I recently bought a very hard to find Tacoma truck model from Whole Auto Plaza and had a very good experience. No pressure sales and they answered all questions I asked. Carfax report was presented upon their own initiative. I mostly dealt with Francisco and he followed through on his promises he made in part of the negotiation. If I ever in need of a used car again I would for sure consider them again.

Had a great experience with this company. Our son did his research and found the exact vehicle he wanted. We called to see if it was still on the lot, it was. We were called twice to confirm that we were coming in. We were in and out of there in 3 hours. They got busy, and we were amazed how well they handled every customer. Great experience.

Great place if you are looking for a Good deal on a car . I have been to other car lots and felt pressured by the sales person and some did not have the knowledge on the car they were selling 🤷🏼‍♂️. Simon helped us out on buying a Mustang and made it a smooth process. Did not feel pressured at all, very friendly guy. Took car of any questions that we had on making the purchase and any questions we had on the car. I would definitely recommend Coming here and speaking to Simon on your Next car purchase.

Try to sell cars $2-3k over the highest end price of Kelly Blue Book dealership listing price based on all comps, etc. Problem is theyre not a real certified dealership and their cars are no where near high end, dealer-certified quality. Negotiating doesnt work and they insist on sticking to their bogus made up listing price. According to them, KBB listings are bogus and are only there for the bank. Lol whaaaaah? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

When we did find the right SUV for me, they matched me with the best lending company who offered me the lowest loan interest rate that other dealerships in the area could not offer me. I had an excellent experience with these guys .Maral was very professional as her brother Anthony was. I drove from Salinas for the second time this week after having the worst experience with the first one .. the car I bought had a couple minor cosmetic things to fix but made an agreement that they will fix need week .I recommended you guys go to these guys if you need a car as I will reccomend my friends .

Really disappointed in these guys and was expecting better. The communication with the front desk was terrible too. I would get calls at 5:00 pm to pick up my car the day after they told me it was ready. Run if you have advanced car problems.

Went down to look at some evos all was good until I checked carVertical & found out they lied about the year of the evo they sold me they said 2014 but ended up being a 2013, so sad

This dealership is terrible. They dont let you test drive vehicles unless they run a hard check inquiry on your credit report. My score was 800 thru fico 8 and still no test drive. Dont let Auto Plaza Inc talk you into running your credit. Go to a real Dealership, there are plenty on Stevens Creek Blvd.

Came here from all the 5 star reviews on yelp...quickly to realize that all these reviews arent genuine. Texted Simon about a BMW M3 they have for sale on the lot and he said it as available still. at the time it was posted for about 32K. I texted him saying Im around the same ballpark in price and didnt want to lowball him so I can come down with 28K which was a reasonable offer (KBB value), and he quickly asked if I would be able to come down today. I said no, its already late and I will come tommarow. Before coming i wanted to confirm if the car was in good condition and had new breaks, tires, etc. he told me the car is great, its ready to drive and has new tires. Upon arrival, I came to look at the car, and there were minor scratches that were visible all around, the kidney grille originally had plasti dip on it and they didnt even peel off the remaning plasti dip to make the car look more presentable. The tires were almost completely bald. I tried pushing in some of the front and rear bumpers and it would cave in very easily, which tells me they have been replaced before. Anyways I was still gonna buy the car because I was in love with the red color combo it had. So We confirmed the price for 28K and Simon was immediately confused when I mentioned that number. He told me the car was posted for around 30-32K he had to check. I told him I have the actual texts of us agreeing. I drove about 3 hours to get here in traffic and 4 hours back home. He apologized and said he thought I meant I had an offer in the ballpark of 30K. Not sure what school he went to but I guess reading wasnt his best subject. Anyways thanks for killing a whole day of my time and lying about the condition of your car. This place seems very shady, they were very nice because that was their job but I would never buy a car from here. BE AWARE.

Drove almost 2 hours to look at a vehicle they had advertised. Make sure we called to see if they would be open when we got there, and they said come on by. When we arrived the car had more damage than was stated and we were ignored by everybody inside. There was a man outside who walked inside directly when we pulled up.Go somewhere else.
