They recycle fluorescent tubes! I was replacing my garage flourescent lights. What to do with the old tubes. You cant toss them in the trash because they contain mercury. Batteries plus Bulbs recycles (max 2 per household). Thanks to Batteries plus Bulbs!

I bought a replacement phone battery from them about a year and a half ago and the battery drain really fast within couple of hours. Took it in to get a free replacement and was told they no longer honor or do the free replacement program. This is the second time I purchased the same battery from them. The only reason I chose this place instead of best buy a block away is due to lifetime warranty on the replacement battery.Now that it doesnt have the lifetime warranty on the battery there is no point of buying from them when you can go to best buy or order online for cheaper price.

I needed 4 very large lead-acid batteries that arent normally carried. I contacted the store, and they were knowledgeable about battery configurations. I needed a specific terminal and they understood, assisted me in ordering the right part. Delivery from the warehouse was same day, and they contacted me to let me know the order was in. The batteries weigh 167 lbs each, and they loaded them into the truck for me.

I loved being able to schedule an appointment online. I thought it was great pulling into the back parking lot and immediately seeing parking spaces reserved for Batteries Plus Bulbs customers. The guy at the front counter was pleasant and helpful. I was sitting in my car waiting for the battery in my phone to be replaced, and he came out to tell me the work was completed.

Was very easy. Ordered car battery online that was in stock along with a small 9 volt battery. They did not have the one pack for the 9 volt I ordered so they gave me a two pack. Yes it was a lesser brand name (Duracell for Rayovac) but two for one can’t beat that. Car battery was perfect fit no problems at all. Easiest battery buying experience I ever had and the car battery comes with a free 5 year warranty not 3 like in the auto stores or having to pay for more years.

I even got 15% off for doing it this way!I called the store, and the associate was helpful and professional. He even reminded me on how to get the discount.Originally I was going to use AAA, bu there website is not easy, no pricing was available, and the directions about where to go to get a battery were not useful.I installed the Duracell battery, returned to old battery, new battery works great.Im using Batteries from now on.

Ive begun to think the retail world has grown so impersonal and devoid of customer focus, lately but not this place. Above and beyond expectations does not begin to describe my experience. While trying to find a reasonably priced battery for my 7-year-old BMW X5, Batteries + Bulbs came up in a couple of searches. I had not considered them before and was looking at traditional auto parts retailers but decided to give them a call. Not only did they have it for a great price but they would install it for $20! I also found a 10% discount online which made the deal even better. My wife drove the car down and they quickly swapped it out and recoded the computer as required with these cars but for some reason the car refused to cooperate. Many systems on the vehicle were inoperative or operating incorrectly. Their tools were not working on my car and it was clear that they could not fix it as it was now 6PM. Instead of walking away from the problem and leaving her stranded, they insisted on following her to our repair shop and then driving her home! I don’t know if this is how all Batteries + Bulbs stores operate but if this one employs people like this, they have a customer for life in me. Well done, guys. Well done.

This place is great! If your car key is battery powered/operated, just come over here and they’ll change your battery for reasonable price as dealers were too expensive. That also includes alarm keys etc. and Mercedes Benz keys. Staff are very professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great staff, did pressure me to replace my battery and offered to charge the battery overnight to try and bring it back to life. Ended up just upgrading to a better battery with a 2 year warranty. Would highly recommend this store. Order online and easy pick up.

Great customer service and fast install. I ordered a car battery online, went to the store for pick up. The folks at the store were very friendly and helpful in getting my order. They installed my car battery quickly without any issue and got me on my way. Would definitely go back for my battery and bulb needs as the staff here were knowledgeable and friendly.The only thing I wish they had on their website was the install fee, my prior experiences with batteries plus, there typically was no installation fee for the car battery, this location did charge a $20 fee for it. I thought it was completely reasonable for how fast and well they did the install but would have like to have known up front when I purchased the battery rather then finding out about the additional fee when I got there for pick up.

Employee sees me and offers to hook up a backup battery to maintain my ECU memory. Nice.Upon installing the new battery I found it wasnt as tall as the stock battery, so I went to their stack of pallets to grab a chunk to place between the battery tie down and battery in order to hold it in place.Another employee shows how the plastic post protector packaging mounts under the battery to raise it up to stock height. Sweet. Cost $10 for the technical assist.Thanks guys!

Good experience. There are no honest sources for batteries for old cell phones. online, what is sold is likely repackaged used or garbage units that do not meet wildly overstated or even OEM specs.I searched carefully for an OEM equivalent and came up with a physical store that sold them, Batteries plus Bulbs. They also do cell repair and battery replacement, so since they will carefully source their parts. Ill follow up later when I have some longer term experience with the battery I bought.

I went looking for an LED replacement for a CFL bulb. While they didnt have the bulb in stock, they were very helpful.They went above and beyond by giving me a printout of the right product information sheet.They have a wide selection of batteries - any kind you might need... Now that I know, Ill remember to be back.

Placed an online order and received an email stating I would receive another email when it was ready for pickup. Never got the email, called the following week and found out the store had it in stock. When I placed the order online, theres an option for in-store installation, but the site does not state there is an additional fee for this. Came in to pick up the car battery, found out theres a $20 fee to install the battery, and decided to pass. For some reason, I was ineligible to get a core refund for recycling my old car battery. Unfortunately, I did not have the socket and wrench to remove the car battery cables while in the parking lot, so I ended up driving off. Its a simple task to swap a car battery--it wouldve been nice to have been lent a socket and wrench to do the swap myself.

I was very happy with my experience at Batteries Plus. I purchased my car battery ahead of time online and I received an e-mail when my purchase was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted immediately at the front counter and when I asked the sales associate if I could have the battery installed, I was assisted by another associate right away. I also purchased new batteries for my key fobs which the associate also replaced for me. I purchased a Duracell Gold car battery and the price was very reasonable for the value. I also received fuel cell credits for recycling my old batteries. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus!

I had a great experience with the Stevens Creek store. I ordered a car battery online, for a fair price and was notified when it was ready for pick up in the store. The young man who helped me in the store was courteous and knowledgeable. He even carried the battery out to my car. I highly recommend!

I was expecting just so so and was so surprised! What an interesting stock they carry and they do repairs too! Had a bit of trouble finding it, sort of not real visible with the heavy fast moving traffic, but easy parking right in front. They had my phone battery ready to go (I ordered online, 10% off, which offsets our dang sales tax). They put it in and made sure all was working fine. Life time guarantee! Neil is great!!!

I need a replacement battery for my car quickly and found them locally so I went with them. I placed an order online and was ready for pickup within 20 minutes. The battery they gave me looked like it was mounted before. Big scratches on the housing around the terminals but sales clerk insisted its new. Since I need the battery, I had no choice but took it anyway. I tried to install the battery myself in the parking lot and I forgot to bring a tool. One of the clerk offer me a tool, which was nice. I was about to finish the install but another clerk came and asked me for the tool back since they were closing. I asked if I could use it for 1 more minute to finish the install but the clerk said no. Unless I have no choice, I wont come to them again.
