computer. Fortunately their diagnostics analysis doesnt cost anything.I took it to Simply Computing near Broadway and Granville instead. Had to pay $50 for diagnostics but the tech guy was able to simply re-align things with no new parts and got the computer working again for a total of $170 (the $50 diagnostics cost was credited towards that total cost).I would say take your apple products to the Apple Store for basic diagnostics since its usually free, but if its a major fix or Apple cant help for cheap, try Simply Computing.
This place is always packed, but the service is still always exceptional. I enjoy coming here when I need my devices repaired, or picking up new ones.
On Oct. 9 - Sunday morning - my daughter and I arrived at the store at about 10:30, not bothering to check when it opened, we were early. At about 10:45, a gentlemen came out and asked everyone waiting to join one of two queues. One for new purchases and one for technical assistance. We got in line for technical assistance, and within a few minutes, we were registered and told that we would probably be assisted at about 11:20, but they would text us when ready. Right on time, we received a text, were seated at the genius bar and in a very short time had a replacement phone for the one that my daughter had dropped in water a day earlier. The technician was polite, fast and thorough. The replacement phone was not inexpensive - $300 + tax - but the service was great and we had a working phone in a short time.

The wait was too long. The service wait was so long but the help they gave me was useful. They said they would not take my iPhone because I replaced the screen and the button was a different color then the screen. So I replaced the screen with the original screen and went back there the next day. They still took the same amount of long time they had the day before. They were useful to me again though because they did buy my iPhone and gave me a $100 iTunes gift card for my old iPhone 6s+. They are always usually really busy so if you go there you will most likely have to wait for their service theres always a full store of people.
I haven’t had service on my phone for 4 weeks. I went in to Apple to get it fixed and when I was told from my service provider that I should come in and get my phone fixed for free by Apple, because it was a callback model, they laughed then went on with what they wanted to do and restored my current broken phone to factory settings so now I have nothing on my phone and guess what, my phone is still broken because I still have the same model phone. Also I had to show up at 9:00am just to wait in line for an hour till they opened just to get my phone’s data erased for no reason.

Make sure you have a set appointment otherwise you will be waiting. I had an appointment but still had to wait for 15 minutes. But once I got to see someone my need, a straightforward one, was addressed pretty quickly.

Very poor customer service. Just to figure out what was wrong with my iPhone they told me to wait there for 4 hours and after 4 hours it took only 2 minutes to figure out what is wrong with my iPhone, and then again they told me it will take one week to fix it. I would definitely not recommend this place.
Not as busy as the valley fair location. The Genius that was helping me wasnt too knowledgeable on the repair I brought my macbook in for and as a result, my quote was more than it needed to be. I was able to talk to another person before my repair was started and they resolved my issue though.
From what I can tell it looks clean and tons of stock and no one really going in so tons of staff able to help you out since they just opened two days ago.
Small store but they had the adapter I needed. They guy said I could buy the new power cord for $90 or use an old power cord and buy the $10 adaptor and save a few bucks. I was happy he told me about that. Usually they are only trying to up sell you.

Quick service. The Genius Bar Tech was able to partially answer the questions I came in with regarding my MacBook Pro, but referred me to the 800 number to get resolution on the most troublesome issue I had.
Visited the store on August 7th around noon to pick an item I had already paid for. The person helping me to pick it up was such an A-Hole that I will not visit that store ever again.
Ross thought it was a good idea to asked me to spend a discounted price of 250$ (apple care discount) to fix the brand new macbook pro that wouldnt even turn on when I unboxed it. Because the technicians saw indicators that it was water damaged, they assumed it was my fault and my responsibility to spend more money on something that I didnt even get to use yet. I told him if I was okay with a refurbished product I would have bought an open box item. I have never felt so scammed !!!! I AM BEYOND PISS AFTER SPENDING A FRUSTRATING HOUR AND A HALF TRYING TO JUSTIFY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT DO AND LEAVING THE STORE WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT. ROSS IS A JOKE TO BE A STORE MANAGER.
I historically love the Apple Store but this one just seems like its not there. Went in today for a screen replacement with a friend and the whole time the rep was being snobby and rude. I also have been here a few times recently (long story) and it just seems like most of the people who work at this store are not very nice. Would not recommend going here at all.
Genius manager(George) is the man I meet today for my daughter’s iPhone repair.He was not helped and very strict for the service.Really disappointed for Apple service and Apple phone.
I see customers walking out confused and upset, of course I’d be curious why. It couldn’t POSSIBLY be because you have rude, illiterate, and overall pessimistic staff members... Oh wait! Yes that’s the problem, you prefer to make excuses to loyal Apple customers about not having anything for screen repairs, nor having “technicians”. I guess it doesn’t matter if you spend thousands and pay for insurance, Apple doesn’t give a damn. Soon as this cracked screen ordeal is fixed I’ll be selling it and buying Samsung, they actually give a flying damn about those who purchase their products. Now, in all fairness there is many more customers and not enough customer service.The very Law that set Jobs apart from the rest was The Law of Diffusion of innovation, which is now working against 🍎now . 50,000 reporters as the Early Adopters, who care, who listen, who are obsessed, now tell a different story.The same Law will unfortunately tell customers what Apple really cares about and thats only profit and greed.Is Apple remarkable? Is there current service system worth leaving a remark about?Its disappointing. Apple is more concerned w the profit versus the customer satisfaction.I guess they can make this adjustment w twice as much capital as EXXONMOBIL.Unfortunately money and power has the ability to disregard the absolute system of Character.I hope Mr: Cook can adjust his processes to take care of the customer and not the profit. This is what made Apple #1.Mr. Cook? Do you have a comment?
I took my roommate here to buy the new I-phone and got the worst service in my lifetime. Why AT&T ? You are suppose to be the best. We left sprint for you, and this is what we get. The youngster didnt help at all. He stood there and had me figure out why my account would open up to add my Roomey on my plan 🤔 I almost want to go elswhere. Im a actually looking into Verizon.
