A great environment while waiting for your car - a lot of positivity and you feel comfortable being there. Lizette and Daniel are real professionals and I always seek their advice. I give this place more than 5 stars!
I am just recently new to the Bay Area and needed urgently a car to move around here. The assistance and patience from the Kia team was outstanding. Specially for Ash, the sales person who greatly helped me to select a car and go through the full process. He explained me kindly all the different options available and was very supportive, nice and helpful. He got to arrange everything I needed so I could drive with a brand new car the same day. Also Mark, Tony and the full staff where all really nice.Thank you Ash and team! It was a great experience and our family is very happy with the results.
The service was so wonderful. From making the appointment to dropping off the car, to checking in and picking up the car. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant doing business with. I am in customer service myself and applaud those that give me the same service I provide to my clients. This team was outstanding today. They will continue to get my business going forward.
Carlos and Ash were both awesome! This was my second experience purchasing a Kia from Stevens Creek Kia and I had a positive experience both times! Thank you to both of them for the help with getting my brand new Forte!
I had my first experience with Stevens Creek Kia today and it was pleasurable one. Fast service and friendly staff. Daniel was especially nice and explained everything that was being done. It was finished real quick and they even washed my car for me. Thank you all.
Went to get my car serviced for a recall the lady that was helping me out was very nice and professional she walked me through the process and let me know exactly what was happening to the vehicle definitely recommend their service department.
They are a good, dedicated team. Helpful and I would definitely recommend to others especially to see the awesome Tellurides.
Everyone one here was great. This was a fantastic first car experience. Moe, Max and Ismail all went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. They were very detailed and went over all the services they offer. I will definitely send over my friends and family to purchase from Stevens Creek Kia!!
If you are on the fence about going to SC Kia, dont be! They are all wonderful people that want to get you into the vehicle of your dreams.
I had a great experience working with Carlos. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Ended up with the car that works for our family and which we absolutely love!
My battery died and I used roadside assistance to have my EV towed to Stevens Creek Kia. They were responsive and quick. Not a big service, but it was handled under warranty, they took care of it quickly, and the communicated clearly with me
Really nice staff nick really helped me out and was so generous and kind
The sales associate was really rude. I was asking simple questions regarding availability, price etc, and he told me that he had a customer waiting, and just put the phone down.I understand these are tough times to sell a car, but a little patience would go a long way towards attracting customers to your dealership!
I loved the Forte. I think its a great car.
Took my 2014 Optima in for the HECU recall. The staff is very helpful and nice and the repair was completed quickly (under one hour). I would definitely bring my car back here for regular scheduled maintenance.
Mark and his crew are awesome. Had the best experience buying our first kia. Will definitely be going back. Thanks again!!
I am from out of town and Kia where I am from is always dismissing my concerns about my wife’s Kia Sportage. Steven’s creek validated my wife’s concerns, and even took the time to look into the problem (which they found)! Anyways very friendly staff didn’t try to oversell anything and were timely :)
The people at the dealership were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The service itself was quicker than expected and hassle free and my car was returned to me cleaner than when I left it.
We had good experience with Stevens Creek Kia yesterday. Mark and Carlos did a good job on clearly introduction of the car and process. We are pretty happy.
The first time I visited with my boyfriend everything went fine. I checked a few cars I liked, but wasn’t ready to buy. Went in a second time on my own. I was lectured like a child instead of treated like a customer. The sales man was not interested in finding information for me at all. I guess they don’t want me to buy from them. That’s alright. Please remember to treat all customers with equal respect no matter what they look like.
Worse experience in my 64 years on this lovely planet. I simply attempted to assist in expediting the vehicle check in for my daughter....and it resulted in me being directed to EXIT THE BUILDING, and when I questioned the service department womans repeated demands that I exit the building....she escalated the situation by stating, and if you dont exit now I will call the police and have you removed from the building. I, a 34 year professional responded; then do as you must, call the police. The service department woman then instructed staff to call the police. There was no confrontation, no threats, no screaming or yelling, only a difference of opinion in the service I was being provided. in fact this female employee was not my service representative and had no.involvement with my conversation with the service representative who wS assisting me. Thankfully, he ignored her hollow threats and said to my 17 year old daughter and I, come over here and I will help you.During the above incident I requested, as is protocol whenever there is a minor dispute of this nature, to speak with a manager. Her response was that there is no manager at Stevens Creek Kia. I found her comment beyond disingenuous.John C
Great service department work with. Great communication and follow ups. Daniel is a great Service Advisor to work with. Keep up the great work.
Carlos was very responsive via email and phone and answered all of my questions before I came into the dealership. I was also able to complete the credit application online. Service was friendly, quick and thorough, we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. And I love my new Kia Niro EV!
Salesman (Kevin) was awesome. Found what I needed and process was easy. Thank you.
Ashe was great. Very helpful, professional, funny and pleasant. Definitely a good person to work with and the management team was very pleasant and supportive through the whole process.I love my new Sorento!
For my visit there at this dealership although it’s older looking the customer service is spot on! Great deals on services and helpful in answering my questions. Def will return for service in the near future. Thanks Steven’s Creek Kia.
Simply the worst service station I’ve been too, which is sad since I do enjoy driving my Kia Optima. Paid over $200 for an oil change and their “service personnel “ provide 0 service though they have no challenge collecting money. Their Service Manager doesn’t even bother to return phone calls. Would rate 0 if it were an option.
This is the only dealership that has continually disrespected me whenever I’ve had an issue with the car, and always says, “We’re sorry you had a bad experience, and please contact us to resolve.”Every time I’ve called they’ve never responded. You’re better off going to a different dealership at a different location, so save yourself the trip. Never purchasing a Kia again since I fell for their “exceptional customer service” pitch.
Daniel in Servicing was very helpful. We had a great experience overall
Ash Morcos. Customer service focused individual. He made everything go smoothly for us. We were not intending on purchasing at first. Just wanted to test drive.
Took care of the recall issue. Staff very nice and took a reasonable amount of time.
I was more than satisfied with Kia Stevens Creek my regular stop with Kia Capitol Expressway and Stevens Creek Kia really took care of my matter quickly stayed in touch and I was overwhelmed with the cleaning of my vehicle on pickup thank you for excellent service!
My salesperson, Kevin H., made my experience fun, easy, and straightforward. No frustration or games.
They were very professional and very kind, fast service and would always ask if I need anything
If you need to take your car to get serviced at Stevens Creek Kia you’ll be blessed with service from an amazing team. Daniel service team member goes above and beyond to assist every customer and makes sure You are in and out in a timely manner. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
Fast and Easy. Mark that helped us did an amazing job which the whole process.
They were helpful and they explained exactly whats going on with my car
Darren and his team is wonderful and pleasant to do business with. What ever it may be big or small Stevens Creek Kia is the Number one Kia shop. Thank you guy and gal for taking care of my needs. Will definitely do business here again.
Please stay away from Lizzette and Alex. These guys are legit hot trash and don’t care to provide any sort of customer service. Completely rude and just awful vibes. Save yourself and go to another service dealership.
This review is long overdue. I purchased my first Kia from them and I will never purchase another Kia again or a car from the dealership and I’ll tell you why.Dishonesty: they did not honor the price I found online at first. But they kept pressuring me to run my credit and to buy a car. they asked which price would make the deal happen. I told them the price I found online and they finally agreed. They ran my credit and then came back with an agreement that was about $7000 higher than what we had previously agreed-upon. This is now after running my credit. The 7000 came from additional warranties that I did not ask for. But I asked them to remove it they said that was part of the deal I agreed to. I never agreed to this deal. They looked me right in the face and lied to me. fortunately I read the warranties and was able to return them a week after purchasing the car to get 6000 of this back. they were not very happy.within a month the handle to recline the seat broke off in my passenger’s hand. And the 10 year warranty somehow did not cover this. as previous reviewer’s have said, they try to get out of warranty by saying it’s excessive wear and tear. The reality is their cars are made very poorly and fall apart. and I doubt their warranty can be sustainable with them fixing all of their poor craftsmanship on a regular basis.customer service: I went down about a 50 mile drive to pick up the car on the day they said it was ready and it was not ready. they did not even offer an apology and made me take another trip back to collect the car having to get another ride down there.I have since taken the car to multiple Kia dealerships for service and each one has been absolutely horrible. I tell all my friends never ever buy a Kia. Never again. and never buy a car from this dealership
Carlos was very responsive, polite, gave me the exact information I asked for without added pressure or any of the typical salesman tactics. I felt he was being upfront and honest with us. We appreciated that he stayed with us throughout the purchasing experience and afterwards walked us through our new car. Especially syncing our cell phones to the car!
I loved how friendly Carlos and Max were. This was my very first car experience and they made everything so simple and easy to understand. They were very attentive to my needs from the time I stepped on the lot to when I picked up the car the following day. I would definitely recommend any one to these two gentlemen.
They are fantastic there. I went to Barns and Noble and had a drink. They quoted me a four hour wait time and it was 2 hours only.
They were able to get the payment I wanted when other dealerships said they couldnt.
They gave as pretty good price, but after we eventually decided not to buy the car, they showed as quite negative attitude..
Pleasent service with good prices
We went in to look at the Niro model and compare different trims. From the beginning, we made it very clear that we are not going to buy the car that day. The salesperson said that was ok, but asked us to wait while they gathered the prices, and looked at inventory. He came back with the pricing for a car we didnt pick and asked for our ssn to run credit history. When we decided to leave at this point, he became very aggressive and stated yelling at us for wasting his time on a Sunday (we were the only customers there). The manager intervened and we made our exit. No one likes car dealerships but this one is extra awful. Bought a kia from a different dealership.
My husband and I are the type to buy a new car every 2 or 3 years, and with 2020- we have gone FOUR years in between new Kias! We decided on Steven’s Creek Kia this time, because they seemed to have better deals. We had already had a few dealers give us a trade in value, and they were all in the $11-$13k range, so we figured Steven’s Creek would be in that range, too. Turns out, the cars we thought we wanted, didn’t have the safety features (the alerts in the mirrors) we were looking for, and we were told we would have to get the “slightly more expensive” model, and that seemed ok with us because we’d get a couple more creature comforts. Then the manager wanted to appraise the car, because $7,000 was “the best” he could offer. *PLUS* the “upgrade” car jumped up in price a couple grand more than just the taxes! Keep in mind we were going to pay with a check for whatever was owed after the trade-in, but it didn’t seem like that made any difference. Honestly it was pretty insulting to go through all that, and we left disheartened and willing to go to a place where we don’t have to drive 2 hours to get to, only to be treated like we were wasting THEIR time. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships in the last 25+ years, but this was ABSOLITELY one of the WORST I’ve ever been to!!! The ONLY reason I’m giving them two stars is because up until my cash or trade-in wasn’t good enough for them- they were kinda nice!Edit/Update- My response to the managers reply: You only get one chance to make a good first impression and whomever was the manager this weekend decided that the impression they would leave upon would-be-customers such as myself, was that of a tyrant whom would only sell cars to “The worthy.” You had your shot; I went to another dealer as a result and recommend others do the same.
If I could give a zero rating for this place I would. Awful customer service and no communication skills whatsoever. I had a much more pleasant experience from Geweke Kia in Yuba city which is where I bought my Sorento the very next day.
They make me feel like family .
The most pleasurable car buying experience of my life, every step of the way from negotiations, financing, description of the car operations to the immaculate condition of the car when I left. Thank you, Max, Ishmael and Team!
Courteous staff and prompt service. Slightly dated waiting area but not bad.
We live 2 hours at away, however Stevens Creek had the only model in the state that had all the options/packages that I wanted on my Telluride. We asked for picture via email/text message. Received them and started talking with Nick. Adam and Tony called the next day and all financing, trade in and dealings were done before we even had to leave the house! Process went super smooth, very personable, and had no issues. The car was washed and gassed up by the time we got there. The car buying experience was great, as soon as we pulled in the lot, they knew who we were and made us feel welcomed. Adam and Tony made sure the paper work and financing was done before got there (again we live 2.5 hours away). Nick made sure we knew of all the little perks our car had, and kept thanking us for coming in. Our experience here was one of the best we had, especially since we drove so far to get the car.
Marked up prices and not so enthusiastic staff worked as a deterrent to explore
After my purchase I had a few questions and concerns. They did not respond. I went in to the dealership in person. They were unable to assist me and referred me to an 800 number which was of no help.Disappointing experience I’d prefer not to repeatI
Never would I ever recommend anyone to this dealership!Honestly the worst dealership Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.A few months ago I came here for a truck just to test and look at because I was in the market of looking for one. Before getting there I worked out on the phone with one of the managers a deal with the truck but yet and still was not looking to make a purchase that day. Upon arriving I got to test out the vehicle and loved it and they were really pushing that no matter what I would be out the door today with that truck. When asking for a down payment they said 2 grand was a good amount so I said that was fine they came back again said I needed a cosigner and that it would be 4 grand. Okay after longer agreed they came back pulled my co-signer to the side then followed by me and said nobody is approving and now it would be 10 grand needed put down ON A 15 GRAND TRUCK my credit wasnt excellent but it was still decent with a good track record of payments and history no debts or anything my cosigner with an even better credit Ive been approved with worse credit no cosigner and way less down so it felt a bit odd. I hate to be that guy but it felt like they felt like they were bothered with me Im not sure if it was my age or the fact that Im black. Also a few things I noticed was when going over the paperwork I saw clearly that they werent asking for approval for the rate we discussed I would be paying for two it felt very uncomfortable that their head manager asked to speak to my cosigner separately. The cherry on the cake was that after all was said and done (we did not get the car after they asked for 10 out of 15 thousand down)THEY RAN EACH OF OUR CREDITS 8 TIMES EACH!
I was able to purchase the car of my choice without a lot of hassle. Max was helpful in answering my questions regarding the vehicle, and even followed up the sale with a personal call afterwards to check in. Although I wasnt able to negotiate the price down as much as I had hoped, I didnt mind it as much since they were not pushy at all, and didnt try to pawn off a car they wanted to sell off, and was open to dealing w/ the car I personally chose.
Nice staff and timely service :)
Good customer service but the work on my car was delayed several hours. It was extremely unfortunate to constantly be lied to about how long the service would take for my car. Typically after a service that a customer pays over $1,300 common courtesy would be to at least wash the exterior of the car as most services include that but in this case it was not given. Overall I am very disappointed about the service and will not be back. Save your time and go to a different dealer.
Very helpful, professional and courteous!
Mostly friendly staff, but unfortunately disorganized as a team... Set an appt in advance, Rep was there and available - after 5 mins with me, he stated he was busy finishing up with a customer and asked another Rep to help me. Rep 2 had next to no interest in helping me (instead he was counting cash at his desk, visible to anyone in the showroom) - Manager noticed the disinterest of Rep 2 and instructed Rep 1 to give him the paperwork and hed finish with customer. Test drove 2 cars, when I returned Rep 1 again handed me off to Rep 3 (after 1 sat for 10 mins waiting for him). Rep 3 took some notes, got details of what I wanted, etc. and walked off. 5+ mins later I hear my name called by Manager (Rep 3 vanished?) - at this point I was over it... This could be an isolated incident 😕 or not?! Ended up buying another brand via another vendor...
I have 2 cars to trade in, one a Mercedes 2002 ML320 and a KIA Sedona EX 2007. Both are 124K miles. They are offering me $1500 for both. I was hoping like $6 -$8k for both. Was thinking about the Telluride. They have it marked up so much. Out the door would be $51K.... No, I am not going home with $50K debt and higher insurance and registration just for $1500 for my two nice driving cars. Not workable negotiation with these guys. They are not interested in long term customer relations. They are more interested in quick short gains.
Good deals for the new cars, Abe with his supervisor provided a great service to us. Highly recommend this dealership.Mark in financing was very helpful.
Had a great experience checking out vehicles and purchasing a vehicle from Kia Stevens Creek. Everyone was very helpful.
Amazing service! Took very good care of me and my purchase of a new Telluride. All about the customers wants and needs. I would give 10 stars if I could.
The Dealership looked a little weathered. Salesman that did come out couldnt understand him, Thick accent then I turned around he was gone walked away!!!
I was ignored for 15 minutes and was eventually approached by Adam. It seemed like it was an inconvenience to speak with me. A really awful experience for a first time car buyer. I will never come back to this dealership. Thank goodness for Capitol Kia.
We leased a car through Kia and they sold us the $1000 coverage that includes all damages. We had no nicks, damage etc when we turned it in several thousand miles before the limit. They charged us a $400 drop fee when we returned it (we drove it to them) made us wait for ever to drop off the keys and then charged us $355 for excessive wear and tear. When we called to clear it up they sent us to a 3rd party debt collector. They are a complete scam when it comes to leasing cars. Do not lease through Kia.
My wife and I have had a horrible experience with the service department during a service recall sent by letter to us concerning our Kia. They scheduled us to arrive on a day they do not do diagnostic.Rescheduled us again and arrived the second time from out of town to hear that we will be charged for the dianostic by the service department. All this over a issue with air bag light staying on.The letter tells us that we will not be charged for diagnostic. Kia has to be better than this.Still not resolved and not confident in Kia pulling of this recall repair.I ended up going to Capital Kia and was checked in promptly and called a few hours later telling the repair to the clock spring was done and no charge as the warranty letter stated. No charge for the diagnostic and no charge for the repair.Capital Kia is doing it the right way.I give Capital Kia a five star rating for outstanding service.
My car was totaled by a drunk driver. I needed a replacement on short notice. I didn’t want to spend a lot of time or hassle with the search. Ali gave me great quotes on a FWD and AWD Sorrento over email. We agreed on the details ahead of time, I came in for a test drive, and left with the car we’d agreed on at the price we’d agreed on an hour and a half later. No-hassle, no nonsense, no pressure. The experience was a lot better than the last Kia Niro I bought at a different San Jose Kia dealership. Thank you Ali!
Very personable salesman, no pressure, and easy to request a test drive.
Always positive experiences. Employees competent and pleasant. Car service always speedy and done correctly. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, even I look at star, I did a mistake and tried this service center. my experience is horrible . please take a loot at stars and believe that star is match with their quality and behavior. DONT TRY THEM. :(((( based on KIA customer support they did not send requested report more than 5 days. I am very frustrated
Nice people here.
What went well:They had plenty of the type of vehicle I was looking for. What did not go well:For my trade-in, they insisted on a value less than the fair price as per KBB. When I tried to negotiate, they told me I could take my keys and leave since the vehicle I wanted to purchase was on high demand and it would not miss a buyer. So I felt they did not value my business. What could be improved:- Vehicles can be cleaned before being placed on display. The vehicle I wanted was dusty; it had not been washed. I almost changed my mind from buying it after seeing it in that state. They washed it after I purchased it.- Keep buyers informed about what is missing at the time of purchase. I was not given two keys for my new vehicle until I asked for it at the last minute when leaving the premise.
Mark Pagan was excellent. In particular, he asked really good qualifying questions of my wife and me to see if the various features of the Telluride would be a good fit for our needs. He was very good at treating us like two individual decisionmakers that needed to come to a consensus. I have seen salespeople only talk to the the husband -- or only talk to the wife. Mark really listened to both of us. He also knew the Telluride versions inside and out. He was very patient and did not complain that we looked at so many different versions of the Telluride before we purchased. Mark is very personable without being too personal. Great job.
Stevens Creek Kia is an old-school place, so come in ready to negotiate strongly and know your cars value/target prices (this is not the place for you if you dont want to deal with that). The staff there were helpful and generally explained their process to us well (Ash was our primary salesperson and he was very helpful). Seemed to have a good selection of cars.
Stay away from lizzete and Alex scums bags
Stevens Creek Kia was very easy to deal with. I did all of my communication over text. If that is something youre into, like me, you will love Stevens Creeks employee Ali. He was simply easy to work with. I was able to get the deal I wanted, with no hassle. I did drive to 80 miles to pick up the car, but that was my choice. It was a good trip out. The paperwork was laid out within 3minutes, and the deal was completed within 15minutes of arrival. Why only 4 stars? Edit, changed to 3, because multiple car issues. I had some issues with the Stinger. The rear toe suspension nuts were loose. This was corrected by Elk Grove Kia, but didnt solve the car drift issue.. I drove this car 80miles home. It could have been dangerous. I even contacted Kia. Kia customer support was another hassle that I had to deal with. The drift issue continued until one of Elk Grove technicians did a tire rotation, and noticed uneven wear, most likely due to the rear suspension issue. The drift has been corrected and the car drives super smooth now. During this process I reached out to Stevens Creeks Ali before contacting Kia. He said to bring it in. I told him I didnt want to drive 80 miles for them to maybe fix it. He said I could take it in to any Kia dealership, which I did. However, I feel I should have been given more, followed up on. Even with my intention to continue buying Kia vehicles. Once the suspension and drift ordeal finished, a noise from the driver side door started to appear. It is still being worked on. Ive been out of my vehicle for 6 of the last 14 days, and counting as Elk Grove Kia are trying to solve the noise issue. Needless to say, I am happy with Ali initial start in the buying process, which I enjoyed than the post buyer process. I would recommend buying from Ali, and Stevens Creek, but I wouldnt expect after buying customer service. I think my review is biased because of my car issues, so give them a chance.
Just bad. Rude and slow to boot.
Excellent service and great employees! Nate and Kevin were awesome!
Hope Ill never have a deal with this service. The whole time Ive been there they tried to get as much as possible money from you. Its include special fee, explaining that you have to sell them a car after your lease end and buy it back which is extra 1k+ dollars, etc etc...Nightmare. I think it should be some regulation for this kind of scam(in my opinion)
The salesman’s mark screwed my family and I when trying to lease a car and now stuck financing it for 7 yrs do not recommend this dealership
Horrible experience. The stuff dont know the details about their cars. It seems that I know more about what they are selling.I did a test drive of a new kia sorento. I like the car. Definitely think about buying it. However I always sleep on such expensive purchases. I asked them to estimate payments for leasing. When they heard that I was not planning to buy it that day they refused to give me the numbers. They told me that I was not committed to purchase. After that they suggested to come in when I would be ready to buy it.No numbers, no deals. I will definitely not buy it from this dealership.
The owner is disrespectful and the employees not helpful just stand around looking at you they dont attend to assist the owner is very rude
I was looking for the Telluride Nightfall trim, and the sale man named Ali didnt look like he wants to sell the car. His attitude is a big question for me, because his title is Internet Sale Manager. If this is the sale experience this dealer gives to every customer, then no wonder why they still have a lot of Telluride Nightfall cars in the lot, comparing to other dealers around the bay.
The worst car dealership i have ever been in.No one is helping, very disrespectful. And they charge so much more money from the msrp.
BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! EVER. Under no circumstances should you take your car here. I dont typically give too much credit to online reviews, but I guarantee you in this case all the negative reviews are accurate. I wish I would have believed all the warnings in these reviews.I have a 2016 Kia Soul which never had any problems until I brought it here. I apparently needed my catalytic converter replaced. They also recommended I perform routine maintenance. When I got my car back the brakes were not functioning properly and my check engine light was on. On top of that, I found a discarded surgical mask and leftover coffee cups in my car. DURING A PANDEMIC they are drinking coffee and removing their dirty masks in my car. And leaving them in there for me to clean up! They had to RE-DO the brakes and claimed they fixed the problem causing the check engine light. Over the next 3 weeks I had to take my car back several times because the check engine light kept turning on. It took them almost a month to realize they installed the wrong software update into my car. They called me to receive feedback and I told them I was unhappy and why, and asked for a call back, and never received one.A few weeks later my check engine light comes on again! They explain it is for an unrelated issue and I pay them to resolve that problem. Sure, I could be unlucky, I guess. Then, barely a week later and my check engine light comes on AGAIN. Now I know its not just bad luck. They are either scamming me or neglectfully messing up my car. Remember, my car is only 4 years old and never had any issues until I let Stevens Creek KIA work on it. I mean, who cant even perform a simple brake job, that THEY recommend as routine maitenance. At this point I am extremely frustrated since they themselves admittedly messed up my car on the first two problems, so how can I trust them? I tried speaking to the service manager, Darren, and left him several voice mails. As well as several messages with the desk person, and even spoke to a service agent who said they would go personally tell him to call me. No call ever.I called the GM, Tony, who put his number here in response to many other poor reviews. He was incredulous that I would call at 830am on a Wednesday, while he was at home, and was very rude. He apparently has Wednesday off, and thats too early to be calling. First of all, 830am on a Wednesday is not that early, especially when your dealership opens at 730am. Second, if you are going to post your personal number then at least write your working hours. And third, if you ignore those first two common sense options then dont pick up your personal phone if you are out of your working hours. He was rude and would not help since he wasnt at work. He told me to call Darren, who was already avoiding my calls. But, trying to resolve the matter respectfully, I called and still just got his voicemail with no response. So please dont believe Tonys fake BS when he responds to people on here. It is not authentic, and you will likely never even get a hold of him if you try.I am taking my car to someone else to look at it, even though I am pretty certain whatever the problem is, they caused it. I would rather pay to fix their mistakes than to ever deal with this place again.I tried to remedy this situation so many times before posting this. I tried everything I could to get a manager to speak to me to resolve this issue. I gave them nothing but respect and the benefit of the doubt and they took advantage of me for it. Over $1000 down the drain for what started as scheduled maintenance. And Ive still got a problem I need to pay to fix. Please believe the other 1 star reviews and DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Freaking worst dealership visit experience that I had. The sales people want to lecture you and are not helping at all. Stay away and get the car somewhere else.
Have to be careful as a woman getting your car serviced here. If they can, youll be paying over $600 for a tune up when you can buy your own parts and find a good mechanic who while charge you way less. I watched them get over on me one two many times. Do your homework on what your repairs should be before you let them quote you.
I would love to give a shout out to Antonio( Tony) for being generous and fixing my car even though I couldn’t pay it all. I appreciate it. Thank you thank you thank you
Unprofessional sales representative. I got my new Kia Seltos around July and was promised by the sales representative that the first service will be on Stevens Creek Kia and he assured me that he Ill put a note on the computer with my account so that I wont have any issue... Guess what.... when I get there for service there wasnt any note or whatever. To make the matter worse, when the service tech called him to check, He DENIED everything. Sales representative, Don’t Make Promises You Can’t Keep. Its not good for your business !!!
NOT WORTH a STAROnly reason I went to Stevens Creek Kia was that 2020 Forte Lease deal $88mo+Tax / $1995 down. NOTE: Down payment does not include drive off fees (first payment, license fees, and tax on cap reduction).1. They change Money Factor /Rate by Term 2. Selling Price changed by Term 3. Triple dipping on Sales Tax on Monthly, Inception Fee then Sales Tax....I worked for dealership... I know what I see, I told them up front lets not play Games.... they try to sucker punch me so I left. NEVER BUY from Steven Creek of KIA. They are full of Rip-off
We scheduled a test drive with Nick. I shared with him that we did not know much about the car and could he educate us. Nick explained all the car specifics and he answered all our questions. Super friendly and polite man. Thank you Nick for Tier 1 service! Five star all the way!
The business did a 21-point inspection on my car, which was supposed to include checking all the lights, but they failed to spot a broken light bulb that had been out before the inspection. Worse, the receiving associate refused to acknowledge their fault, claiming that the light bulb could have gone bad AFTER the inspection. I had to show him a photo of the broken light bulb and my complaint to my husband to prove that the incident happened BEFORE, not after the inspection.Worse yet, when I made an appointment to replace the lightbulb, I specifically asked for the part to be available in the store, but when I brought my car in, I was told it was not available. I wasted two appointments for nothing. The manager was kind enough to agree to replace the light bulb for free, but it is their lack of professionalism in inspecting the safety features of a car and handling a customers complaint that makes me question if I should ever go back to that shop.
I had a very awful experience with this dealership last Saturday. Starting of, not letting me test drive with the excuse of COVID yet they offered other people to test drive. (i should have dressed nicer?)Then salesmen was rude and tried to run my credit without even going through the car price and whatnot. Lastly. I said I would like to lease a Stinger GT2 with $2000 down payment the salesman with a sarcastic facial expression”only $2000!? for this car?!” And suggested me to put $6000 if I’m serious. I insisted with $2000 because one of my friend did lease with $2000 GT2 with a nice deal. He didn’t even bother to ask finance person to check what is possible, but insulted me saying,” that way your monthly payment would be $1000 easily.” What?! Am I trying to lease a Porsche 911 at Kia dealership?Same day spoke with other Kia dealership and told them what happened, not being able to test drive. And that $1000 deal I supposed to sign up for. They were surprised too and invited me to test drive any car I like at their location. Before coming to this dealership, I and my wife did test drive cars at Mazda’s dealer, their rule was sales person cannot be in the same car for test drive and introduce features due to this pandemic.
Terrible service, very non-communicative and rude. Rather drive a little further for better service at Winn in Fremont
Drove 35 miles to test drive a car that had already been sold. Could not even drive the car I was interested in.
I had a great time at Stevens Creek Kia today. Ray, Mark, and Jerry are fabulous. They did a great job taking care of me and getting me the car that I wanted. I would recommend Stevens Creek Kia to everyone. Just ask for Ray or Mark who will gladly take care of you.
