The work van I purchased (Ford Transit 150 Cargo Van) had all the features I wanted, drives great, looks great, and my mechanic confirmed it was in great shape.The buying process was easy & professional. They went above and beyond to make the logistics of getting the van to my shop painless. I just happened to be in the South Bay that day for work when I found them, but going forward, I’ll always check in with Matt and Abbas before purchasing another work vehicle.

Very positive experience. Matt and Mike are no nonsense car dealers. They screen used trucks and vans. They move volume. You might not get the cheapest deal but they wont waste your time and wont sell sketchy vehicles. If you want a good used work truck and no nonsense go see these guys.

Great! All were friendly, I would tell my friends who are looking for a cargo van or pickup to go to Direct Buy. The office was clean, bathroom was very clean. The lot was nice. It was one of the nicest experiences we had with a car dealership in a long time. The place was cleaner than the last motel we stayed at in Morro Bay. Rating is a 9.99 out of 10.
