I ordered my Model S online while Connor is the assigned sales associate to assist on my model S order. As we all know the Model S delivery has been delay, i was trying to email Connor to learn if there is anything that he can help to speed up the delivery. He has NEVER replied any of my emails. Call does not work as well. I was very happy with my Model Y purchase while I was working with a sales in Palo Alto. She was very helpful and I received my Model Y in 2 weeks. Connor at Tesla Santana Row is not helpful at all and in fact if I had Connor as my sales for my Model Y, I would not order my Model S.

As with all Tesla Showrooms, this location is big, bright and has all the models to sit and take selfies of yourself and your friends inside the Tesla model of your choice.The friendly salespeople here are willing to answer all your questions related to the cars and the Tesla battery panel. They encourage you to sit in any of the cars and take as many pictures as you want.If you don’t own a Tesla yourself, it’s a great place to bring your out-of-town guests and family since it doesn’t cost anything to “just look” and dream.

Never seen a sales and customer support worse than theirs. After ordering my car from their, I have never been able to get through their Stores phone number for any questions I had. I was at the mercy of the Sales advisor reaching out to at his convenience. I even had to jump through the hoops reaching out to Customer support on web and ask them to have someone contact me.After getting my car, since my sales advisor got his commission, he never responded to any questions I sent him. I finally had to call the Dublin office to get my questions answered and they answered the phone in the first go..If you are planning to order a car there, I would advise you to drive a bit more and order in PA or Dublin but not this center.

I scheduled and completed a test drive here and I loved my experience. I was able to check out the cars inside before taking a test drive.The employees were super helpful, answering questions and even getting me a second test drive in another model for comparison.I really loved that I was able to drive on my own for 30 minutes to get a feel for the cars. This is how all car companies should be.

By choosing to hang up on callers who dont want to wade through menus but press zero this Tesla location has shown whose preferences are important to them. Imagine making that choice - hanging up on customers.Im adding more about my experience with Tesla, more about how their preferences are important to them - to the exclusion of the needs of their customers and how the dealership where youve bought your car isnt there to advocate for, or to help you.Their service is all-around the absolute worst Ive ever encountered. Far more than once weve had odd problems popping up. Sometimes they later resolve, sometimes not. This in and of itself is very frustrating. To make matters worse, though, is the way they manage service appointments.Over and over after scheduling an appointment we get a response asking for incredibly detailed information - information we may not remember exactly, and shouldnt be expected to, but have done the best we can when making the appointment. Things such as: exactly when did your ability to (fill in the blank here) stop working?These and other similar questions, the likes of which Ive never encountered with any other auto brand in 40+ years of driving, attempt to put as much as possible on the customer. They go on to state that theyll cancel the appointment if you dont give them more information. Why?, so they dont have to stock adequate parts to perform a variety of services?Along these lines they will often go ahead and cancel appointments for a variety of reasons without involving their customers in the decision. Often appointments are canceled because the service people cant find anything wrong via remote evaluation of your car. These things leave people whove made accommodations for their appointments in their daily schedules out of luck. Unbelievably disrespectful.Tesla service is absolutely atrocious. We wish wed never bought a Tesla and will never make that mistake again.

Never thought that visiting a car dealership would be like going into an Apple store. Totally unique experience. The car salesmen in their 20s, friendly, attentive, helpful - and absolutely no pressure. We lacked something we needed to be able to do a test drive, but they went above and beyond to help us. That was really cool. These guys were simply awesome.

5 stars for customer service from Jim N. Our charging port broke on our way back from LA and we were stuck at the Los Robles supercharger unable to charge the car. Tesla emergency roadside service was tragically abysmal. An hour later, I called the store in desperation. Jim was super helpful and offered to help. He provided his email so we could send pictures of the broken port. He even reminded us to get washer fluid. Wish theyd get some more Jims to help with roadside assistance!

Ok, this was super fun. We got to sit inside the Model X and see how it would fit the family. My kids were thrilled by the massive touchscreen. The doors on the X were very cool to see in action. Model 3 and Model S were also there. Only the new truck and Y were missing. They also had sample solar panels and the wall battery so you could get an idea of size and shape.

Buying a car...it’s the worst experience ever. At least it used to be...then I walked into the Tesla showroom at Santana Row. I’m a lifelong Mercedes AMG guy and was a huge electric skeptic. Greeted by a really nice guy named Matt. He introduces himself and his company. He arranges a demo drive, and allowed us to experience the car without his input. All he asked us was to drive it and offer up an opinion.I was blown away. It took me TEN MINUTES to order my new Model 3 Performance, LESS THAN AN HOUR on my phone to complete all the application and registration work. Including the demo, the entire process took 1.5 hours of my life. Nobody sweating me out, nobody offering me free window tint, no bullsht!Thank you Matt, thank you Tesla of Santana Row. You’ve earned a new customer for life

Different models of vehicles on the showroom floor and a few you can sit in the back. Beautiful vehicles inside and out. Price can get up there. Id suggest to look online only go here if you have questions. If youre walking by check it out though.

Cant afford to buy a Tesla? You can still enjoy playing with one! This Tesla Showroom is centrally located right on Santana Row. There are 3 cars on display, and the sales staff are more than happy for you to have a seat, play with the entertainment system, and talk about Tesla. Unlike a car dealership, there are no sales pitches or pressure to buy. They are more interested in sharing information about Tesla the company, and the cars. Tip: theres a trunk in the front AND the back.

It was very exciting to see the makes and models of the vehicles! The cars are engineered and built beautifully! I have my eye on one of the models! Smooth test drive experience of a Model 3 and Salesman Xavier answered all my questions. No high pressure sales techniques which are an embarrassment for all.

Me and a friend test drove a Model 3 here, and it was a fantastic experience.After we got on the road, our test drive guide let us do all the cool stuff, like autopilot, the car easter eggs, and automatic lane changing.After the drive, they gave us info about the car, and were super helpful in giving us a realistic plan for affording the car, and answering lingering questions.

Looking at a range of vehicles, and the Model 3 sold itself. The features of this entry level vehicle are light years ahead of all cars similarly priced.The salesman job was to explain various features while you were blown away with almost every aspect. The car sold itself. Repeatedly.Only complaint is no built in remote control feature. Really hate to have to go back to all those clickers.

Great showroom but yet, so small... They also dont have any inventory, so you have to wait weeks to get your car.My car was ordered in mid November and came in January.The salesperson never answered calls, making the experience frustrating.

We had a test drive appointment with this office, and when we came, they told us they dont have any available car and SIMPLY canceled our appointment. No one called us back to rearrange. It is a basic business rule to call your customers ahead of time and let them know the situation. Please dont make a promise if you cant. We will look for other respectful brands.

As I teach Innovation classes and use Tesla as case study, I have brought local and foreign visitors to this showroom several times. In Dec 2014 I even took a Tesla S-type for a test drive just to have the electric experience and I was not disappointed at all. The showroom staff members are friendly, informative and personally very committed to the concept of EV and esp Tesla. They do not work on commission and thus no sale pitch or pressure for you to buy at all. Excellent place to educate yourself as well as bring a visitor to witness the creativity of Americans esp those in the Silicon Valley.

This place is dangerous!! I came here in 2014 and sat in the Model S. I found it to be a unique vehicle. It became an infatuation after 3 years to the point that I had to have one. I have since purchased a Model S. I love it except for the 20th of the month.

Nice place to look at the latest electrical cars- as an older person though I was given an offer to actually drive one of the cars, let them know eyes arent what they once were and last thing they need is a driver to bust their cars!Definitely a nice place and occasionally have snacks.

Kodie, thanks for the shopping experience. Kodie, the owner advisor, was able to find the exact car we were looking for and was able to deliver it in 1 week. IMHO no auto manufacturer is perfect and chances are you will find imperfections. Tesla is no exception. However, I believe the company culture and the service centers helps to alleviate some of the flaws and fix almost all of the blemishes. Overall, I have only great things to say about Tesla cars and this center. I highly recommend purchasing a model here.

Very disappointing service.We were scheduled to wait at home for a delivery twice but nobody ever showed up. No one wrote or called for a sigh of cancellation nor an explanation after. Obviously our time was not valued as customers.Plus, we were unable to submit documents online for several days, and the advisor and customer specialist were unable to reach for a solution or an explanation.Even with excellent credit score and decent job income, Tesla has represented us to cancel our order, eventually ---- my online account showed that Your cancellation request has been received. Im not sure if this is a courtesy phrase that Tesla uses to disapprove application or they just like to choose people to represent, randomly, still no replies from my so-called personal advisor and the customer specialist for an explanation.I also tried to contact the immediate contact number, and the online chat, no one ever answered.The whole process of leasing a Tesla was quite unpleasant.

This is where my love for Model 3 performance began.

I came in to the store about two weeks ago with my grandparents after a Saturday lunch in Santana Row, and I had to share my experience. I believe Tesla is very smart in hiring attractive people (haha). There was this very gorgeous and stylish young lady i believe named Mino?(not sure about the spelling). She was very kind to greet us, almost made us feel as if she has been waiting for us to step in. Highly informative about Tesla and its products answered almost every question with no hesitation, we also learned that she used to work at the Tesla Fremont Factory, impressive. Mino offered us to sit down by the computers so she can show us more detailed information on how configuring your own tesla works with a charming smile (even though we told her that we are not legitimate buyers and we are just curious). She seemed simply very passionate about her job and the company and she seemed happy that we are even just curious. Moreover, she also offered us waters while we are sat down. Mino showed us some fun facts about Auto Pilot(semi self-drving) and how to camp in the Tesla SUV because its so spacious. She was very witty and bubbly, fast thinker, Savvy, knowledgable, professional and patient. We couldnt help but feel so welcome in the store, even just as visitors. And I have also noticed how amicable the staff is towards each other it seemed like they were all more genuine friends than co-workers but still focused and professional! Everybody is so energetic and happy in the store. Also very well dressed, clean and presentable as a Tesla staff is expected to be. I find that very charming. We had so much fun spending time with the young staff. And thanks to Mino and her enthusiasm, my family is seriously thinking about going all electric and considering a Tesla(Model S white) after our current leases are done. I highly recommend to visit this store even if you are not looking for a car, just to see the remarkable products of the future. It is, of course, a Santana Row attraction. Also, Mino informed us that they offer free test drives from their location with whatever Tesla model you like, if you like to get a feel of the Tesla experience(FYI).I wanted to congratulate the Santana Row management on their beautiful and classy store plus their exquisite and delightful staff.Nevertheless, Im sure the other members of the staff are also well trained but from my own experience I highly recommended my friends and family, to ask for Mino if they do visit this store. She was the furthest from a pushy sales rep, friendly, welcoming and classy.P.S she does have a very mild sweet foreign(I believe Brazilian) accent but it is very easy to comprehend. I wish her and Tesla great success.

My husband and I walked in 20 minutes early for our scheduled test drive. We pre-ordered the Model 3 so we wanted to explore After walking around a few minutes, not one person acknowledged us. Granted, they were with customers, but thats no excuse. We started looking at the models and the features to make our presence more known but still nothing. We were very disappointed. Finally, someone was done and asked if we had questions. I give 1 star on poor customer service. Then we met Nixon. He took us for our drive and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had a freat experience with him.

We have been tossed around with rescheduled Delivery Dates four times now. Once they collect your deposit the treatment becomes worse than a used car dealership. This is NOT how a Tesla customer should be treated. No one has responded to our email for over 6 days now. No one is confirming our delivery date, we were called Huaming and mentioned our delivery location is Fremont when we requested Monterey. The latest delivery date was FRIDAY 6/26. THERE IS NO DATE FRIDAY JUNE 26. Did they mean the 23rd? Or Monday????? We are left in the dark with no answers or help. This is the worst experience we have had dealing with a Luxury brand.

Richard and other manager at this store are very rude!This branch is the most horrible Tesla branch in the USA! Izabela Miric who is Distric manager is very selfish and Ridiculous and her English is horrible! She can’t even speak English good! It was very hard to understand her accent and I don’t get how put her as a General Manager without any back ground in car industry! I don’t recommend this car and and specially this terrible branch at Santana Row!I am so sorry for a big company like Tesla to hire unworthy and rude managers like Richard and Izabela to bother customers and loose them! They don’t deserve to work at Tesla!I never recommend this car because their rude attitude and augly and disrespectful act! They don’t know how to take care of customers and people and they don’t do a good customer service specially at this branch!

Service was great but the bathroom was pretty disgusting for how nice the area is, and the product. I expected more, but it smelled awful and had trash on the floor and was a total mess.
