DO NOT go to CONKLIN Brothers (conklin brothers.com) for flooring in the Bay Area. The installer neglected to safely intstall our carpeting, leaving the stairs bare, with upraised nails on every stair, staples protruding, and folded up carpet at the to waiting to trip someone. The situation is unsafe, but they REUFSE to do anything about it until at leas tomorrow moring.They told us to just put some towels down and be careful. They refused to make the staircase safe in any way tonight. We have to wear shoes to the top, then take them off at the top so that we dont walk on the new carpet with our shoes.It would only take one slip for a very serious injury to occur.

I shopped at many stores before purchasing LVT from Robert at Conklin Bros. Beautiful showroom with quality products. The price was competitive and the service, product and installation were fantastic. Highly recommend!

I live next door to Conklin brothers and I was just attacked verbally by the employees just for living next door!never buy your carpets or flooring from this community haters!They treat their neighbors disrespectfully.And I was just walking by. We got our carpets from Conklin. They were extremely professional and friendly and they charged a competitive price. They accommodated to our particular delivery needs (had to be done in 2 different days). The installation crew was corteus and did a fantastic job as well. We are very satisfied with the overall experience.

Very welcoming staff and tons of wood flooring choices. We went on a Thurs night at 6:00 pm (March 2019) and had the place to ourselves. Jason was very helpful and attentive and we were able to take home many samples of the different products we were considering. (Two-day loan out.) I will say that they didnt have a lot of the higher end product, ie: wide planks of 7 or more...

Went in seeking tile for my bedroom. Room is approx 225 Sq ft. Tile was 8.99 per Sq ft, but somehow they quote me $6500 for install. No tear out required as Id already taken care of that. At that price point Ill install my own floor tile

If you need flooring in San Jose, I highly recommend Conklin Bros. in San Jose. Gail is the person who always helps us. We just had laminate flooring installed in our place and it came out great. The original floor was really difficult to remove as we attempted to try it, but it was next to impossible. Conklin Bros. stepped up and removed for next to nothing. We were impressed from start to finish. They leveled the living room perfectly, and the floor is solid and looking great! Thanks Conklin Bros !

This place has deceptive practices and poor customer service and even worst quality control and assurance. I do not recommend using them. I spent almost 20K for hardwood floors and will need to spend 5-8K to fix all the problems. Save yourself stress and $$$; DONT USE THESE GUYS regardless of location. Buyer beware ... They do not accept returns. We bought hardwood floor from them and when it came the quality was horrible (the boards are not strait at all .. ). After paying a lot of money we are stuck with an awful floor and there is nothing we can do about it. Buy floors from another store that accepts returns!

We were so happy with out new hardwood floors that Conklin Bros. put in. From the moment they showed up and all the way up the end the installers were very professional. Its not easy to pick out new flooring, but the staff at Conklin Bros. were so helpful and we are so happy!
